„Ptasi lot”
My body, is it though?
(Tw: Suggestive, allusion to SA)
Its so touching..
When did teenagers stop being teenagers?
No you don’t need to have everything perfectly in order,
no you don’t need to go running at 6am and do a silent monk retreat everyday
Go sneak out, drink cheap booze, smoke cigarettes then spray yourself in tons of
perfume so your mom doesn’t smell the stench and run away from the cops.
Don’t waste your youth, you will never be any younger than you are now😌

Hiya there! Some time has passed since I last posted anything here… But of course as many of you know – life is tricky! I promised myself I will start to post more consistently so here we are! The poem is, I think, the most accurate description of how I’ve been feeling the past month. Take care of yourself and don’t forget to smile!❤️
A horrible feeling, it makes my guts hurt and burn with bitterness.
All your life you've felt unwanted, like nothing but a background noise. Whether it was sixth grade and you find out your friends went out with you, once again. Or those God awful projects, where you're paired with a random classmate, because your friends chose each other, once again.
I guess the worst part about it all is when you find friends that do not make you feel like that anymore, where a group actually feels like a group. When they go out, all go out. When a problem appears, it's everyone's problem. It feels like family, like peace. Until it doesn't.
Until one day a word slips out of one's mouth. Oh, they're going to a concert. All of them, except me? Oh, it has been known for quite some time, but why is it new to me? You start to look visibly hurt and then the questions, those painful questions. "Do you want to go with us?", "What? Why not?". Is the answer not clear?
And in that moment you feel like you're twelve again. Crying in your room, because all you want is to be wanted by your friends, the way you want them.
And in that moment you realize that they're a part of your life, but you're not a part of theirs.
I love the feeling in your stomach when you're about to meet with someone new for the first time, something similar to stress but with a hint of excitement.
My wish for today is directed to you, reader.
Don't be afraid to cut out people from your life who block the sun when you're trying to bloom. Don't be afraid to distance yourself from people who make you lose your spark.
I love you all❤️
Might be one of my best poems yet… goodnight!❤️

Letter to the Day
Today the morning was the kind that makes you ask: „Will the world treat me kindly today?”
The kind that makes you anxious to wake up, because „what if?”
The kind that makes you worry that if you find the courage to get up, you will be met with a series of mistakes and unpleasant experiences.
The kind that makes you think, that if you choose to hide, nothing bad will find you.
Which is silly, because it means that at the same time nothing good will manage to find you.
And so today I found the courage and woke up.
And the warm Sunday sun found me.
So, cheers to me!
And cheers to everyone who finds this post, cheers to everyone who overcomes the fear of the day and lives through it!
All my love to our Black Cats! I wish you all an amazing day!❤️
A letter to Joyful Aliens
One thing, and I cannot stress this enough, is figuring out when exactly did people started to view happiness as something abnormal?
I think it's obvious that everyone wants to be happy, it's the ultimate goal in life, isn't it?
On a daily basis I am an extremely positive person, which I'm proud of. Depression has been with me since I was twelve, I'm diagnosed and medicated for quite some time now. So, life wasn't (and still isn't) a cake walk for me. However, everyday I try, and that's the most important thing - trying. My view on things is simple: peace and acceptance allows you to live your life to the fullest. And so, everyday I smile. I have conversations with strangers (as Hozier said: the stranger the better), and find beauty in small things.
For an example, just yesterday (it was super sunny outside) I was walking to the local store near my school, where most of the students go to on break. While making my way there, I stopped by a tree, just for a second, to watch how the leaves (seeming much greener in the sun) were being swayed by the wind. It made me smile. I know it may sound cheesy, but another rule I live by is to never be embarrassed by things that make you happy. But to get to the point.
Few days ago (I think it was Monday or Tuesday) I had a slow, peaceful morning and just a good start of the day in general. And as I got to school, being on time (for once), I made my way to say hi to my best friend, and so while we were talking I said to her "Today is going to be such a good day! The weather is nice and I feel and look good, it's nice". She looked at me as if I was an alien and answered "What are you so happy for? We have a test today". And to be fair – it made me quite upset – because she questioned my happiness rather than accepting it.
Another example is when I was walking towards my local library and I was smiling ear to ear (to be clear, not like a madman, but just a genuine smile) and na old lady gave me the weirdest look.
So my questions is: have we normalized being unhappy so much, so that enjoying life seems like a myth, or even like a sin?
My wish today is for people to stop rushing their lives, and accept the help that time offers them. You are not running out of time, live your life at your own pace.
Have a good day and smile at the birds chirping❤️
