intellect VS. knowing
me in my undesired identity: “okay so, i fully understand what these creators are trying to say. let me focus on shifting my identity then the 3D will give it to me because it’s my reflection meaning i am reality.”
**trying to get to my desired identity**
me still in my undesired identity: “this shit is not working. what am i doing wrong? the 3D isn’t changing. everything is a reflection of me so i am doing something wrong. but i shouldn’t give my power to the 3D. i’ve read all the books, written my own notes & watched all videos. the videos & books make me feel calm and relaxed. i’ve finally shifted because i feel relaxed. i’m going to chase this feeling to stay in the state of being”
**a few moments later**
me realizing it’s all me: “holy shit. who’s gonna give it to me if not me? i am reality meaning there’s no one else. why am i waiting for the 3D to give me something when i have already have it because it’s all me? nothing and no one gets a say on my reality other than me. not a feeling nor an appearance or thought. there’s no separation because it’s just me happening now”
me seeing something undesirable in my 3D and KNOWING who i am: “that has nothing to do with who i said i am. everything is happening now so i am currently experiencing my desires. i am what i am”
me now in the KNOWING(i’m always now): “i’m not changing anything or anyone. i’m simply aware of a different version of everything & identifying with experiencing it. anything irrelevant to that has nothing to do with me. i am everything, i have everything. it’s all for me to choose or not choose. there’s nothing out there that can give me my desires nor deny them”
y'all are just talking at this point
why say a affirmation, make a claim, or say a statement if your just going to contradict it??
this is why y'all are constantly waiting and waiting for something to change. NOTHING CAN CHANGE IF YOU DIDNT.
goofy ho.
"I'm chased" yet you still doing the chasing??
"im a queen" but do you act like a queen? speak like a queen? see yourself as a queen? think like a queen??
so what was the point of even wasting your time saying it?? shut up with the affirmations unless you are going to fully identify with it.
affirmations are reminders of who you are. NOT something you say and wait to become.
You’re saying your affirmations from the new identity.
NOT SAYING IT FROM THE OLD IDENTITY TO GET TO THE NEW IDENTITY. affirmations are not a magic portal.
Just something i want to share
Life's been good since I started applying LOA once again.
I have been aware of the law for 3 years and I wasn't applying or even understanding it correctly. The cycle goes like this
I want something - i do methods, keep doing methods because I don't understand anything - i wait for things to happen in 3d - i don't get it - repeat
I was able to get things though. But I keep losing it in the middle because I don't even understand what I'm doing. In my head, I'm doing methods to get. I need to affirm, visualize, let go, so I can have it. I keep getting frustrated and miserable, blame myself for not doing enough.
Anyway, life fell apart once again because of my assumptions. So I went back to reading once again. Tumblr and X as it helped me a lot when I was starting. I was spiraling over and over again so I stopped. Then it hit me, what the hell am I doing thinking that I need to read something so I can get what I want? I forced myself to go back to the basics: Law of assumption states that whatever you assume is true, will come true. So basically, what the hell am I doing with myself? If assumption is all that there is, then I should have what I want because I assumed it.
I started applying the law more religiously. I monitored my head as I now know that whatever I'm so conscious of assuming will happen or materialize. Everything is my creation, why would I let myself suffer? It helped me more reading and watching contents from diormern, Taylor Tookes, FR Gracie, miluvin, and SaanCe. All of these people made it easier for me to understand the law soooooo much. They showed it by oversimplifing what it really means. I owe them my whole life, God.
Now, this is my process:
I want something - I understand that all of this is my creation - i assume things that I want - understand it's already mine - i get it
The anxiety's gone. Life's lighter. My mind's more clear than ever. I get everything I want. I don't scramble to tumblr, x, books, or whatever and grovel to my sadness if I feel something. I started trusting myself more and lean in to my own more than ever.
Anyway, apply and understand the law. Make your life easier at your own command.
Kitana Wins. Flawless Victory.
Hello queens, kings, qings and kueens.
Today we're talking about flawless victory & how to deal with circumstances (a.k.a the flawless victory of knowing the circumstance has been defeated).
My circumstances:
1. This course I need to graduate seems to be full. Challenge of the day. 2. My parents gave me a lecture about religious stuff and how I need to change my personality. Challenge of the day. 3. My 3D is telling me that I am not powerful enough to change my reality, and I have to accept the consequences. Challenge of the day.
(Pshhh "Circumstances" -> In my reality, I actually have no circumstances to deal with, but for the sake of this blog, I had some.)
Flawless Victory Rulebook:
Step #1: Know that you have already won
For me, it is CHALLENGE ACCEPTED. Or another one I like is, KITANA WINS, FLAWLESS VICTORY. (I'm Kitana gworrrl.) It can be anything you like, but the main idea is that you should not succumb to the feeling that life is hard, impossible or full of suffering. Remind yourself how easy these circumstances are to overcome. For example -> this "circumstance" is so easy. Life is so easy. Manifesting is so easy.
Step #2: Address the "challenge" -> address the peace of there being no challenge, and it being solved
The challenge is not the end of the world, you are the end of the world. Examples of affirmations (I robotically affirmed like a maniac throughout the whole day): I am so powerful that I was able to get in the course. It is not full, there are like so many seats available. The people deciding about the course want me in the course, and did everything to help! Somehow, someway, I got into the course right on time with no issues. I didn't have to find another course, because somehow, the mystical forces beyond my control helped me out. I graduated on time, and everything is perfect once again. I recall being in the class, and seeing it on the transcript so fast and easily it was crazy. My parents love me and see me as their bright and shining star. They love who I am, and they love my personality. Everything they lectured me about is not true, or if I do accept it as true, I see it as something I can improve upon. They are just helping my growth, and want to see me thrive. They are so nice to me, always see me in the best light, and so calm and warm to me. My personality is perfect.
Step #3: Address self concept
Simply put, affirm your self concept. For example -> I am so good at manifesting. I am a master manifestor. Everything is going exactly as it should, so fast and so well. I control the 3D, the 3D is my B*TCH. I am the operant power. I am not a victim, I am a victor. I am a winner. Everything happened so so fast and I am extremely happy that everything worked out. Wow, I can't believe I manifested that so easily and perfectly. Manifesting is so fucking easy for me! Why? Because I said so.
I robotically affirm the thoughts from steps 1-3 like a maniac if I want it fast. Mind you, the affirmations about self concept can be extreme, and it will get you
Step #4: Do not let your emotions or circumstances dictate the situation. YOU DECIDE THE SITUATION!
Just because I cried, and felt like a failure, did that stop me from robotically affirming that I was a huge success, I got the course, my parents love me? NO. BECAUSE I DECIDE. MY EMOTIONS DO NOT. MY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT. Before I knew about manifestation I would internally assume failure. Now, I internally assume victory & glory. I would let the circumstance or my temporary emotion dictate my reality. I would accept defeat.
ACCEPT VICTORY. ACCEPT SUCCESS. ACCEPT WINNING.
NEVER, EVER, EVER SEE YOURSELF AS A VICTIM. YOU ARE A VICTOR.
ACT LIKE YOU ARE A VICTOR. SEE YOURSELF AS A VICTOR. AFFIRM THAT YOU ARE A VICTOR.
Outcome! DUH! VICTORY!
Eeeeek! This all happened so fast, and I got results so quickly, even I was blown away. So firstly, I got the course I wanted so fast, and the people doing the course (before I affirmed) were like there is no way, the rules say that you can't enter the course (excuses, excuses -> GIRL IDGAF, THERE ARE NO RULES!). For a second, I was like f*ck I'm screwed, but then I was like wait a damn minute, RULES? GIRL, I AM THE RULES! My parents were telling me how they want to book a trip for me to celebrate my wins, AND HOW THEY ARE SO PROUD OF ME! My mom literally sent me a reel being like you are so strong, and powerful, you are so bright like an angel. LIKE WTF !!>!>!>!>! (AS ERIK SAYS THERE IS NO LOGIC TO THIS SH*T!!!)
TLDR: Ok so this look longs so I'm going to summarize it here: 1) assume victory & do not be tempted to believe reality 2) address the challenge (i.e. the peace & harmony of the challenge being solved) 3) self concept
Aria how do I change my appearance??
Tell yourself that you already have your desired appearance, without contradiction. No matter what you see in the mirror, no matter what reflects when you put on your clothes or makeup, none of that.
You tell yourself that you already look the way you want to. For example: "I am finally so happy with how l look." "I am the most beautiful girl in the world." Or, if you have something specific, for example... "Wow! I really do have the sharpest jawline!" "Wow! I really do have the whitest teeth!"
"My waist is so snatched." etc. And again, do not contradict yourself! If you look at yourself in the mirror and you literally see what you're affirming to not have... tell yourself you have your ideal features regardless. For example... "Why do I still have so many pimples— mean!! I have the clearest skin!!!
My skin is so clear!! Wow!!!"
You Do Not Need to Feel It First
Let's start off by understanding something.
Emotions and feelings are not the same thing.
While the terms are often used interchangeably, psychology and neuroscience usually describe emotions as automatic physical responses, and feelings as the conscious interpretation of those responses.
Research by neuroscientists like Antonio Damasio (we talked about him in Emotional Tagging) indicates a clear sequence: emotions come before feelings.
An event occurs, for example, a loud bang.
Your body reacts instantly with a physical "smoke detector" response: a racing heart, sweaty palms, or tense muscles.
Your brain then notices these changes and assigns a story to them based on memory and interpretation: “I am in danger” or “That was just a door slamming.”
Understanding this difference is fundamental to emotional intelligence.
Because feelings are interpretations, they can also change.
For example, the same physical arousal (racing heart) can be labelled as "anxiety" before a speech or "excitement" before a performance, leading to very different outcomes.
An emotion typically has a chemical lifespan of about 90 seconds. If anger lasts for hours, repetitive thoughts are usually re-triggering the emotional response.
This is called the "90 Seconds Rule", a popular concept in contemporary psychology (often attributed to neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor.)
Note: While the 90-second chemical lifespan of an emotion is a widely cited theory in neurobiology, individual experiences of emotional duration can vary based on various physiological factors.
Are feelings merely a by-product of our thoughts?
It's a bit of a "chicken and egg" situation, but in short: yes, feelings are heavily shaped and sustained by your thoughts.
While an emotion is a biological reflex, a feeling is the mental interpretation you give that physical state.
That interpretation is heavily shaped by your thought.
How Thoughts Influence Feelings
According to many psychologists, when an event occurs, your brain evaluates it (thought), and that evaluation creates the feeling.
The Event: Your boss calls you into their office.
Thought A: "I'm in trouble." → Feeling: Anxiety.
Thought B: "I'm getting that promotion." → Feeling: Excitement.
The Result: The physical surge is similar, but your interpretation shapes the feeling.
Thoughts 'fuel' the feeling. Let me explain.
A pure emotional chemical surge lasts about 90 seconds (as explained above). If you are still feeling angry or sad ten minutes later, it's usually because your thoughts are "looping." By replaying the event or worrying about the future, thoughts re-trigger the physical response, turning a fleeting emotion into a longer emotional state.
The relationship also works in reverse.
Feelings can bias thought:
Feeling: Grumpy (perhaps from lack of sleep).
Thought: "Everyone at work is being annoying today."
Result: This thought then reinforces the grumpy feeling, creating a cycle.
Please note: Not every feeling comes from a thought.
Sometimes, purely physical states create feelings directly:
Low blood sugar can make you feel "hangry" before you even have a conscious thought about food.
Pain from a stubbed toe is a feeling that happens instantly, often before your brain can even process what you hit.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is built on the principle that your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are all interconnected in a "Cognitive Triangle". Because these elements influence each other, changing how you think about a situation can directly shift how you feel and, subsequently, how you act.
CBT often begins with identifying automatic negative thoughts and cognitive distortions, which are biased patterns of thinking that can shape emotional reactions.
Catastrophising: Assuming the worst possible outcome will definitely happen (e.g., "If I fail this test, my life is over").
All-or-Nothing Thinking: Seeing things in black-and-white extremes with no middle ground (e.g., "If I'm not perfect, I'm a failure").
Mind Reading: Believing you know what others are thinking without proof (e.g., "They haven't texted back, so they must be mad at me").
Emotional Reasoning: Mistaking your feelings for facts (e.g., "I feel like an idiot, so I must be one").
Once you've identified a negative thought, you act like a "detective" to check its accuracy.
Ask yourself specific questions to weigh the facts:
— What is the evidence for this thought?
— What is the evidence against it? (What are the facts you might be ignoring?)
— Is there an alternative explanation for this situation?
— What would I tell a friend if they were in this exact position?
Cognitive restructuring involves replacing exaggerated or distorted interpretations with more balanced ones. This does not mean forcing positivity. It means responding to situations more accurately.
Unhelpful Thought: "I totally messed up that presentation; everyone thinks I'm incompetent."
Restructured Thought: "I stumbled on a few slides, but I answered the Q&A well. One mistake doesn't define my entire career".
When you successfully reframe a thought, the "Cognitive Triangle" naturally adjusts your emotional state. By choosing a more balanced interpretation, the intensity of the negative feeling (like anxiety or shame) usually decreases, replaced by more manageable feelings like disappointment or focus.
You can practise these skills on your own using resources like Thought Records.
What are thought records?
Thought records are simply exercises where you write down the situation, the automatic thought, and the evidence against it.
So, do you need to feel in order to manifest?
Short answer: no.
Long answer: still no.
You don't need to feel in order to take action.
Feeling is a noun; doing is a verb.
You need to act on your desire, not feel.
You don't feel the laundry; you do it.
See the difference?
What do I mean by acting on your desire?
Affirm.
Script.
Visualise.
Persist.
Not physically manipulating circumstances in an attempt to force an outcome.
You don't have to search for emotions to manifest. It's not something to chase.
Feeling ≠ manifesting.
You can feel nothing and still achieve what you want.
Just as you can be sobbing, devastated, and still attain your goal.
If emotions naturally rise and fall, basing your manifestation practice on whether you currently "feel it" becomes a losing game.
There are no ifs, buts, or maybes.
There are no restrictions or universal rules.
Manifesting is personal. It's your experience. It's not one-size-fits-all.
Besides, when you affirm, visualise, or script, feelings will naturally arise; that's human nature.
But feelings are fleeting.
If you base everything on that, you'll always feel like you're on a hamster wheel while the scientists watch you.
Except the scientist is you.
Overanalysing.
Torturing yourself to feel "positive".
That's why you need to detach. Because if you use your feelings as a compass, the needle will always keep fluctuating.
However, when you use your beliefs or assumptions, that's far more powerful.
Because you consciously choose those as your anchor.
3d is nothing but ur past assumptions, so everything out there is what you've accepted as the truth for you since u were born. "3d" is not a direct snapshot by ur eyes ,if u think scientifically as everything we see outside gets processed first and then we see it. Your brain processes the info of the 3d which is what you feed it and then it filters out ur truth and then shows it to u that's why they say reality is a mirror , not to sound cool, exaggerative or out of delusion
also time doesn't exists bcs everything's in the now moment. Neither the past nor the future. wtv was ur past only exists as a mental image in ur mind and u choose to identify with it and as ur the truth and all that is and u accepted ur past as the truth, it rematerializes in the now moment in the 3d as identity manifests and then u wonder why r u still the same. The same goes with the future as it is also a mental image in our mind which also doesn't exists. Only now exists.
shoutout to ERIKK this man istg is a gem
you're too pretty to be stressing over the 3D
you’re too cute to be chasing anything that's already yours
you’re too divine to doubt yourself for even a second
you’re too powerful to let the 3D fool you
you’re too iconic to bereacting to illusions
you’re too hot to wony about "how"
you’re too gorgeous to be stressing over time
Youre too diva to doubts your manifestations
From the moment you decide that you have what you want, you are already in the state of the wish fulfilled. You already have it. You've already assumed it to be true. For it to become a dominant state, or for the assumption to express itself, dwell in it. Return to the thought, bask in it by visualizing, affirming, scripting etc. Persist in the new assumption and know that it is your truth because you are reality itself. It always starts with you. You are free to have whatever you desire.
CHANGING PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IS SO EASY🌿🎭🎨
Changing your appearance is actually one of the simplest things you can do—once you fully understand who you are. You are not a powerless person stuck in a body you didn’t choose. You are not at the mercy of genetics, childhood photos, or what anyone else says about your face or body. You are the creator of your entire experience, including the way your physical form shows up. That means your skin, your features, your body shape, your tone, your hair, your symmetry, your glow, and everything else—they are all listening to YOU. They are not controlled by the mirror, the past, or your DNA. They are controlled by the image you accept as real, by the commands you give through thought, identity, and assumption. Every part of your appearance is simply a result of what you've been mentally agreeing with over time.
You are not someone on the outside, trying to fix a body or a face like it’s separate from you. You are not a beggar hoping the mirror will one day give you what you want. You are the boss. The owner. The commander. Your body is yours—it belongs to you, and it works for you. It is a living, breathing mirror of your inner state. Your cells are not fixed. They are not stubborn. They are always responding to the dominant instructions you send them—whether you’re aware of it or not. Every second of the day, your cells are regenerating, reshaping, and renewing themselves based on the energy and identity you hold inside. If you keep saying “this is my face” with certainty, your body takes that command seriously and keeps rebuilding it accordingly. So when you change what you claim as yours—when you change the identity, the inner image, the feeling of “this is me”—then your entire appearance starts to shift to match that. The subconscious mind is your blueprint center. It holds the “design file” for your body and appearance. And when you upload a new design through assumption, identity, and repetition, your subconscious updates that file, and your body starts expressing the new version without question.
Think about this clearly: your appearance already changes all the time. Your face looks different when you’re tired, when you’re happy, when you’re in love, when you’re confident. Your skin reacts to emotions. Your posture changes based on how you feel. Your weight fluctuates, your glow comes and goes, your features soften or tighten based on your inner state. You didn’t force those changes—they happened automatically. That’s because your body is always responding to what’s happening inside you. So if you can change without trying just from emotions and environment, then imagine how quickly you can shift when you take conscious control of your self-image. When you deliberately choose how you look and feel and carry yourself, your body immediately starts following that new script. It’s not slow. It’s not stubborn. It’s just obedient. It’s like a loyal assistant carrying out your commands in real time.
But here’s what most people do wrong: they keep looking to the mirror to confirm the change. And that’s where the cycle breaks. The mirror is not your source. It’s your reflection. It shows you who you’ve been being—not who you are becoming. It’s always a little behind. It’s always reflecting the old command. So when you try to see the new version too early and feel disappointed, you end up repeating the old energy—and your body stays the same. You must stop waiting for proof and become the proof. You must walk, talk, and feel like the version of you who already has the face, the glow, the beauty, the exact shape you desire. That version of you exists the moment you claim it, and your body starts catching up to it the moment you stop doubting. You don’t need to ask “how” anymore. The how is built into the system. Your subconscious takes care of the physical changes. Your job is to set the design, live from it, and stop arguing with it.
There is no outside rule stronger than the one you hold inside. Genetics, history, society, beauty standards—none of it has more power than your own focus and self-image. You are not bound to the old version. You’re not trapped in a face or form that doesn’t feel like you. Your body is not concrete—it’s clay. It’s soft, flexible, shapeable, and it follows the hands of your imagination. When you shift the way you see yourself, everything about your appearance starts to align. Your face becomes more defined. Your skin starts glowing. Your eyes lift, your jaw shapes, your waist curves, your features sharpen or soften depending on the image you are focused on. It’s not about faking or pretending. It’s about deciding —deciding what is true for you and sticking to it with such deep certainty that your body has no choice but to match it.
So from now on, speak to your body like it’s yours —because it is. Tell it how to look. Tell it how to feel. Tell your skin to be smooth, your eyes to be brighter, your face to be symmetrical, your muscles to align, your posture to lift. Your body is not dumb. It understands the language of focus. The more you affirm something as real, the more your body listens. You are not waiting for results—you are living as the result now. You are the version of you that already looks exactly how you want. That version is not far away. It’s not something you’re chasing. It’s a choice you make. And once you fully choose it and stay loyal to it, your reality and reflection start to bend in your favor.
This isn’t about wishing, hoping, or struggling. This is about taking your rightful place as the author of your appearance. You are the artist, and your body is the canvas. You are the scriptwriter, and your reflection is just the screen. Stop letting the old design run on repeat. Stop doubting what you know deep down. The change you want is not a dream—it’s already alive in your subconscious, waiting for you to stop switching back and forth. So now is the time. Choose your new appearance. Claim it. Feel it. Speak it. See it. Live it. Let it be your normal. And then watch—watch how fast your physical form shifts, not because it’s magic, but because that’s how it’s always worked.
You are not becoming beautiful. You are not becoming your dream look. You are it now. The moment you say “this is me,” your body listens. And it doesn’t argue—it obeys.
Here's a scientifically+Neville backed step by step.
credit to the user : Buickamys on r/NevilleGoddard
Your brain is a prediction model:
1);you experience something.
2) it gets stored as memory.
3) The brain will pull from that memory to predict an outcome in the correct context.
In context:
You try a manifestation technique and it works.
it gets stored as a memory.
Your assumption onwards is that "This technique works".
Great but Neville taught to CHANGE assumptions.
And how did he teach it? Exactly how science teaches it: consistent, low dose pattern interruption. Your brain updates best in frequency over intensity.
Neville taught this himself in one of his lectures: every hour, return to the state. (Through visualisation)
Updating your brains prediction model
Your brain updates best based on small, repeated error signals.
rampaging 15 minutes a day is less effective than 1 affirmation an hour even if it technically means you get less affs in. Why? Because Option A interrupts ONCE, the rest of the day you are on the old model. Option B consistently interrupts it.
Why visualising works
The brain can't tell apart memory vs imagination.
meaning: the brain can form assumptions from imagination just like memory.
feel it real=most people get this wrong
Feel it real=feel it familiar. Thats what Neville meant. The idea that its so natural you simply act as if/embody. (Living in the end)
Prediction model updates on exposure, not emotional intensity. The brain doesn't need intensity to learn. But it does need frequency to memorise
prediction conflict: If you try to feel (gaslight yourself as) hot while you're brain is going "I'm ugly", this creates a mismatch. Your brain responds by HEIGHTENING self-awareness to "ugly" parts of yourself to overcome this mismatch and validate itself. Thats why people spiral.
Great. We have half the puzzle.
Visualise every few hours a day.
No need to "feel it real". Everyone rushes it when its meant to come NATURALLY. It might even feel uncomfortable initially.
In fact, I'd argue that if your visualisations feel flat/underwhelming, GOOD. It means the novelty has worn off, you're brain is starting to get used to the concept and it no longer feels like a far fetched fantasy, its starting to feel a bit more normal. But obviously- if you feel something, embrace it. Go off. It means you are immersed enough for your brain to snapshot the details vividly.
Half of you spiral because you are trying to overriding biology. Neville didn't teach that. He never said, "force happiness forever". He simply said to tap into the state frequently and eventually you'll feel it real enough to be living in the end.
And the other half of the puzzle?
Imagine this: Have you ever affirmed "I am -" and within 2 seconds, your brain fired back an automatic response "No you're not"? Some people try and supress it. Some people try and argue with it. Guess what- the most powerful answer? Do NOTHING.
Doubt=a prediction
Predictions are generated automatically. It isn't an alarm something isn't working. Its detection on something thats happened in the past.
supression doesn't work: the brain treats that as feedback and activates its threat system because youve given it emotional charge. You're basically telling it: doubt means something so we gotta keep it down and its basically going: got it. This most be important then. Keep tabs.
And how to stop it?
"notice it, let it happen, let it pass" protocal: you stop feeding it. The prediction loses fuel eventually. Prediction dies off.
It is a neuropathway after all. And neuropathways thrive on activation. But a neuropathway won't activate itself if it gets no interaction. Oh and the brain disassembles it when its "useless" enough because its no longer being activated enough so it weakens.
This correlates with Neville's words: the old state dies of disuse.
So yes. Let it happen. Let it have its final moments. Whatever you do though, DON'T ARGUE WITH IT. DON'T COUNTER AFFIRM IT.
Put it all together
Visualise a few times a day. Can be morning, afternoon, night. Or every few hours.
No conditions, except POV. Let the brain get uncomfy. Let the thoughts go "What? No way, this isn't real." Let it OBSSESS over every detail on how this is "unrealistic".
Go about the rest of your day as NORMAL.
Let the doubt come. Let it happen and let it pass. Notice it, but don't take action against it. It will go itself.
And your progress?
You start tapping into the state more frequently, NATURALLY.
The visualisations will start feeling familiar, maybe normal. Your brain is starting to feel it REAL, feeling it FAMILIAR.
With enough exposure, your brain stores it as a memory. Then? You NATURALLY and SIMPLY live in the end.
And the outcome?
After all that work, give yourself a pat on the back. Your desire is yours.
Good job, wrap it up everyone. No need to wonder "Am I doing this right" anymore. No need for "How to stop spiralling" and for goodness sake please delete that "does manifestation work?" Draft post because what I just described, is Neville's ways of manifestation with a scientifically backed expanation.
Love you to bits!!
This is my opinion btw- feel free to disagree! Scientifically, our prediction models are the same but that doesn't meab our assumptions are! If a completely wild out of pocket technique works for you, then it works.
Everything is possible, if that’s what you desire. ❀ ்۪۪ ( ᜊ ´ ˘)੭ㅤ
°⠀ ⋅.˳˳. ♡ ֹ 𓈒 𓂂 ྀི𓈒ֺ ⋅.˳˳. ׄ 𓈒 ༷𓈒 ݁ ⋅.˳˳.
Yes, everything is possible if that is truly what you desire. For a long time, we have grown accustomed to believing that everything in life must be achieved through constant sacrifice, extreme effort, and the need to stand out above everyone else. We grow up hearing that we must work harder, be the best, get the highest grades, obtain the ideal job, find the perfect partner, and meet certain standards in order to feel deserving of good things.
Perhaps that is why, for many people, it is so difficult to accept the idea that they can manifest and attract what they desire in a simple and natural way. We have associated success, love, abundance, and opportunities with struggle and exhaustion, when in reality we have been manifesting our entire lives, even without realizing it.
Every thought, emotion, belief, and expectation we hold influences the way we perceive our reality and the experiences we ultimately live through. We are constantly manifesting when we believe something will go wrong, when we think we are not enough, when we feel confident, or when we expect something good to happen. All of that shapes our daily experience.
The difference is that most people do it unconsciously. Now that you are aware of it, you can begin to do it consciously. It is not about magic or denying reality, but about understanding the power your mind, energy, and beliefs have over the direction your life takes.
Manifesting consciously means allowing yourself to believe that you deserve what you desire without guilt, fear, or the feeling that you must suffer in order to obtain it. Because when you stop believing that everything has to be difficult in order to have value, you begin to create space for things to arrive with greater ease and flow.
That does not mean you will never face obstacles or that effort is unnecessary, but rather that effort no longer feels like a constant battle. Opportunities, connections, ideas, and changes begin to align in a much more natural way when you also align yourself with what you truly desire.
Everything begins in your mind. The way you speak to yourself, what you believe is possible, and what you choose to accept as truth for your life hold far more power than you imagine.

Manifestation Reminder
Stop asking "how long" it'll take to manifest. Stop asking other people "how long" it took them to manifest what they wanted. Just stop asking about time.
If you assume that your boss is an asshole, do you wonder how long until they'll show up as an asshole? No.
If you think that you're ugly, do you wonder how long until you start looking ugly or until people think you're ugly? No.
You simply assumed that your boss was an asshole or that you were ugly in that moment. Do the same thing with your manifestations!
Don't let your mind ask about "how long" it'll take. Nope! "I'm rich right now." "I have my SP right now." "I have my dream body right now." Say it or think it over and over again until your mind shuts up.
I've had the same habit of wondering how long it'll take to manifest everything I want. But I pull my mind back to the present. It's who I am NOW. I have it all NOW.
Even if it doesn't make any sense right now, or you don't see how it's possible. That's NOT your job. Your only job is to assume that you already have what you want and to keep thinking as if you do. (Technically, that's two jobs. But you know what I mean!)
Stop asking about time. Stop asking how. Get out of the old habit of asking unnecessary questions and live/think from the end.
You can do this! You've been doing this your whole life!
i’m going to hold your hand when I say this… your manifestation “isn’t working” because you don’t have enough audacity.
fuck being humble! why wouldn’t you think so highly of yourself? why wouldn’t you think that your the best from everybody else? Nobody’s better than you, no one looks better than you, no one has more money than you. This isn’t a competition with people, this is a competition with yourself and your potential!
if you stay too humble you will never see what you want to manifest in your reality.
I’m not saying you should focus on looking down on others and proving yourself that your the best compared to them, you’ll look like a jester entertaining others. Your priority is elevating yourself and never looking down on YOU when people are in your ear talking about “be realistic” or “pipe down” or when situations/people don’t align with what you want.
why would you let anyone else take your shine when it’s your reality? what do you truly profoundly want your life to look like? That movement will be shown by how you show up for yourself, not for other people. You are the star of your reality! ☆ Not your SP, not the 3P and definitely not your 3D.
people force you to be humble because they’re blinded by how bright you shine, and scared that everything you claim to be is actually true. And that’ll happen if you just have the audacity!
regardless someone’s going to be in your ear talking some bullshit, but as long as you keep that faith and keep telling yourself “it’s coming” “i already have it anyways” no one else can disturb that fact and unfortunately, only you can disturb it, if you affirm that it’s “not working” 🤷🏽♀️
by the way, having audacity is genuinely another word for persisting in manifestation. to get something that you never had you have to do something that you’ve never done; it’s simple as just being the person with that desire — and of course, those circumstances that “keep you from being that person” don’t matter unless you make them matter!
if you can persist to be in your old identity,
you can defi-fuckin-nately persist to be in your new, desired identity
it'll take consistency, determination, but it'll be all worth it
do it until you're sick of it,
do it until you're bored of it,
do it until it feels like your dominant identity,
do it until it feels like real, raw you
peace out,
