My calorie burn goal during a workout is simple. Some people want to burn over 1000 calories in the gym and I say "heeeeeeeeeeey do your thing!" 🖖 What works best for my sanity is to keep it simple. I have a goal of 500 calories (or more 😂) burned in the gym and a 500 calorie deficit in my nutrition program.
