General
I have a sketchy/messy artstyle. Lines will be cleaned up as needed, but please refer to my gallery/portfolio to know what you are getting from me. Rendering Complexity can vary depending on the mood, character, and/or original prompt given by the commissioner. Unless otherwise specified, Rendering Complexity does not add to the price.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any purpose at any time.
I will not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.
NSFW work is for 18+ clients only.
Usage of the work towards or with AI (artificial intelligence), crypto, blockchains, NFTs is not allowed.
Reposting your commissioned piece is perfectly fine! Linking back to me is not necessary, but is deeply appreciated.
Additional Fees/Complexity Explanations
As the original artist, I can post the commission wherever for the sake of promoting my art. If you wish for the commission to be private (not posted anywhere), there will be an additional 25% fee.
Commissioned pieces are to be used strictly for personal usage (avatar, banner, ect.), streaming, and content creation. Commercial usage that involves merchandise will be a 20% upcharge of the original pricing.
A rush fee of 25% is added if a piece MUST be completed within the next 2 weeks. At this current time, I work 2-3 other jobs and my schedule can be very hectic and I only know my schedule about 2 weeks ahead. Depending on the scope of the piece, I can waive the rush fee.
A complex design of 25% may be added if I think a design is very detailed. Typically armor, heavily detailed clothing, tattoos, weapons, and complex markings would fall under here. I make this call during the initial request phase. There can be room for negotiation here.
Payment
Payment plans are available for all commissions. Commissions under $100 require at least 50% upfront. Commissions over $100 require at least 25% upfront. We can discuss more in messages if this is the avenue you wish to go.
I do not start the commission until payment has been received.
Refunds can be given when still in the initial sketching phase (before I send the initial sketch for client approval). After the initial sketch is approved, I will only refund 50% of the original amount. If I am at the shading stage of a piece, I will not give refunds.
Process
Art is (initially) drawn on canvas size 4500x3500 with a 300dpi unless otherwise stated. Size of canvas may be adjusted during the process.
Estimated completion time can differ based on the type of commission, complexity, and other factors (ie: work, health, family matters). For the most part, I can deliver within 3 weeks. I will reach out if I feel that I am taking longer than planned.
An initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval. Major changes can be requested at this stage for no additional cost. This will not apply to Skeb-like commissions.
Once the final piece is sent, pieces can be revised an additional 2 times before a 10% revision fee is applied.
Completed pieces are sent as .png files through VGen. A download link through Google Drive can be requested at any time.
idk if this is a young fan thing or new fandom culture but some of yall think fics are abandoned way too quickly. a few months or a year or two is not unusual to go without a fic update. sometimes fics take longer to write, other times writers have rl events, or maybe there's multiple fics and one gets more priority. there are tons of reasons for fics not to be updated every week or every month. it also isn't uncommon for people to come back and update fics after a number of years—ive read updates that took five, or ten years. people's lives change, but they still want to tell their stories. personally, i never consider a fic abandoned unless the author has said so; though if it's been a few years i manage my expectations. but a last update being a year ago is... generally not a sign that a writer has abandoned their fic
