This piece is inspired by the thought of having another personality within yourself. To have someone in the back of your mind that is heartless and cruel, manipulative and who's only concern is to protect you in ways you are against. While you are kind and caring and often put yourself before others, which is also self-destructive and is why you created this alter ego.
