* Rose/Juleka (we're figuring Rose for bisexual, since she's expressed romantic interest in a guy onscreen, and Juleka for lesbian, since she hasn't)
* Marc/Nathaniel (again figuring Nathaniel for bisexual, since he's expressed romantic interest in a girl onscreen; Marc is harder to guess, because he's already defying categorization, because:)
* genderfluid Marc (nobody saw this coming, but in the fandom's collective defense, the tweets confirming he's based on a genderfluid friend of Astruc's date from immediately after Marc's debut episode)
* ace / aro / agender every single kwami
and it sure looks queer from where I'm standing:
* Alix's superhero outfit is light blue and white, which next to her pink hair looks distinctly trans flag colors
* Marinette's "hi, I'm very definitely not Ladybug" superhero outfit is white, light gray, and light pink, which is demigirl flag colors, and her everyday outfit is pretty close to the same colors
* female characters with big obvious crushes on Ladybug: Chloe, Alya, Kagami
* male characters with big obvious crushes on Chat Noir: Nino
* other big obvious mlm crush: Max on Kim
* other big obvious wlw crushes: Sabrina on Chloe; Kagami and Marinette on each other
* Luka and Juleka's pirate ship houseboat has a rainbow rooster on the mast. think about that. (consider, if it would help, synonyms for 'rooster'.)
* Batman expy and Robin expy are both male superheroes of long standing, except for how both roles get passed down through generations, and the current pair are mother and daughter
* look, Superman-and-Wonder-Woman expy's daughter's voice actor and Batman expy's daughter's voice actor are saying their characters are sisters, and that says something about the relationship between the mothers, for the few people who didn't clock how married they are just from watching them

like this is a TV-Y7 show and it airs a bunch of places less queer-friendly than the US, okay, I am not expecting any queer to be confirmed onscreen outright, but like. saying the queer is merely implied suggests there is so much less queer, and so much less obvious queer, than there actually is.
did I mention the bit about several characters doing the thing of hiding one's secret identity from everyone who might hurt one if they knew? and the bit where it is blatantly obvious that if the parent of one of the leads learns that secret, father of the year here is going to step up that abuse? yeah.
