Firm believer that Bruce Wayne has a "mom bag" he acquired when he took in a small Dick Grayson. Everything he thought a child might need was instantly added into the bag. First aid kit, change of clothes, snacks, drinks, books, toys, etc. I'm picturing him trying to figure out the best way to be prepared for a child without looking paranoid. He gets the idea after seeing a bunch of moms with their big purses. It'd be even funnier if he just never got rid of it. The image of a middle-aged Bruce pulling things out of his Mary Poppins bag and giving them to his teenage/adult kids is hilarious to me.

Well, it's not like he can wear his batbelt. Where else is he going to hide a dozen gas masks, a first aid kit and meds, tissue packets, a spare Robin domino, a lockpicking/ manicure kit (multitasking at its finest), a bottle of clear nail polish, and assorted snacks? He's been through enough hostage moments to know that a hangry Brucie is likely to let something slip. And the kids? nOPE. His kids are not going hungry!

Alfred got him one by Coach, custom made with many pockets. Shame Brucie always just tucks his phone in the bottom...

I don’t think people comprehend how much time Dick has spent in space. The New Teen Titans run of the 80s was significantly inspired by the space opera genre (think Star Wars and adjacent franchises), and Wolfman loved cosmic-scale storytelling. He inserted it everywhere possible. So, over the course of only a couple years, the Titans spent cumulative months traveling in space. Dick spent weeks on Tamaran alone. They fought, to my recollection, no fewer than two galaxy spanning wars.

I’m not saying the others haven’t been in space. They have, for crisis-level events, or to visit the Justice League, or possibly for other minor things. But there’s a difference between visiting space and space faring, and I’d argue only Dick has crossed into the latter (barring maybe Bruce).

Can you imagine how weird this would make him? I dunno, there’s just so much potential in Mr. Accidentally Star Trekker yapping about the Omega Men to his decidedly much more terrestrial siblings. It makes me laugh.

The UTRH Bruce and Dick team-up is so funny 2 me, because first we have Bruce's internal monologue:

"And tonight... it's also about the company I keep.

And it's so great bc from the outside they're fully locked in, annihilating multiple enemies or winning against a robot that has all of Justice League's superpowers, and that must mean they are just focused on tactics, or thinking about every little movement they make in order to stay alive, or analysing their enemies' weak points, stuff like that, right?

COMPARATIVELY the way bruce breaks his 5 months of no-contact at the climax of BW:M/F is so funny bc when he reaches out to BABS (in batman (1940) #603), it’s very masterfully written to have him quite succinctly communicate many important things to her about the growth and maturation he has had and what his conclusions about his sense of self/identity have been BUT it is still kind of direct & down-to-business (even tho it is about destroying the guise and such) WHEREAS to DICK (in batman (1940) #605) (after apologizing), bruce is basically like do u wanna hear the full story first 😏😏😏 because you’re so special 🥺🥺🥺🥺 and my favorite 💞💞🥺🥺🤭🤭 and it’s like yeah . he is 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and i do think it’s lovely and fitting but still kind of hilarious
