Terms of Service
By requesting a commission from taurzza, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your request.
1. The Workflow Process
My commission process is strictly divided into two stages to ensure we are on the same page before the final artwork is completed:
Stage 1: The Sketch Once your commission request is accepted, I will create a preliminary sketch based on your brief. During this stage, you will review the sketch and can request major changes or adjustments.
Stage 2: Final Rendering Once you explicitly approve the sketch and complete the payment, I will proceed to the final rendering stage.
2. Payment Terms
100% Prepayment After Sketch Approval: Full payment is required only after you have reviewed and approved the initial sketch.
Work on the Final Rendering will not begin until the full payment has been received.
Additional Characters: Adding an extra character to the artwork will cost +100% of the base price.
Complex Designs: Highly detailed character designs (e.g., intricate armor, detailed patterns, complex props) will incur an additional +50% fee.
Payment Method & Fees: Payments are processed via Lavatop. Please note that Lavatop applies an 8% platform fee to all transactions, which will be added to your final total at checkout.
3. Revisions
During the Sketch Stage: You are entitled to 10 revisions to ensure the pose, composition, and details are exactly what you want.
During the Final Rendering Stage: Because the sketch was previously approved, only minor tweaks (e.g., slight color adjustments) can be made. Major structural changes during this stage will incur an additional fee (depends on what you want to change).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Before Payment: You may cancel your commission at any time during the sketch stage without any penalty or cost.
After Payment: Because payment is made after the sketch is approved and just before the final rendering begins, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Copyright and Usage
Artist Rights: I, the artist, retain the full copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, portfolio, or Patreon unless we agree to keep it private beforehand.
Client Rights: The commissioned piece is for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., profile pictures, personal printing, social media banners). You may not mint the artwork as an NFT, use it for AI training, or sell it on merchandise without purchasing a Commercial License.
If you require the artwork for commercial purposes, please notify me beforehand, as this will require a separate commercial fee.
One of the most annoying genres of people on the internet are people who act like they believe science is one single monolithic thing. Like, you'll see an article saying something like "scientists studying the movement of tectonic plates", and then in the comments there'll be several smug people saying "smh why are scientists doing this instead of finding a cure for cancer", like. Why would a geologist be doing that.

if you're having trouble sleeping the best you can do is put a bright object close to your face and look at it for at least 30 minutes. if that doesn't work you can close your eyes but make sure to think really hard about a bunch of bullshit
We need money for a million things. But listen. Life is short and life is hard. And we want our partner society to be happier. And gardening makes them happy and helps them destress.
This list here is for garden stuff for them! If you can, please buy the soil because we need a lot of it! And there originally are three garden beds in this list! If one is gone don't worry about the other two! We just need one or two raised beds for them to work in!
They have been working so hard lately and have a lot on their shoulders, and gardening makes them happy. They tried to set up a garden in the back lawn but they were overrun by ticks, the soil is FULL of rocks and it's dry and hard. We just really want to support them in things that make them happy and also get them some fresh air! Also tbh this would help us with food insecurity because they're planting vegetables.
