sometimes i think about the last time my dad put out feed for the hummingbirds, and how he said he hadn’t seen a single one by the end of the summer. and he was really chill about it and it probably wasn’t even that serious for him but imagine that he must’ve been disappointed after putting out the feed for the birds only to not see any at all makes me so sad. i dont want my dad to be disappointed. he should be able to see the hummingbirds.
