Well!!!!!  I have made it a little over a month with nearly no sugar! I say “nearly” because my fruits contain sugar but at least its the good kind of sugar. I am impressed by my success thus far to be honest and I intend to keep it going till the next Holiday (that will be my excuse to have whatever for the moment).
