With the river in blue and with blood variations. I wanted to have some crossover from my gtn cover, making things partially destroyed , like the side flaps. As well as having the sword in the same position, Gideons presence is still there! Even if she, herself, is not 🥲

love designing outfits but keeping them monotone has always been a struggle for me, so for harrow i focused more on shapes and textures. i like her in structured, top-heavy silhouettes!

there's also a part in htn (the ball dream sequence) about the aunts repurposing her ancestors' old clothes for her so i kept that in mind for some of her outfits...jacket cut and laced back together to become adjustable, ruching to fake more volume or maybe hide holes in tattered thin cloth, etc :')

Oh my goodness this was so fun. Below is Alphonse Mucha’s Zodiac which this piece is based on. The zodiac has become a mix of the wheel and the emblems of the Ancient Eight, the Houses of the Veil. The only one not visible is Berzelius, which Darlington would approve. Her headdress jewelry includes a blood red gem, a not so lucky rabbit’s foot for Babbit Rabbit, a star, and an ouroboros. Around Alex’s neck is the yoke described for her in Hell Bent. There’s a few more details throughout but I’ll let you find them yourself!
