And so it seems we’ve gone around in a bit of a circle! Bear is back to spending most of his time as a lion, and after some chaotic events in the past couple of weeks, we definitely need the power and security of a larger form.

Day 13: What is your daemon’s color?

I'm on mobile so i'm not gonna bother with the html stuff, but Rune's color is red-orange! Like the color of jasper.

Chev's is a greenish yellow. Like seeing sunlight through green leaves.

Amari's was red for the longest time while taking the form of a wolf. Likely cause it looked like blood. Now? We are not sure.

Kop usually likes forms with reds, oranges, browns, black and some white in them. Her colours remind me of forests in fall.

Our selection? Three Little Birds, Bob Marley & The Wailers.

We knew this song before, of course (who doesn't?!) but it became an official favourite when it featured in the movie I Am Legend (a great movie for our current circumstances, we reccommend it).

So, me and Bear are getting seriously. Bored.

We wanted to have something to look forward to everyday, and so are completing a 30 day song challenge posted by a friend on facebook.

Day 1: a song you like with a colour in the title.

Perhaps our favourite is "Red Right Hand" by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. We heard this first at our sister's school production of Don Quixote and instantly thought it was simultaneously bizzarre and a great song.

Crows normally walk. This one seems to have both legs working, so he’s not hopping out of necessity, he’s doing it for fun. Corvids can sometimes be seen doing things like this for no evident reason other than enjoyment.

If you're interested in the meaning of the names:

Maniae are spirits that embody insanity, madness and crazed frenzy in Greek mythology.

Deima is derived from Deimos, who is a Greek god and the personification of dread.

Finally, Forseti is the Old Norse god of justice and reconcilliation.
