So I started this diet but I do count fruits and veggies. Day 1 was a success and I feel really good about it.
72 hour fast? read this!
fasting for 72 hours can be a challenge, but you need to try this! I know it sounds like a lot, but it’s a lot easier than it sounds!
during your fast, you need to stay hydrated! drink water as much as you can, but don’t chug! chugging will quite possibly make this journey harder, and we don’t want that!
I find it the best to put lemon in my water to kill the hunger that may appear during these 72 hours. lemon water will basically make it easier for you during this period, due to it “tricking” your stomach into not feeling hungry. (I always feel more full after drinking a cup of lemon water)
if you want to exercise during the 72 hours, I would advise you to not run nor jog. I’d say walking in a fast tempo, doing light cardio and home exercises such as leg raises and sit ups would be the best alternative! I find this the most effective as well :)
a little side note:
I lost about 8.5Ibs after doing the 72 hour fast! It’s been my favorite ever since!

I see girls that have lost 20lbs and are able to post thinspo and are at their UGW. It makes me feel super bitter that I’ve lost more then twice that and yet I’m still so far. So shout out to all those anas starting at a higher weight. Make sure to remember how many pounds you’ve already lost. Stay motivated. I know someday we will be the thinspo. 😘

with a binge….
Now time for a punishment 2 days no food, and a really horrid workout.
