Hey everyone, this is PFN here. I want to make this new version of the review series I made a few years ago, Digimon Universe Appli Monster.

The second episode of Appmon has the same problems I had when I first reviewed it. It uses too much humor to take the situation seriously. There are only two scenes when Navimon is messing with the navigation app, which is good. Besides those two scenes, I didn’t like what Navimon did in this episode.

Another one of my problems with this episode, in particular, is that even though Haru developed the desire to help people get his Apple drive and made his point of wanting 2 Chainz, I felt like it didn’t give him and Gatchmon time to interact with one another. Most of their interactions with each other just felt like exposition for the antagonist of the series and nothing else.

One of my biggest issues about this episode is how the characters blamed the app for Watson getting attacked by a dog. Then, he pays attention to his surroundings or even questions why the navigation system is telling him to go every which way instead of location to home. Even though this is a big part of the conversation of the premise of the episode, I feel that it shouldn’t be against someone having common sense rather than just unthinkingly following technology. It keeps happening in this episode, and I don’t even think it’s funny. It’s just showing that people have no common sense. I understand that the navigation app allows people to get to locations where they don’t know the location, but I think that Watson and Ai should have known where they were and could get home safely without using the application.

The battle between Navimon and Gatchmon was not good because of one hit from Navimon, and they had to use the chemical of the season known as AppLink for this episode. Right now, it’s lame. It’s not really combining Appmon. It has Messmon being invisible and using a special technique. I wish Gatchmon did a little bit more before they needed to use the gimmick of the season.

After the battle, Camèramon shows up. He tells them that he is watching them, and after getting all the information he needs, he’s going to eliminate them. Using his cameras he was able to blind Gatchmon lithium, unable to use ability to search his weakness. Haru uses Navimon’s Appmon chip to link him with Gatchmon however this was the evolutionary function of the season known as App fusion. even though the evolutionary sequence is not that interesting as the last series did DoGatchmon looks really cool.

So my personal opinion about this episode that it wasn’t that good. I felt like did you lie comedy well or the characters can look around their surroundings and making sure that they’re going the right way instead of relying on the app all the time. I know this is more like an old man saying this, but really they have no where they’re going because they should be looking around their surroundings then instead of looking at their phones.

The battle was really underwhelming and dumb. They could have put the debut of DoGatchmon somewhere else because Camèramon is at the same level as Gatchmon. It just felt rush in my opinion.

So I’ll give this episode a two out 10

The question is how are the Appmon are going to be adapted to the game? Are they going to use their levels or are they going to use the levels of the Digimon. If anyone remembers, they do not come from eggs like the Digimon so they can’t hatch from Digi eggs. are they going to evolve from the in-training, Digimon? How the the evolution is going to work? Is it going to like a DNA digivolution, Digixrosing, or you’re going to evolve into those forms, but having to have a bigger cough

Lady Noir and Danny stand at the summit of the Eiffel Tower, where sunset casts a warm orange glow.

“So, Danny, how do I look?” Lady Noir asked her boyfriend, wondering what he thought of her.

“Uh, you... you look amazing, Marinette…” Danny was lost for words.

“Not Marinette, Danny. Lady Noir.” Marinette laughed.

“R-right, Lady Noir. You're... stunning.” he nervously answered.

Lady Noir leans against the railing, her eyes sparkling.

“I love how you always blush around me, Danny…” Lady Noir teasingly said

“I can't help it. You're captivating…” Danny smiled

Lady Noir takes Danny's hand, her touch sending shivers

“I feel free as Lady Noir. No worries, just action…” Ladynoir whispers to him.

“You're incredible, Marinette. Both as Lady Noir and yourself…” Danny said impressed

Lady Noir leans in, kissing Danny softly.

You're always so sweet, Danny…” Lady Noir whispering to him

“Marinette... Lady Noir... whatever you call yourself, you're incredible…” Danny was breathless

Lady Noir kisses Danny again, more passionately this time.

“I love being Lady Noir around you, Danny. It makes me feel fearless…” Lady Noir was smiling at her boyfriend.

You're always fearless to me, Marinette. Danny: smiling back at her.

Lady Noir kisses Danny once more, lingering

As they gaze out at the Parisian skyline

“What's it like, being Lady Noir?” Danny asked curiously

“It's liberating. I can be myself without worries.” Lady Noir thoughtfully.

“I get it. Sometimes, I feel that way as Danny Phantom…” Danny understood what she meant.

”Exactly! We understand each other, Danny.” Lady Noir said, smiling

Adrien watches from afar, his expression a mix of longing and concern.
