I wanted to create a side blog to put drabbles, hcs, and small little things based on characters in lego monkie kid! Call me Noise. A few things before everything else;
-I go mainly off the lego monkey kid wiki here! So if you don't agree with something I write, like Nezha being an adult, I get it from the wiki! :3c
-I do not plan to do anything 18+! Suggestive jokes can and will be made but nothing will actually be written!
Request status: Currently closed! I have a fair few in requests I'm working on as of right now, so I'm closing them temporarily to avoid stress!
As for requests? Here are my guidelines~
-Please specify romantic or platonic in the request! I will default to playful friends if not specified~
-Be sure to say if you want a specific reader! GN, Masc, Fem, ect! I go with GN if nothing is requested.
-Again, I am not writing smut or limes, but something suggestive can be implied! I'm treating this blog 14+ ish.
-I have no limit with characters! I will write as many as in the request, but please tell me if you wanted me to write them as a group (polyamory/friend group), or separate hc's and such!
-Please specify in the request if you want hc's, a drabble, ect! Otherwise I will simply default to hc's...
-Finally, and I think a few specific people will be happy with this, I have finally seen season 5 of lmk! The characters introduced and centered in s5 are now available for requesting!
To the people who have not seen s5; Don't worry! I will still tag under " #lmk season 5 spoilers ! "
Can you please do a cocky and flirty masc reader x Li Jing, I'm saying he's a shameless simp, like absolutly shameless, do whatever you want with it, can be suggestive or not, I give you free reign.

(Masc)
You had been a celestial warrior for many many years, being a bit on the older side. It was to the point you were assigned an actual semi high position in the rankings, even training some of the newer warriors that joined the ranks. This being said, though you were certainly respected, the recruits closer to you know of your obvious… want, for the general.
Li Jing.
The comments you have said about your fellow man were sometimes enough to fluster even your toughest friend. You always defend such words with the reasoning that you weren’t lying, it’s true is it not? They can never make a counterpoint- because you are right, though they loathe to admit it.
It’s true that the general was an objectively attractive man, it's also true that he has battled many times so obviously he’s more experienced in adapting. His voice is deeper and a bit on the rough side.
Everything they try to counter with is always shot down with your simple ask of if it wasn’t true. You were never outright explicit with your comments, stars no, but they did have implications. And that was enough for the others’ minds to fill in the rest.
But here’s the part that always takes the newer ones off guard; when Li Jing himself is around, you don’t filter yourself. Oh, no no no, if anything, you get worse.
Li Jing would overhear your comments sometimes, demand you to repeat yourself, and you would. Voice confident and with no shame, you announced your comments with pride. Pride that, often, got you doing the more unfavorable chores.
That, however, was not enough to stop you- much to Li Jings utter exasperation.
With being in the service for so long, these comments have also been going on for quite a while. Not all of these comments are solely because of his appearance, some are more emotion driven than others. Being under Li Jing for so long also means you have gotten many many chances to talk to the general one on one. You didn’t talk to the man very long, due to only really holding short conversations with him when he requested your presence to go over something work related, but occasionally you could slip a non-work question in during training when he walked by you.
And for whatever reason, he would respond to you.
It wasn’t much, just a question here and there about how his day had been, what his favorite food was, maybe asking if he did yoga or the like to remain agile. Li Jing could have left it be, could have ignored you, could have even given you hellish training to learn not to ask pointless questions. But he didn’t- he answered.
Truly, him doing so only spurred your comments on. You would make under the breath implications when it was merely the two of you in the immediate area that got you the glorious sight of a blush. A blush! The blush wasn’t big, just a small little color difference on his cheekbones, but to you it meant the world.
The first time you decided to up the ante of them, he sent you straight to cleaning duty. You didn’t regret a thing.
✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾⋆⁺₊✧✩₊˚.⋆☾
You began to regret it when he called you to his office and you didn’t see anything hinting he wanted to go over any plans with you. Well, you regret it only in the case you wouldn’t be able to see him anymore; assuming this was about to end in you being banished in some way. The meaning behind what you said remained true, you regret none of it, you just mourned ahead of time that you’d never be able to see the way he reacted from everything you say.
Back to the present, however, you stood at attention in front of the stone faced general.
He says your name simply. You had to hold yourself back from immediately making a remark about hearing your name in a different setting.
“You understand why you’re here, correct?” He asked with a raised brow, voice even and straight to the point.
ha. straight.
Discarding that thought, you answer back with a measured no. It would’ve been one thing if you were called to the office on the same day you had made a particularly bold statement, but you’ve not interacted with him today until just now. So it likely wasn’t due to that. You knew the general didn’t care if you were in front of other warriors or not, calling you out without remorse.
So yes, you truly did not know why exactly you were called here today.
Li Jing narrowed his eyes at you, something unreadable behind his gaze. You remained still.
“I believed you were much more observant than this,” Li Jing scoffed, walking around you in slow steps. If it were at a different time, you might’ve loved having those eyes on you- analyzing your every breath, all the small shifts of your muscles, each and every miniscule detail about your being. But now? Now you just felt like he was waiting for you to slip up, to mess up and give him more reason to banish you. To end your time here.
But even if it is your final moments, you remain calm. Because you don’t want your last memory to be fear racing through your body as he rids of you. No, if you truly were in your last minutes alive, you wanted the last thing you remembered to be going down staring at the very man you swore you’d serve until the day of your demise.
The universe would pry your longing for the general from your cold, dead hands.
You let the question of why you were here slip out, not loud or demanding, just your voice. Plain, even, but ever searching. Wondering why he’s brought you here.
He stops in front of you, a few feet away but still feeling much too close for your sanity.
“Let me ask something instead,” Without turning, his voice loses none of its power even as it lowers in volume.
“Do you truly believe I am unable to feel? Unable to see the good in something, or perhaps someone?”
The question took you off guard, even with its simplicity. Why would you not? You knew the general was more than simply the general. Of course he too had a life past battles, past the duties and responsibilities he tended to in his office.
But as you open your mouth to deny such slander, that he is capable of all he says, he holds up a hand and sends you a look over his shoulder that has your mouth shutting immediately.
“Hold your words. For if you truly believed in them, you would notice your… desires are not one sided.”
His statement took the air from your lungs as you stood frozen in place, eyes widening slightly. There was… no way, right? He was simply joking with you, just messing around to get you back after all this time!
But Li Jing wasn’t one to joke, not even in downtime. There was no glint in his eyes, no struggling of facial muscles trying to hold back a grin or a chuckle. He was being completely serious, honest and firm as per usual.
But that would mean he…
“I can see it on your face,” He acknowledged, turning around fully and walking closer to you. Does he hear your heart pounding? The blood rushing through your body? He effectively shut off your thought process by grabbing both of your hands in his own. “You’ve realized, haven’t you? That I’ve fallen for you just as you’ve joked in the past..”
You couldn’t bring yourself to speak, not when he looked at you like that, not when he spoke so lowly but it rang so loudly in your ears. He brang a hand up, planting his lips on the knuckles while looking right at you, uncaring of your hitched breath.
He spoke your name quietly, sliding out of his mouth with ease. You swallowed.
“Will you be mine?”
Hello! May I request a romantic oneshot of Nezha x f!reader that’s freed from being trapped in the scroll of memory by Azure?

How long has it been in this absolute hell?
You’ve been counting away the seconds, the minutes, it’s the only thing that keeps you grounded to reality.
If you could even call this place a reality. Sometimes you think you already died and this is your after, but then the curse crudely reminds you that you are in fact still alive.
In the form of good ol’ physical contact.
You really didn’t want to be reminded of your family, how they acted when you stood up for yourself the first time, how they tried to make you stay with them when you told them you were going to live with your boyfriend of 2 years.
Yet this place seems insistent you be reminded of everything you’ve ever done in your life. A constant series of ‘what ifs’ and memories clashing together in a cacophony of dread that never fails to get you crying and/or screaming at the air to just stop it, please. It never does. It’ll never grant you that mercy, so long as you breathe in this place.
You’ve kept count how long you’ve been here, experiencing all there is to be felt.
6 weeks.
You’ve been in this nonstop loop for 6 weeks now. You miss your friends, you miss those nice coworkers, hell- you even miss your boss, the same old lady that insists on calling the staff ‘dearies’ as if you were all a family.
But most of all, you miss your boyfriend. You miss your talks, the way he would smile or even give a small laugh at your over the top jokes, the way he would sit with you after a long day.
In the first week of being here, you thought maybe he would rescue you and the other poor souls you sometimes hear screaming in the distance. This thought process was admittedly naïve of you, but you couldn’t help remembering Mk’s screams echoing the first few days you were there.
You had gone with the group when Mk was trying to get the scroll originally, dodging the blast that had captured Sandy Pigsy and Tang. You were there when Azure showed up, defeating the thing with ease.
You went with Mei and Mk to go into the scroll, figuring your knowledge of history may help a bit. And it did, for a while. Then you were separated from the others, taken away by the guards of the scroll’s city and so your own personal hell began.
Day after day, a new thing was brought up. You didn’t think you lived a particularly eventful life, but this place seems to think otherwise.
Today, it seemed, was mocking you and your actions. Because what stood before you was a mockery of what you believe is supposed to be Mei. She- no. It.
It was snarling at you; eyes squinted and glowing mouth pulled into a sneer, arms crossing as it leaned forward.
“Can’t believe you’ve been fake with me this entire time” It huffed at you, the eyes rolling. You knew it wasn’t Mei, you knew it wasn’t, but seeing something mimic her voice and most of her appearance then actively criticize how you act.. it still hurts. You try to defend yourself- saying that since Mei and the others were more high energy, you had to act higher energy as well to match the vibe.
It gives a cruel laugh, tossing its head back as it does so. You shrunk a little, but tried to stand firm with your opinion. You shouted for it to fuck off, that the real Mei would understand you not wanting to bring down the mood; In fact, she probably even yell at you not to force yourself to begin with! Because she’s just that good of a friend!
The curse stared at you before smiling with teeth bared, leftover giggles ramping back up into mad cackles. “Oh, but I am her! It’s me, you know?! I remember everything~!” The voice mockingly cooed, but it only made you angry. How fucking dare this parasite mimic her- how dare it claim the untruth. You knew Mei escaped with Mk and the others, you could feel the ripple of loss ripple through the scroll’s world. You also saw the way the curse visibly got upset at the time.
You knew the others freed Wukong at some point, you felt the way the one in front of you got more relentless once it happened.
But if everyone else was saved, why weren’t you? It’s been.. weeks..
You could reason it was likely they were busy in battle, and you would really only be a liability during such times, so you were left for last.
…but if it’s been weeks, surely it would be over by now?
You thought about it, remembering how long Lady bone demons' takeover lasted, and reasoning maybe the villain they were facing out there was much worse.
However terrifying the thought was, it brung you slight comfort.
Your slight comfort was immediately forgotten about, however, when it groaned at you.
“Oh come on, when is it going to get through that thick skull of yours? They aren’t coming for you. Period.” The form shifted grotesquely, going from Mei to Mk. It tilted its head, eyes widening to adopt a more innocent expression. “Don’t you realize I’m not coming back for you? I’ve got more important things to worry about than some nobody.” It snorted, waving its hands in front of itself and shaking its head, “Wait no, no- Not just some nobody, a nobody dating a celestial! Isn’t that just rich?”
You opened your mouth, hurt and rage circling through your body like a looping river, when a flash of pink momentarily blinded you. Raising your hand to cover your eyes with a hiss, you hear the curse also let out a shout from where it stood.
“She is dating a celestial.. one that loves her very much,” You hear that oh so familiar voice begin from directly in front of you, and your eyes widened- hand falling from your eyes down to cover your mouth in shock, all anger you felt before draining from your body in an instant. You felt tears start to gather, and you attempt to blink them away. Nezha wasn’t facing you, pointing his spear at the curse which had shifted to take Nezha's form. “and one that is taking her back where she rightfully belongs; out of here.”
With those last hissed words, and one more screech from the curse, another blinding flash happened around you before you were in the home you two shared. The area was silent for a moment, partly because you were blinking both from the lighting change and fighting tears, and then you heard a shuddering inhale from behind you.
You looked up, finding a disheveled Nezha staring back at you with relief and love mixing together in his eyes, along with tears of his own. Reaching forward with a shaky hand, taking half a step forward, he didn’t need to hear the words to rush forward and embrace you tightly.
Wrapping your arms around him just as tightly, the both of your tears fall as you both mutter your woes to the other.
Pulling back briefly, Nezha cups your face with a choked sob and a soft smile.
“It’s okay, you’re safe now…” He hiccups, pressing your foreheads together. Your knees buckle and he lowers the two of you down to sit.
You don’t tell him of how long it truly was, what all was thrown at you, but you knew that he knew something was up.
But that was alright, because he was willing to wait an eternity for you. For now, it was enough that the two of you could hold eachother after the respective hell’s the both of you went through.
You knew he’d follow through.. he always did~
so friendo i'm sure you know about courtnapping? :3
could i perhaps request red son, wukong, macaque, and nine courtnapping their gn!crush? :3c
-🐍
"I just couldn't get enough of you~"
(GN)
❊Red son❊
-Red son didn't really know much at all about the ritual of courtnapping.
-Of course, he knew the basics from both his parents and general academic knowledge, he just never cared to look into the details of it. He never anticipated actually getting a partner after all.
-And then you came into his life and flipped his plans on their head.
-He wasn’t necessarily an impulsive type, he preferred to plan things out ahead of time so he wasn’t fumbling in the moment.
-Which was certainly a wrench in his decision making when it came to courtnapping. Father especially always told him that he would know only slightly ahead of time if he wished to bring someone home. A small feeling at the back of his mind. That would be the only warning, before all of his thoughts would be invaded by the need to have them there with him.
-Father didn’t turn out to be wrong. One day, he was talking about his latest invention and how its mechanics worked when he felt the overwhelming need to have them there. He brushed it off for the most part, just turning the conversation to an invite over to show them the item in question.
-He tried not to question the way something deep within him stirred in joy when they arrived at his home.
-He did question the urge to keep them there, but only briefly enough before asking them to consider a sleepover. He reasoned to himself that they could understand more things this way.
-…He realized a few days later what happened.
-Red son, however, couldn’t deny that he did enjoy having you with him..~
☼Wukong☼
-Wukong considered himself a very sensible sage. Sure from time to time he did actions that he’d look back on later and question, but it was honestly a minority compared to normal- he swears.
-This being said, even he realized he collects things quite a bit. Sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose; all the same, he has a very large collection.
-When he met you, of course he had to show you his wonders he’s collected over his time alive. And it goes without question he had to show you all the good spots he’s found over the years.
-Your reactions always filled him with joy and pride. The surprise, the wonder, the awe- he loved it all every time.
-One day, he had caught himself thinking about you in a more intimate way than previous. Instead of casually showing you a potential hang out spot, he had thoughts of the two of you using it to stargaze or to slow dance. Instead of just ruffling your hair or poking you with his elbow playfully, the idea of hand holding gradually started to invade his mind.
-He gave it a chance to see where it would go rather than stomping on the idea right away, and he believes this was his best decision yet.
-Over time, he tried to get you to hangout more and more, keeping you longer and longer. He just didn’t want the hangout to end. Didn’t want to leave your company.
-He snuck in more gifts, along with trying to get you to stay a night at the mountain. Like a sleepover, he reasoned.
-Wukong could never really place why he felt so dejected when you would say no. It was a simple denial of your own choice, you said no to his offer and that was that. Yet he just couldn’t get over it.
-During one of your hangouts, the two of you were at flower fruit mountain as he told stories from some of the items in his collection. Dramatic retellings, was what he was doing. And you were enjoying it, if the laughter and clapping following his actions was any indication.
-It was as he was rifling through a different pile he came across an older book he didn't remember the contents of at the top of his head, so naturally he opened it up to read it in attempts to remember any fun stories potentially attached.
-Only to still completely as he was greeted with the sight of courting rituals in the old language that was common at the time.
-You could be heard in the distance going out for a bit to mess around with the smaller monkeys while waiting on him, and it hit him all at once why he was feeling the way he was- why exactly he felt so devastated when you would deny sleeping over on Flower Fruit mountain with him.
-All of that was because he was, unconsciously, trying to court you. Demon style.
-....Maybe you won’t be too mad if he kept you entertained with more stories while accidentally losing track of time until you had to sleep over, just to be safe~
✫Macaque✫
-Macaque knew full well the different rituals of demons, having researched the various things when he was still new to the world. He knew he had the instincts, yes, but he wanted a name for them- also learning about things he hadn't felt just yet along with their names.
-This being said, he has had the unfortunate experience of being almost taken over by instincts when he got close to someone. It was frankly awful for the both of them, none of the ones it happened with were very keen on staying afterwards despite the fact it was a mistake as he explained.
-So when with you, when he started feeling those familiar instincts rear their ugly head, he became…less open.
-Whereas before he would playfully poke and nudge you, maybe make you stumble if he felt particularly mean, he suddenly reserved any and all touch to brief pats to the shoulder. If you tried to initiate anything longer, like a hug, he would take a few steps back and make a comment about having a stubborn flea in his fur. Of course, he has other excuses, but that was his go-to.
-All the seemingly infinite free time he had when it came to the two of you hanging out was mostly gone, his shadow plays becoming a bigger priority. The people paid good money to get tickets to see it, y’know; couldn’t just skimp out on them!
-These actions of withdrawal from you were all so his mind didn't get any bright ideas, not to mention he didn't want to see you look at him with a face of shock and disgust some in the past have looked at him with. Macaque doesnt think he could take seeing such a look from you directed at him.
-Of course, some of the others picked up on the distance and confronted him about it. He told none of them anything, making excuse after excuse.
-Then Sandy talked to him, and Macaque has never felt as seen as he did with him. The quiet confessions in the boat just between the two of them and the cats. He’d never admit aloud they helped, but he’s mostly certain the other already knows.
-After a few different meetings with Sandy, he was convinced to just give it a shot. If his… crush didn't like it, or even lashed out, then that’s that. If his act is accepted, and the feelings were reciprocated, he’d.. talk with them. See where the relationship went from there.
-So he did. He stopped making excuses, stopped avoiding any contact, and started hanging out again. The distancing did hurt you a bit, but he was ready for that. He apologized, and was making up for it everyday.
-Though it took a while, and multiple apologies scattered across random days that guilt would rise back up and eat at him, the two of you were eventually back how you were before his whole thing.
-And he took the risk; Taking you via shadows back to where he stayed most nights, and emerging hesitantly. The instincts that were nagging at him so much finally went quiet, but the anxiety that came with the actions became louder than ever.
-So when you turned to him with widened eyes and those words he desperately wanted to hear, he couldn’t have been happier.
-Honestly, he’d gladly take you from where you were in favor of having you with him..~
☯Nine☯
-First things first, the two of you don’t hang out incredibly often. The both of you had fairly busy lives that needed tending to. But he doesn’t mind that much. You didn’t seem to either, just happy you had any down time to begin with.
-You’d known each other for a while now- about two years if he recalls correctly. Two whole years of planning times to meet up and chat about life and shared interests. A fair amount of time to get to know you.
-How you act, how you move, the way you have certain speaking habits; he’s slowly noticed all of them. And with noticing these comes him starting to examine anything else about you out of curiosity. Your small shifts when you get excited or nervous, your shoulders pulling back when you were doing something slightly strenuous or if you were serious.
-He found your little habits, frankly, adorable. There was no sugar coating it, not in his eyes. Nine adored the way you moved and reacted, analyzing each new thing with utter focus. He enjoyed examining the knowledge, it gave him a look into that little brain of yours.
-Though even with studying you, he was still surprised with every visit. A new hobby, maybe a new side to the way you viewed an incident at your workplace- he learned something new about you each time you spoke.
-Nine loved this; It gave a certain flare to the monotonous drone of everyday life, it gave color to what was a desolate grey.
-So of course he had to take you for himself. It was only natural, after all.
-The next hang out the both of you attended, when it ended, he brought you back to where he stayed. You questioned him, yes, but he brushed it off for a bit with the excuse of an extended hang out that he would be hosting.
-You accepted it for the time, and the topic moved on.
-Then it got later and later, and you kept trying to go home, but he kept roping you back into a conversation. Talking about new topics never failed to distract your mind, a thing he also adored. Nine loves the fact your brain is always willing to hear about new information, always willing to learn more.
-Alas, even that only worked so much. Because when it was fully dark outside, you confronted him about the time and being upset he kept delaying you until it was too late.
-He revealed the fact that he was just doing what was in his nature, what was so wrong with doing that with someone he enjoys spending time with? You told him flattery wouldn’t work, and asked what he meant by ‘in his nature’.
-Court napping, he responded- It was something a fair few demons felt the need to do whenever they met someone that catches their interest.
-And suddenly, any annoyance in you left your body; shoulders slumping and mouth dropping open a bit as you looked at him with a mixture of disbelief and slight hints of affection.
-Nine couldn’t help but laugh at you.
-By the stars, you were too much… And he didn’t want anything else~

(Masc)
You hadn't known the general for very long, youd admit. Maybe around 6 months, 6 1/2 by now if you had to guess. The time before that you had spent only hearing of the man, and from what you had heard you weren't exactly keen on meeting him very soon.
Listen, when all you hear about someone is that theyre strict and in a very important position of power, you'd be concerned as well.
The last thing you'd want to do is accidentally make either a bad impression or just straight up fumble.
That's a one way ticket into losing your position or losing your life. And you'd rather not have either happen, thank you very much.
Regardless, you’d only heard rumors of him. What he looked like, how he acted, all of it. You didn’t believe much of such tales, guessing most of it was blown out of the water in its actuality of what was true.
You did your part as a guard, day to day, and that was enough for you.
And then you saw him, the general, in the flesh.
Then suddenly, you realized some of those rumors maybe weren't as exaggerated as you thought previously.
It felt almost shameful to think of your superior in such a way, like he himself would know you think those things and personally come to end your time in this realm. This didn't stop the thoughts of course, but it certainly did the job in pushing them down when it came to your actual duty.
Still, you couldn't help but admire the man when you weren't actively doing something. You let your thoughts wander in those moments. Examining him- the way he moved, how his voice raised while not losing any of the command lacing his words, even down to how he held himself and the ways his face changed ever so slightly with each action made.
One day, one heart stopping day, he called you to follow him.
You didn't expect anything good. And with the way the soldiers around you sucked in their breaths as you tensed, they didn't either. All of you at that moment fully expected to have to clear any items you may have had in your quarters, to open the space up.
Still, you did what anyone would do when asked by their superior to do something; you obeyed, and followed behind him quietly.
When the two of you ended up in what you believe to be his office, he had locked the door- further making you believe your fate was sealed.
“Take off your helmet” Li Jing finally spoke, looking at you with an unreadable expression. You did as told, setting the object down on the edge of one of the seats before returning to look at him. Only to find him closer than he previously was, startling you. You didn’t jump or flinch, only tensing as you stared at your general.
You watched as he stepped closer still, watched as his hand rose and rose until he held your chin between pointer and thumb, pushing your head up so you had to stare him head on.
He said your name, the word falling into the quiet space between you two. “You’ve been staring at me quite a bit. Do you have something to confess, guard?” Li Jing questioned, keeping a grip on your chin so you couldn’t look away and avoid him.
You tell him that.. you found him quite attractive in multiple categories. That over the time you knew him, however short, you fell hard and fast.
He continued staring at you, and the room fell into silence after your words. You closed your eyes, fully expecting to be killed- or perhaps even sentenced to a short fate in his pagoda, destined to be ripped apart for thinking blasphemy.
Instead, the only thing that greeted you, was a pair of lips on yours. Steady in pace and nowhere near rough. Your eyes flew open just as he pulled away, warmth rushing to your face and lips parted in shock, as Li Jing stared at you with undeniably soft eyes before huffing what you believe to be a laugh.
“What, did you think I was oblivious to such acts? Have more faith, will you..”

-Despite being a celestial guard, he's a very dedicated man to you.
-He hates that general life takes the precious time away from the two of you. So when he has that rare pocket of free time that aligns with yours, he's all over you~
-Cuddles, shared activities, being close; anything that he can use to be with you during the time.
-One of his favorite things to do is work with you on your hobbies. To him, it shows you trust him enough to be open about the things you hold close to your heart- things that let you destress after a long day.
-Drawing, gardening, baking, cooking- any and everything. He just enjoys being with you.
-Something you did that softened his heart was when, after a harsh day, you would hold him tightly after patching him up. The compression was especially nice to his sore muscles, and you holding him was an amazing way to do so.
-He hated that sometimes your own job drained you so badly, that some of the other workers made you so uncomfortable. He was half tempted to go down there and show them you were unavailable, but you talked him out of it.
-This didn't stop him from sending vague threats via letter, but you didn't need to worry about that...~
-After a long day of work, when he was already home, he liked to prepare dinner for you. He wasn't the best with complicated recipes, but sometimes all you need is a simple meal that brought comfort.
-This man is also an unintentional tease. The way he moves, the way he words certain things, all not meant to seem the way they do yet still get to you.
-He never understands when you explain it to him, but he's never unhappy with the results~
-Lover man through and through; he's with you till the end~

☯Nine but with a reader who views him as a father figure☯
(GN)
-Nine wasn't keen on making connections while he was trapped where he was. Away from the chaos.
-This doesn't mean he wouldn't be polite to passerby's who have done nothing to him. It was simply that he wouldn't reach out to keep in contact.
-Something that he had discovered in the mortal realm especially, is that there are quite a few people who have seen something close to chaos, who receive visions in the form of blurry dreams from the land he hails from. It intrigues him greatly, seeing all their theories and experiences. A common thing he finds himself doing is reading up on any available instance that may have been written down.
-This is how he meets you. You, who was just another face in the world, until he noticed you were holding one of the few books that existed about the concept and place of chaos.
-He holds a polite conversation for a few moments with you, asking about the book and its contents as well as telling some of his own knowledge on the subject. He figured he would simply come back another time for the book, since you were a mortal who looked quite tired. As though you rarely had the time to even come out and read, while he had much more time than that.
-Of course, he wanted to know when the book was actually available, so he asked you for a number to contact to do just that. You gave him the number, and he left with a nod and well wishes to you.
-You weren't too opinionated about the one who asked for your contact in order to know when the book you were reading was going to be available.
-It was just another soul going about their day.
-But as weeks passed, it was surprising just how comfortable the two of you became with each other. Regularly going to either your place or the library and talking about what the both of you have read over your shared interests.
-You've learned a lot from the other. It occurred to you one evening that you forgot to ask his name. He laughed and responded for you to call him Nine.
-Nine wasn't always up to talk, and that was just fine with you. You still had your busy work schedule to keep you occupied, closely observing your funds to make sure you had enough for rent, transportation, and food.
-Unfortunately, for your conscious that is, somewhere along the way Nine discovered how tightly you were being wrung in order to keep things up and running. Then proceeded to begin arriving at your book sessions with groceries.
-At your shocked face, he explained that he knew you very likely wouldn't accept any money donations, so he decided to provide in a different way. Most were shelf stable things, but he reasoned he was technically providing his own share to your meetups- Since you were hosting, he thought it only fair to bring his share.
-It eased your brain only slightly, but you still tried to tell him it wasn't unnecessary. He continued to wave you off, even bringing up that he, too, benefited from it, making the meetings more enjoyable than previous for both parties.
-You folded, and so began the gradual change of a few groceries to full on hauls complete with check-in's from Nine. He seemed to realize some days were worse than others for you, and sometimes these days sent you into a bit of a slump.
-Especially when you thought something was under control only to find out it wasn't. You had a very fragile balance with your living space, and it was never great when it was disturbed.
-Enter Nine, who has decided to take it upon himself to be like a second pair of hands for you. Struggling whether to do household chores or cook first? No worries, he's there and taking up the cleaning job before you can open your mouth. In the middle of your job but need to prep for dinner? A spare key is all he needs.
-Some days you regret giving him a spare key, feeling bad for all he's doing for you while you do nothing in turn. Other days you felt nothing but relief at coming home and seeing that not only is everything in order, but dinner is also made and you can see Nine sitting patiently waiting to discuss the newest book by the table.
-It didn't really click for you just how you felt about this change until, one day, you got a nasty fever. And who was right there, helping you out despite his likely busy schedule, but Nine himself.
-Though your head was foggy with sickness, you were still conscious enough to process the behavior and connect it to comfort. You would take it to the grave, but in that moment where you felt miserable, you leaned into the cold hand on your forehead.
-You pretended you didn't remember the moment once you had more clarity, but you did thank him for staying with you during that time. He merely waved you off, saying to take care then going on his way.
-The next time he visited, you were on your feet darting around the apartment doing the chores he typically would take over. He asked, but you didn't elaborate past saying you had a burst of energy.
-Things like this happened much more, ranging from just cleaning the space you two would be reading in, to actually giving him small things you purchased on a whim. They were never expensive things, and you did make sure to stay within budget, but it was something you began doing.
-This had the unintended consequences of Nine being more open, saying words of thank when you got him something and praise when you completed a task.
-It made you feel bubbly in a way that you felt only briefly in the past, and that was when it finally truly clicked for you.
-You had experienced this feeling in the past when you were still in school, a janitor you made friends with had praised you on your quiz scores. You also remember seeing them as a sort of parental figure in the place of your own negligent parents.
-And with this feeling returning when Nine said kind words...
-oh.
-Although it was shocking to you initially, you warmed up to the idea with time. He wasn't a bad figure to see in such a light. A little chaotic, sure, but it wasn't necessarily in a way that made you reel back.
-You like to believe your friend was none the wiser about the development.. If he did, you bet it would be the equivalent of finding your hand in the cookie jar. Embarrassing... ☆
Hi! I dont know if your requests are open, if not feel free to ignore, but I had a fic/headcannon idea of a reader that ALWAYS attends Macaque’s shadow plays! Like they NEVER miss one, but they dont actually know its Macaque until he talks to them about it, I just think it’d be really cute to see the reader super invested in the shadow plays and Macaques creativity.

-Macaque thought it amusing at first, seeing a familiar face at his plays. Ironic how you found him by pure chance.
-He kept it cool, playing as he normally would. Entertaining the crowd, telling the story he saught to tell through his puppets and shadows.
-It was the sixth play that you showed up at that he started to really wonder just how invested you were, that you show up to so many of his retelling of old tales.
-Of course, he didn't confront you about it. The entire thing was just harmless coincidence, you finding his down time. He didn't change anything when you two hung out.
-It was the twentieth time he spotted you that he begun to wonder if it was more than a mere coincidence. Wondering if you knew who he was.
-Why such a large number of plays, you may ask? Well, it was the twentieth specifically that he advertised it as a retelling of a story he knew you had already showed up at. And yet you still came, watching the same story be told twice.
-It was one thing to come to new plays to watch the shadows swirl and merge as he narrated the events unfolding to the audience, but to come to a play you had already seen?
-Still, he didn't confront you about it when the two of you were hanging out. Sure, he might have thrown a few hints here and there, but he never outright sat you down and asked if you knew.
-Maybe he should have.
-Finally, when he saw you show up for yet another repeat show- he remembers, it was the thirty fifth show- he gave in.
-When the two of you met up, about an hour into your usual catching up, he finally confronted you about it.
✯ ━━━━━━ ✿ ✫ ✿ ━━━━━━ ✯✯ ━━━━━━ ✿ ✫ ✿ ━━━━━━ ✯✯ ━━━━━━ ✫
"Hey.. you wouldn't happen to know someone else who majors in messing with shadows, right?" He began casually, trying to see if you starting sweating or if your heartrate would raise- typical signs of knowing something.
But nothing happened. Nothing that he was expecting, anyways. Instead, you lit up; Becoming more animated in the way you explained your love for the shadow plays hosted downtown. You spoke highly of them, highlighting little details that he personally thought most people missed, and even showing more favor for some tales over others. Not that you spoke bad about them, no, it's just that you were more excited about those certain ones than your usual enthusiasm about the plays in general.
You eventually brung up the fact that you knew little to nothing about the one who hosts them, only knowing they were a near master with the shadows and an amazing narrator when it came to the telling's.
This is when he finally got over his stupor at the fact you never said a thing about him and them being one in the same. Shaking his head lightly, he huffed a laugh at you, making you pause in your ramblings to stare at him in question.
"You really don't know, do you?" Macaque grinned at you, tilting his head. The question was more rhetorical than anything, but you still shook your head slowly in a 'no'.
"Doll, the one who runs the plays? The one who crafts all the puppets and narrates? That's me."
What happened next was your utterly shocked form staring at Macaque as he doubled over laughing from your expression.
Eventually, the two of you talked more about shadow plays and other flares of creativity he could potentially add to his performances. All the while he realized just how much you genuinely loved his creativity and his plays.
It would certainly be a moment to remember~
*slides in with a ring pop and knees down to Mk* I want Mk x NB wedding hc please - 🌙 anon
⁂Mk wedding~⁂
(NB)
-When you proposed to him with a ring pop, he let out the loudest mixture of a gasp and a laugh
-It was so inherently you, but it still made him laugh
-He accepted, the both of you cried, and so the planning begun~
~~~~~~~~~
-After much discussing, the both of you decided to have a smaller wedding. A micro wedding, to be exact.
-This man was so excited for it, helping you plan and telling everyone he knew. Pigsy, Tang, Mei, Sandy, he even tried to tell Nezha! He was spreading the news.
-And finally, when the day came, the both of you at the end of the isle, there were more than a few tears.
-It was a beautiful day for the two of you, and the ring marking your connection was sure to shine bright for the rest of your time on earth~
mk, red son, nezha, tang, and ao lie with a s/o who has prophetic dreams PLEASE
- 🐍
~Various reactions to a prophetic s/o~
(GN)
⁂Mk⁂
-He thinks it’s a little odd, how you would sometimes stare at the scene in front of you with squinted eyes that widened in recognition.
-It was about 2 months into your relationship that he finally broke and asked why you did that.
-When you revealed to him you had prophetic dreams, this man was vibrating in absolute wonder at your ‘ability’. It took a long time to calm him down, Mk laughing sheepishly when you had to forcibly put a hand over his mouth to stop the stream of questions.
-From then on out, he would always keep more of an eye out for those reactions, but would still ask you each morning what your dream was and how you felt.
-Overall, he’s excitable but accepts it very easily. He just finds his partner so cool~
❊Red son❊
-He’s curious, why you seemed to do a double take at seemingly random points of your time together. A date? You were looking around with wide eyes. A new fight appearing in the media? You look tired, blinking at the screen slowly before sighing.
-Admittedly, he is slightly worried at how it seems to affect your health. How some mornings you’ll wake up in a cold sweat, or others when you’ll struggle to wake up- the dream having you in a vice grip. And when it does finally let you awaken, it still takes you several minutes to fully get yourself into the present world and not a dream.
-He finally asks about it when you don’t seem surprised when something had gone wrong, despite the both of you trying to make sure it didn’t.
-When you told him of your prophetic dreams, it all clicked. Every instance where you just seemed to know what was going to happen, seemed to have Deja vu, all of it was explained.
-Of course, he wanted to know the extent of it immediately. How many do you get? How frequent? How much do you remember? Do you even remember them or do you realize as it’s happening that you’ve dreamed of it before?
-The list goes on, truly.
-You ended up throwing a pillow at him to shut him up, promising to answer to the best of your ability if he would calm down and get you something to write in. He obliged, of course.
-So from that day on, he would continue as normal for the most part. Of course, Red son still made sure to pay attention to how you reacted when something would happen.
-In the end, nothing much changes. He has new information to study, yes, but his partner is still his partner~
❁Nezha❁
-Nezha worries, about how you would often blankly stare at a scene before sighing. About how you would sometimes wake up gasping, then looking upon a battle months later with a terrified realization.
-Whatever it was, it worried the prince how it affected you so deeply. He was your boyfriend, your lover, and even when the two of you were still friends he fretted over if you remembered to eat and keep yourself hydrated.
-So many times, he would wake to see you in distress- no doubt in another alarming dream. He tried the best he could to comfort your sleeping body, and most times it worked.
-Eventually, he approached you one day while you were comfortable, pleading if you knew why these happened or what they were. When you answered that it was just prophetic dreams, he stared at you blankly.
-The poor celestial had no clue what that was. Nezha didn’t do common mortal knowledge.
-You ended up having to explain it to him, after laughing of course. Much to his embarrassment.
-After understanding from you, and of course doing his own research, he stuck closer to you than before. Seeing if you recognized a situation, seeing if trouble sprouted.
-Of course, he didn’t treat you as if you were fragile! You were still the same person. All that had changed was his amount of knowledge about you.
-With this, you still bet he curls around you almost protectively whenever you two turn in for the night. He tries to keep the night terrors away from his blossom~
✎Tang✎
-He was clueless, mainly. Sure, sometimes he’d catch you staring at something like you’ve seen it before, but he never really put two and two together.
-Don’t get him wrong- he was very smart, just in a different category. He studied mythology and history like scripture, anything outside of that was out of his league.
-However, even though he wasn’t the smartest when it came to conditions, Tang still picked up how distressed you would be when something happened. So one day, during a normal dinner, he asked you why you seemed to do that sometimes. Why you just look like you’ve already seen a situation despite it being the first time happening.
-You, of course, answered him. You had prophetic dreams, so sometimes you would dream of something that happens and realize it as the situation is happening that you had already seen it before.
-He didn’t know of it, but accepted the information easily enough. Nodding and thanking you for the information before continuing to eat.
-Tang secretly does research on the subject when you go to bed, staying up and reading any and all he can find on the topic. He wants to understand what it is so he can truly understand what it entails. How it affects you, how it works, how frequent it is, ect.
-You find him passed out at his desk in the morning, surrounded by various notes. A crammer through and through, it seems.
-Although he’s confused, he tries his best to understand his s/o’s ability as thoroughly as he can~
❣Ao lie❣
-Ao lie doesn’t really mind your odd looks and spacey moments. I mean, he would be the last to judge, wouldn’t he? He doesn’t like to be so serious all the time, so he is typically very playful.
-He does, however, care about the fact that these moments seem to be affecting your sleep. He doesn’t like the fact that you would stay up for days just to avoid dreaming.
-He asked about what made sleep so undesirable to you, what you saw that you would be willing to harm yourself just to avoid them.
-Prophetic dreams, you explained. You told him you really didn’t like the visions, just wanting normal dreams.
-He didn’t fully get it, not really. Not with his limited knowledge on how mortals operated.
-He still offered comfort to you, even surrounding you in blankets when it was time for you to sleep.
-It didn’t stop them, that wasn’t how that worked, but he was told they made you just a bit more grounded when you woke up from a particularly deep one.
-He may not know the full extent, but he’s willing to help and love you however he can~
Li Jing and Lady Yin bringing a third into their marriage!
⁘⁙Li Jing and Lady Yin offering~⁙⁘
(GN)
-It didn't start as much more than a simple appreciation for the diligent servant who was always there, always attending to them and listening when they would speak.
-Neither thought much of it since all the servants did their job well, but it did come to their attention the extra mile you would go by asking questions and truly listening when they spoke. Not as a servant, but as someone who wanted to hear them.
-Lady Yin brought it up to Li jing a few months after she initially noticed, commenting on them and noting how cute their behavior was. The general thought it odd at the time.
-Of course he noticed their behavior as well, noticed how diligent they were and how they followed every order to the dot. He wasn't blind. But he felt nothing more than an appreciation for them. When his wife brought them up, he listened (although confused).
-He believes nothing could have prepared for Lady Yin suggesting they give them a chance, to bring them on a couple of discreet dates. It is true he wasn't against the idea of another love, the suggestion merely caught him off guard.
-Although it took a while of convincing from Lady Yin, especially considering they weren't a general but instead a mere servant, he eventually agreed. And so it would begin, the two of them dropping small hints around you that they were interested.
-You didn't seem to get it, not truly. You would smile when they made a positive comment, and even sometimes flush when one or the other called out a behavior they did thinking the couple didn't notice.
-When the both of them requested you to their chambers 7 months after such behavior started, you were understandably confused but still rushed over, ever diligent. Only to be taken by surprise as the both of them stared at you in casual wear, each holding out a hand. Li Jing bore slightly softer eyes and the smallest of smiles, while Lady Yin wore a warm smile and crinkled eyes, the both of them nothing but welcoming to the (slightly) younger third.
-It only took a few more days for a marriage to be announced within the palace, the servant stumbling into their own chambers wearing much fancier clothing and a bright flush, paired with a ring on their hand.
It was true, it's difficult to entice the both of them, but they believe such a kind soul should be loved and protected for the rest of time~
-After a long day, Mei is ready to shower you with affection and comfort. Especially if, as of recent, you kept telling her you were fine and just needed to sleep a bit. Which she wouldn't have minded, because you did need sleep, if it weren't for the fact you didn't eat before passing out.
-So when Friday comes, she's already in your apartment with food and care supplies ready. Face masks, shower steamers, comfort foods, several shitty romcom DVD's, everything.
-You don't even have the energy to fight her past giving a startled noise as she picks you up like a sack of potatoes, ready to start what is going to be an entire self care weekend.
-Before you know it, the both of you are clean and sitting in front of the tv with food on the table, Mei chattering about her day and the latest gossip she's heard with you asking questions here and there.
Both of you have to look out for each other, lovers or not... but being girlfriends certainly makes it better~ ♡
After a long, long day in the celestial realm, Li Jing comes home to his palace. As usual, servants all come to his aid- offering food, holding hands out to take his outer armor to keep in peak condition, all the usual. But one servant in particular he always goes to with his daily talk of what happened for that shift.
-With this servant, they go to his chambers with him to patch up any wounds that may be there to keep him in top shape. He disliked it, at first, but over time he has accepted their role in his health.
-He wouldn't dare admit it to even his most trusted colleague, but he has actually begun to enjoy talking about his day to someone. Even if they are a simple servant doing their job.
-Over time, they even got the guts to enter in with their own comments and questions when he speaks of his time on shift. They aren't loud, nor pushing, just small comments here and there that could easily be ignored if he desired.
-Which isn't the case. While he cannot and does not answer all the inquiries, he does find a sense of pride in them actually paying attention and not tuning him out while they patch him.
-He does find it strange how mournful they look when he speaks of rejecting maidens, for they would be in danger from his duty, but he never asks about it.
All in all, although he would never tell a soul, he does quite enjoy their presence.
-Mk, with a lover, would be very playful with them- pillow fights, movie nights, baking sessions, you name it!
-Speaking of baking, he loves when you two work together to make something sweet! Call him basic, but after a long day he adores eating something like bread or sugar cookies he knows were made with care!
-With movie nights, he really enjoys showing you The Monkey King: The Animated Series! Rambling about the story of it between episodes, and tapping his feet rapidly against the floor out of joy when you seem genuinely interested in the show and his speech.
-I think he's very heavy with casual touch- hugging, head pats, arm over the shoulder, ect- but only if you're comfortable with it! If you do give him the go ahead, he's over the moon! One of his favorite things to do is to is cuddle amongst the pillows after a physically exhausting day.
You two are simply adorable~
