Thank gd for Avery Brooks man. Ds9 wouldn't be half the show it is without him. Yes because of his magnetic and dynamic performance as Sisko but arguably more than that his role in creative direction and shaping the story and Sisko's arc. The finale, for instance, would've been so much worse if not for Brooks's insistence that Sisko promise to return to the station one day. And there's a thousand instances like that. Being "omega level" in the Marvel Universe means that you are near—or sometimes straight up—god-like powerful without any upper limitation.

Therefore, omega discrimination in the MU is impossible because being "omega" is attributed with strength and power, therefore something that needs to be revered.
