The fact that they did a time jump juuuust to draaaaag on this fuckass love triangle again as employed adults just to feed into Sang-Yeon's inferiority complex and self-hate irritated the hell out of me BECAUSE THE STORY HAD SHOWN AND ESTABLISHED THAT ALREADY. Just drop the male character for one minute and build another fucking angle. My GOD.
I've noticed a lot of melodramatic Korean series and even movies, sometimes, have a tendency to prolong emotions already built before. Please pull the thread some other way for the love of god!!!!!!
It gets emotionally EXHAUSTING.
I like to pretend that their 30s era does not exist sometimes because the draggy love triangle is such a lazy writing and a disservice to the core of Sangyeon character. A person who'd rather die than lose her pride would hv nvr begged a man or for a man..... the 20s Sangyeon is more true to her core self.
