Sooo since I kinda sorta coerced everyone else to make one of these (and Sylvie refuses to be a piece of Social Media) I have made my own blog on here since Facebook and Twitter (sorry X Elon is blegh and his apps suck) are a dying form of communication I decided to join the band wagon and make my own blog! Ask me anything! Except anything to do with Edmund Zola because that dead horse has been flogged way too often. Ew.

The train station was filed with people of all different nationalities, shapes and forms, all heading home for the holiday season.
It was pretty fabulous, if you asked anyone.
Waiting in line for tickets were a lovely pair.
Ethan and Liane.
The two have been dating for a while now, and this year, Liane was bringing her boyfriend home for Christmas.
Yes, she was excited since Thanksgiving was spent with Ethan’s family, so it only made sense for Ethan to spent Christmas with hers, but she was just nervous on making a good impression.
It wasn’t that Liane was utterly devastated and embarrassed by her family, she loved them. But, sometimes her father Jason, especially lately, can be a well…goofy and old fashioned.
Ethan was excited to spent time with them, especially since it means he got to get away from his own family for a few days.
Liane chuckled and awkwardly excused herself to make a phone call. Ethan nodded heading to get the tickets and their seat number.
Jason, was making snow angels at home in the snow and singing a tune, when he sat up feeling his butt vibrate.
Oh! It was his cell phone.
And he smiled seeing the caller ID.
“Sweet pea!” He greeted her, standing up from the snow and walking down the path.
Liane groaned and smiled over the small gesture as she answered, “Hi, dad…and no nicknames. I am a young adult now..sorta.”
“Sure, sure, whatever you say. Even though I still have your Christmas Barbie’s books…”
“Dad!”
“Sorry! How are you doing? Almost here?”
“No, no, daddy, we haven’t boarded the train yet. I’m actually calling to tell ya about this holiday season. You know how I am bringing Ethan over, right?”
Jason smiled. He knew about Ethan and event met his parents, when their kids were in high school.
Nice boy, he liked him.
“Yeah, doll, I know. What about him?” Jason asked.
Liane answer quietly, “Well, I wanna make a good impression and show that I am more than my looks. So what I am trying to say, is don’t embarrass us..I wanna give Ethan a great Christmas!”
“Of course! Don’t worry, I got this.”
Liane then heard a loud bang and gasped, “Daddy are you alright?!”
“Ow…yup.” Jason answered, “I slipped on the ice..but this is gonna be a Christmas he will never forgot.”
“Yup..that’s what I’m afraid of…”
“What?”
“Nothing! Bye!”
Before Liane close the phone call, Jason asked if she was wearing the homemade scarf he made for it. It was chilly and falling layers of snow, he wanted her to be protected.
Liane glanced down at her scarf and gave a half smile, telling him that she swears it every time she gets.
Sometimes…
It wasn’t exactly her style, but it was her favorite colors.
—
She had a boat filled of butterflies in her belly, short of breath and legs of jelly.
It feels like she was floating 10 feet off the ground.
All Liane asked was for one big favor, that her dad was on his best behavior when she saw the two of them around.
On the train ride, Liane was curled on the seat next to Ethan as they slept, read and chatted about whatever was on their mind. They awkwardly blushed and laughed when they found themselves unexpectedly cuddling on the bench.
Ethan pressed a little kiss on her forehead, as she nuzzle her face in his neck.
Liane talked about how her big brothers, might come over at some point.
Tony with his girlfriend Pepper and son, Rei.
Louis with his wife Laurel and their son Joey as well.
Ethan just joked how she was the only girl in the family, as she chuckled shrugging.
Once the train arrived, Liane looked out the window to see her dad, Jason, dressed in a nice outfit and what she assumed was a black SUV, as she gasped. Her smiled dropped slightly to see it was one of his trucks instead.
She get it, with the snow, a truck was sometimes better. But still, she thought her dad got a fancy new car for the occasion.
Jason greeted them both, getting their bags, doing his best to stuff their bags and suitcases in the back perfectly. Ethan helped too.
Liane covered her eyes watching the disaster, as the truck bust open as a cartoon and a few items clothing burst out. She’s pretty sure she saw a pair of jeans fall onto Ethan’s head as she chuckled.
“Oh jeez..” Liane utterly shook, removing the jeans off his head.
They fixed everything and went off to the house.
Ethan sat in the back, as Lians was in the passenger seat while Jason drove them that night.
Jason spoke up at some point and joked, “So Ethan, what are your intentions with my daughter?”
“Dad!” Liane whined covering her face and glanced over at Ethan, “Don’t answer.”
Ethan smirked and winked answering anyway, “I plan to treat her like a queen, sir. Maybe rock her in my arms on the snowy nights. Who knows?”
He teased as Liane blushed.
Jason’s eyes widened, chuckling as he shook his head fondly, “Paws where I can see them, boy.”
“Yes, sir.” Ethan replied giving him a two finger salute. “Is it true that you and my parents know each other?”
“Yup! I know Charles and Erik, since you two were in high school. When I found you, you guys were dating, I was in shock, but you’re a good kid.”
“Thanks sir. You see Lia, I’m a great guy!”
Liane sighed and about to say something else, when she saw the house was pitch black, no lights or anything on. She was confused, thinking her dad forgot to decorate.
Only for her face to turn a gasping shade of red once Jason handed Ethan a remote control to turn on the lights.
Ethan looked amused, as he gasped seeing the front of the house light up in hundreds of thousands of decorative Christmas signs and lights.
A balloon Santa upfront, reindeer, snowman on front yard, and lights bouncing on any direction to create a dazzling over the top silhouette of the house.
And on the very top of the house in dazzling colors, in big fat letters with a Santa Claus waving at them with a sign that said “WELCOME ETHAN”.
Liane gasped and coveted her face, shaking her head.
She wasn’t mad, but damn it was embarrassing loud, even for her.
Ethan just jaw dropped and grinned chuckling, “And I thought my sister went crazy on the holiday season.”
“You hate it, don’t ya?” Liane asked unsure if the grin was for gratefulness or embarrassment. “Oh gosh..”
“No, no, I like it. No one ever did this for me before.”
Liane sighed in relief.
Maybe her dad was on her side after all?
The rest of the evening went rather well, for the most part. Ethan and Liane shared hot coco, watched a movie together, had some alone time in her childhood bedroom and she showed him some of her childhood photos.
However, her dad sometimes came in to check up on them in the most intimate moments. As Liane blushed and polite threatening him to get out, as Ethan covered his face with a pillow.
Other times, Jason even pulled the classic parent move, showcasing embarrassing baby pictures of Liane with her brothers to Ethan.
Or he took photos of them to show later.
Ethan wasn’t really upset by any of this.
If anything, despite the lack of behavioral changes in his family, he didn’t oftentimes get this. His family was always busy, even when it was the holiday season.
His step father, Charles, ran a whole school for mutants, for crying out loud.
And his father, Erik, was always traveling.
His siblings were doing their own things.
So having a cozy yet enjoyable evening was a delight.
—
At some point, Tony and Louis arrived with their families creating a bit more chaos. Some of their friends, like Petra, Ji-Hoon, Rick and Amber, shaked up the house too.
Liane was enjoying herself, but there was small pit in her stomach, that felt a twinge of overwhelming energy.
Her own mind had a tendеncy to frustrate her
Seems that it humiliate her
Every single time it get the chance
Is it any wonder that I'm so frantic
What with all the crazy antics
Ruining all her chances for romance?
She don't expect her family to become suddenly dignified
But could they just try to prove that were are on my side?
Or maybe it was all in her head?
Her brothers, Tony and Louis, were teasing, poking fun at their relationship and asking questions that might as well ruin her chances for romance.
Even thought it was all fun and games at the end of the day.
She headed outside for some fresh air and used her abilities to warm herself up, as her eye filtered purple. She glanced up hearing footsteps and sigehd seeing it was her dad.
“Wow!” Jason said greeting her and shivering at the cold breeze, “That Ethan sure is something, you really know how to pick them, Muffin.”
“Dad, can I have a moment alone..?” Liane said looking over her shoulder. “It’s obvious that I came outside to be alone.”
“Is everything alright, Muffin?”
“I’m fine, I am fine, it’s just…all of this, I’m way over my head. And you going a little crazy with trying to make me look good isn’t helping!”
“Doll, I’m not doing anything wrong here.”
“I know you’re not but—this is the first guy I brought home for the holidays and I like it and now the guys are—I just…”
Liane’s eyes flared up purple and huffed, as Jason realized it was his cue to leave her alone for a moment. He nodded saying that he’ll be in the kitchen if he needs her for something.
Louis, was sitting near the windows and saw what happened, taking a deep breather before seeing his sister.
“You’re really pushing your buttons here, sis.” Louis said, leaning against the doorway.
“What are—you don’t know what you’re talking about..” Liane protested.
“With dad and us..”
“You guys are embarrassing me. And dad is well…”
“It’s not easy for him either, you know that?”
Liane scoffed, “What are you talking about? He seems fine to me.”
“Gosh, you’re so dense.” Louis uttered, “Instead of dad crying and being miserable that mom isn’t here, he’s putting his efforts to make us feel good. Remember that.”
“But…”
“But nothing! Dad has been doing his best and yeah, sure, we’re embarrassing sometimes, but we’re family. Ethan’s family ain’t normal either.”
Louis’s wife, Laurel, called, “Honey! Rei and Joey are fighting again! Come help!”
“Coming!” Louis called back and looked at his sister, “I think we got lucky, Lia.”
Liane watched her brother head back inside and she decided to take a small walk to clear her head.
Cause deep down her brother was right.
As she walked, she wrapped the scarf around her neck and played with the snow that kicked her feet. She sighed and hummed a little tune.
She wasn’t sure why she had so many expectations and ground rules for this holiday season.
Maybe it’s because she has a boyfriend now?
Maybe it’s cause she seen her brothers with a family and she wanted that too?
Hell! Her dad, Jason, and mother, Elizabeth, had this great love story about how they found each other time and time again.
How her mother was this genuine genius and her father a skilled agent.
That her dad retried while her mother kept working for them.
And that Jason’s great love story is Elizabeth.
Correction, Elizabeth Stark was his big break!
That despite all the silly and embarrassing stuff, the challenges that they faced, they still loved each other.
Liane chuckled dryly, remembering how her father used to walk into the kitchen on Christmas Day with music playing and a silly hat, while dressed in PJs dancing with her mother in the kitchen.
And with her mother gone these past few years, her dad spent so many days of tears, drinking and being alone in his own thought.
However, he decided to put her best foot forward, wipe away those tears and stop the drinking when no one was around, to give them the best Christmas he could muster.
Jason has been the foundation for the family, despite the heartbreaking loss, and he was still here.
“I should apologize to him, after…he still fills my life with laughter, no doubt about he’s been so good to us.” Liane hummed her thoughts out loud.
She looked down at her scarf seeing a tag at the bottom saying “Made With Love. Dad.”
She smiled teary eyed and glanced over her shoulder, running back inside the house.
—
When Liane raced into the house, she was greeted with the smell of hot coco, kids playing in the hallway, a movie showcased in the living room and her friends surrounding the area.
She stepped into the kitchen to find Ethan, Louis and her father in the midst of filling up the popcorn machine up to the top.
They had to make enough popcorn for everyone in the household.
She lean against the doorway teary eye as she watched them chat about whateve nonsense while helping each other out.
She shouldn’t have been stressing, she just needed a little reminded that she got lucky…
Ethan looked up seeing his girlfriend and greeted her, “Lia! Just in time, we’re making popcorn.”
“I can see that.” Liane response smiling and wrap an arm around him, “It smells good in here.”
“I was worried when Louis said you went for a walk.”
Liane glanced over at her brother, who met her gaze and answered, “Yeah, I just needed to clear my head.”
Louis nodded knowingly and cleared his throat, “Um! I’ll be back, Ethan, buddy, why don’t you help me get the present from the back of my car.”
“But I was gonna—“ Ethan spoke up.
“The popcorn isn’t ready yet.”
“But—!”
Louis shoved him out the room. Liane smiled and took a breath, stepping over to her dad awkwardly and gently watched him.
She saw the difference in his eyes this year.
Behind the laughter, smiles and comments, that he had made for everyone, he was still silently hurting.
And she was a fool to not see that his enthusiasm was his way of expressing his feelings about everything. That her father was doing his best to not worry or overwhelm himself with the discomfort he felt inside.
Her mother, Elizabeth, didn’t die like any other woman.
She went missing in action, and proceeded to be claimed as dead by the small bit of evidence they found.
Yet, there was still hope deep within the mystery that she was still alive.
Better yet, that her spirit lived within this house.
And Jason did his best to cherish it.
Liane felt guilty for not giving him a chance, when he clearly already did.
Louis was right, they got lucky.
Not just with a great mother, but an amazing father too.
“Uh, daddy, I’m sorry…” Liane spoke quietly as she explained. “I-I shouldn’t have pushed you away or spoke to you like that…I was just frustrated and exhausted and well…I got embarrassed by our family..I had this exception and wanted to set my standards high for this family…but I was wrong.”
Jason stoped what he was doing to listens and hummed, gesturing for her to continue.
“I’m not perfect! I get overwhelmed easily, I get frustrated easily and sometimes I just loose my temper…and with Ethan, he see that and he still loves me.” Liane continued and sniffled, “And I wanted to show him this absolutely beautiful picture of a woman, despite her flaws…but I realized that I was putting expectations on you too…that I wanted to show me that my family is amazing! And well…”
“You lost sight of this messy side of your life..” Jason utter softly and shrugged waving it off, “It’s ok, muffin, I went overboard anyway…and I apologize if I embarrassed you in any way.”
“No! No, that’s just it!” Liane exclaiming smiling a bit, “You didn’t embarrass me, where they weren’t laughing at me, but laughing with me, I guess. Ethan loved it..and I was too dumb to see the effort you made here. I’m sorry…”
“You’re not dumb, sweetheart. You just got too caught up in your head.”
Liane couldn’t help herself anymore and wrap her around her dad in a hug, mumbling apologies as she explained her side of the story.
There wasn’t much else Jason could say, as he just listened and nodded.
Honestly, he was just tired and needed a nap.
But this hug was worth it.
“Thank you, dad.” She whispered softly.
Jason just kissed her forehead and whispered back, “No problem, kiddo.”

Hii I am back with a Christmas fic! 🎄🤭 Other OCs belong to @missstrawbs2001, @gcthvile, @rickb-chaos , @wifeybunz
Here's something a bit spookier for this year's fic, Happy Halloween!
Felton & Holmes: Join The Circus 🎪🩸🎃
"This is so exciting, our first Halloween party together!" Liane trilled as she headed down the street, Fin following near behind. "And our costumes are pretty perfect too," she grinned, adjusting her bobbed blonde wig and her stained cream sweater. Fin flipped up his Ghostface mask and rolled his eyes. "Felton please, I'm only coming with you because frankly I'm curious as to whom would try and invite us to a party," he muttered as Liane sighed, pulling out the invitation. "Maps says we're not far from the location on the invite, man it's cold," she shuddered as they trudged through the streets of London. "Yes Felton, newsflash its Autumn. Autumn is cold." He sniffed, picking up the tattered ends of his Cape so he wouldn't trip. The two were dressed as Casey Becker and Ghostface from Scream and the only perk in Fin's mind was that his face was hidden by the mask.
"I'm still shocked you seem to have friends though," Liane replied, glancing at the house numbers on the street as they walked. "I don't, Felton. That's why I was surprised." He answered with a sigh. "Are you sure you put the address in right?" He asked, trying to look at Liane's phone as she snatched it away. "I did! Just trust me Finny," she grinned as they finally saw the party venue. "364, Cator Lane." She nodded as they looked up to see an abandoned looking building, lit by the full round moon with some cracked windows, an uneven roof and a few lights on inside. It didn't scream party spot. "This is why you never arrive at a party on time," Liane muttered, walking up to the door with Fin in tow. "Forgive me for priding myself on punctuality, Felton." Fin replied as they reached the peeling wooden door and Liane knocked on it.
The door began to open seemingly on its own, creaking as it went, leading to a dark interior. "Hello?" Liane called. "Sorry we're early, we're here for the party?" She asked as Fin followed behind, staying quiet. All of a sudden the room lit up with jaunty music and colourful lights as a circus style display was revealed in the wide space. Someone dressed in clown garb with a painted face came rushing forward, a manic smile on their face. "Welcome, welcome! Liane Felton, Finlay Holmes, welcome to the Circus!" The clown crowed, honking a squeaky horn and jumping around. "Be amazed by the clowning tricks, walk the tightrope, fly on the trapeze, gasp at our magic tricks and stick around for our grand finale that has plenty of bite!" He smiled, his eyes gleaming as Fin looked incredibly suspicious and Liane tried desperately to stay positive.
"The invite never said it was a circus party, Mister..." she began as the clown took her hand. "Call me Mister Know-It-All! And of course not, it was a surprise! Now please take your seats and enjoy the show!" The clown crowed, leading the two to their seats. "I do not have a good feeling about this," Fin muttered, flipping up his mask. Liane rolled her eyes, "You always say that, why don't you try and have fun for once?" She pleaded as he sighed. "Fine. But if this goes south, I told you so." He warned as they settled in for the show. Mr Know-It-All began performing his clowning act of juggling magnifying glasses, building a stack of detective novels to stand on before letting them tumble down and driving around in a pink clown car, wearing a comical blonde wig and a purple coat, honking at everything and crashing it several times as Liane just laughed in amusement at the sight.
"Oh my God that's so funny!" She giggled as Fin squinted. Mr Know-It-All pointed to Liane and beckoned her up. "Have you ever walked a tightrope before?" He asked her as he led her across the room. "I've walked a catwalk many times, but never a tightrope," she shrugged as Fin could only watch with worry. "Then Miss Felton, it is your lucky day," he grinned, leading her to a laddered platform leading up to a tightrope. "Is there a safety net for this?" She asked hesitantly, glancing at the clown's face. He simply smiled, "That would be telling," he replied, almost pushing her up the ladder. Liane climbed up to the top, the clown following behind as they reached the platform. It was very high up and Liane's heart was racing. She glanced at Fin who's face was unreadable but she knew behind those eyes he was at least concerned for her.
"Oh and just for fun, close your eyes." Mr Know-It-All grinned, wrapping a blindfold over her eyes, pushing her onto the tightrope. Liane's heart was in her mouth as she stepped slowly, steadily, trying not to fall as she stepped onto the tightrope. "You're doing marvelously Miss Felton!" The clown called as Liane was caught off guard and began to slip as Fin cried out "For God's sake, someone catch her!" He yelled, getting to his feet. The clown shrugged. "You're closer, Holmes," he answered as Fin ran forward to catch Liane in his arms quickly, not caring that his arms ached. Liane was shaking as Fin carried her away. "We're getting out of here," he muttered as he headed for the door, only to find it locked. "Leaving? But the night is so young Holmes! And there are such games to play..." Mr Know-It-All grinned, forcing them to stay put.
"Fin?" Liane whispered softly as he just touched her arm. "Don't worry, we'll get out of here." He murmured as the next game took place. As the night wore on, Fin was forced to try a trapeze swing, Liane got sawn in half during a magic trick and the clown pulled a dead rabbit from his coat and threw it at the two of them. The games were not getting any easier as finally Mr Know-It-All stepped out of the shadows, his grin looking wicked as he pulled a large covered object out of the darkness, something that was shaking violently and there were growls coming from it. "Now is time for the main event, ladies and gentlemen, the star of the show if you will! Finlay, you will truly be amazed by what you're about to see," he smirked as Fin finally stood up. "Enough tricks and games, Walter, I know that's you under there." He stated, stepping forward.
Walter grinned, clapping sarcastically. "My, my, Holmes, you haven't lost your touch, have you? But please, I implore you to stay. Sat. For the Grand Finale." He answered coldly, his clown makeup even more creepy. "Let me present to you, the Terrifying Beast of The Streets, the Canine with Real Bite, Red!" He announced, tugging the cloth away to reveal a direwolf sized creature in a cage. With bright yellow eyes, a snarling, salivating jaw and dark matted fur, the fear invoked by this creature was somehow much worse for Fin than Liane. Because he knew exactly who Red was. Who Red used to be. Walter smiled, seeing their utter terror and continued to speak. "Oh but Fin you probably knew her as Rose Woods." He smirked as something snapped inside him. Something horrifying that he kept well hidden most of the time.
"Fin you know this thing?" Liane cried out in horror as she realised he was no longer wearing that infallible expression he so often wore. He was fuming and she could tell. "For the final game, let's play Tag! You lose when Red eats you!" Walter cackled, his hand over the lock to the cage. "Fin what do we do?" Liane whispered fearfully, her eyes turning purple as Fin looked her in the eye. "Whatever happens, if I say run, you run. You get the hell out of here as fast as you can. Understood?" He urged. Liane just nodded as the padlock fell away. "She's just so hungry, she hasn't eaten in days, it's really your own fault for what you did to her Holmes," Walter laughed as he stepped out of the way. "Time to find out if you learn from your mistakes Holmes. And hopefully your blonde friend has survival instincts." He muttered darkly as the cage door swung open.
Red came bounding out of the cage towards the two of them as Liane screamed, throwing her fire at the beast as she tried to hold it off but she just kept charging forward, howling. "Fin!" Liane screamed as she received several nasty slashes, trying to get away. The chase had begun, Liane started to clamber back up to the platform, hoping the beast wouldn't try to follow as Fin outran Red below her. Which came as a shock to both Liane and Walter who both believed Fin to be a lethargic, lazy creature who despised exercise. But the longer Liane watched, the more she noticed Fin starting to change, his eyes growing dark, his flesh growing into large muscles as he dropped to all fours and resembled a black wolf. "WHAT THE-" Walter began as Liane threw fire at him to shut him up and focus on living.
The two beasts fought viciously, leaping at each other until finally Fin had Red pinned under him, snarling as he nodded at Liane. She nodded back and before Walter could escape, she threw fire into his path, blocking him in. "You stay put, Mr Know-It-All, Fin you have got so much explaining to do!" Liane yelled, hurrying off the platform as the wolf under Fin began to change, turning into a slight young woman with dark hair, coughing as Fin clambered off her, nudging Liane and pointed his snout to her pocket as she got the picture, pulling out her phone to contact the right people. "You idiots! You were supposed to die tonight you idiots! This was supposed to be the ending of my greatest game!" Walter yelled as sirens were heard wailing from afar. "Y'see Mr Know-It-All, even in really gross abandoned looking places like this, you still get smoke detectors so if someone starts a fire..." she grinned and his face fell. "Maybe don't trap two great detectives with abilities beyond your comprehension in a death trap."
After the police and paramedics showed up, Fin had finally returned to his human shape and Liane threw her arms around him, holding him tight before he could even begin to protest in pain from all the wounds and slashes. "Shush. I'm glad you're okay," she said softly as Sherlock and Watson came rushing over. "We got Felton's call, what happened?" John asked as Liane smiled weakly. "Halloween invitation turned deadly," she replied as Fin turned his gaze to Rose who now sat alone with paramedics and such. "Fin, who is she?" Liane asked gently as Sherlock swallowed hard, John rubbing the back of his neck. "Perhaps a conversation best had over a cup of tea," Sherlock suggested as Liane just nodded and Fin finally spoke. "Are you hurt?" He asked Liane. "Just a scratch," she replied as he hugged her back hard. This night would definitely not go away anytime soon. But at least Walter was going away. For now.
"Fin," Liane said, as they finally headed back to the car. "Next Halloween, can we just stay home and watch Scream?" She asked as Fin chuckled. "Sure we can, Liane." He smiled kindly as they all headed home.
Thanks for reading, I wrote this in between scenes at rehearsal so it might be a bit scrappy but hey I tried!
Finlay Holmes and Walter Moriarty belong to @gcthvile so hope I did them justice
Okay I know its....a whole year late BUT I was inspired so....here's the final part of
Halloween Night - Trick or Treat: Liane's POV (Part 3)
Part 1 here
Part 2 (and Jason's POV) here
It had been a frosty drive home from the police station. Liane had held her temper steadily the entire ride but she couldn't hold it much longer. Her daughter, Belladonna, had threatened frat boys with an actual knife. She had taken a weapon out of the Tower to go Trick or Treating. As the minivan pulled up, she exploded.
"Belladonna I am so ashamed of you right now! You handed me back that knife then stole it from me behind my back? Don't say a word Cole I can see your smirk, everyone out of the car, right now." Liane declared, trying incredibly hard to ensure her eyes stayed brown. Ethan put a hand on her shoulder but even he could feel heat rising from her body.
"Hey now come on, what did we say? We were gonna treat her like an adult, remember?" Ethan reminded Lia calmly, trying to keep the situation at bay. "I should've let them keep you in that cell for the night, mightve knocked some sense into you," Liane muttered darkly, her villainous costume not helping her tone in the slightest. But Bella said nothing. She simply stepped out of the car and headed to the door.
"Hey! Do not walk away from me, young lady, we are NOT finished here!" Liane called, scrambling out of the car to chase after her as Bella flung the door open, striding away from the others. Liane had had enough. "Bella I can't believe you!" She yelled, her eyes flashing purple as she chased after ther. Finally Belladonna turned to face her, eyes dark and a gaze that could cut you.
"Me? I was trying to defend Nora!" She retorted as Liane got very close to her face, staring down at her fake blood-spattered face, her eyes now fully purple. "I don't care! You brought a knife with you as well and threatened a guy with it, that is unacceptable!" Liane raged as Bella wasn't backing down. "He deserved it! You would have done the same in my position!" She bit back, her eyes turning entirely black.
Ethan came to back Liane up, his own eyes a very intense green as he faced Bella. "I am very disappointed in you, young lady." He frowned, taking hold of Liane's shoulders. Bella rolled her eyes, annoyed. "Dad, it's not like I hurt anybody!" She scowled.
The two continued to argue as Cole and Jeremy began to join in as well which really didn't help matters.
"Mom, he really upset her! And he wanted to humiliate her!" Bella cried, trying to defend herself. But Liane was not having it. "I don't care what happened or didn't happen, ugh! The main point is Bella got arrested for threatening a frat guy and couldn't hold back her temper!" Liane growled.
"Clearly she got it from someone," Cole muttered, earning him a very hot, intense glare from Liane as her temper reached its boiling point. "SHUT UP!" She screamed, her eyes glowing purple at this point, the velvet gloves on her hands starting to singe around her palms as her fire started to show. Cole's eyes darkened dangerously.
"You're the one who let her out of the house without double-checking her bags!" He snarled as Ethan's glare turned to him, ready to defend his wife as she retorted, "I thought I could TRUST HER!" Liane roared, fire in her eyes and slowly starting to eat away her cheap costume gloves as her temper flared. Tensions rose higher and faster as everyone started yelling at once before they were cut off by the loud slamming of the front door and the sound of it locking shut.
The room fell silent as the group turned to see Jason at the door, with a sizeable bruise on his nose and a face like thunder. Liane had seen Jason mad before but this felt different. It felt somehow worse. He put his hands on his hips, glanced around at the group and finally said, "Someone care to explain what happened?!"
Liane was at a loss for words, the fire in her eyes now watery and immediately turned back to their natural brown as the wind was taken out of her wings. Cole snorted. "Now she's quiet." He muttered, earning himself a glare from Jeremy and Astrid. Jason just kept glancing around.
"Well? I ain't a mind reader so can one of you- One, do NOT all talk at once- explain what in the hell had you yelling like that?" He asked plainly, turning his gaze to Belladonna. "Young Lady, you got some 'splaining to do. Now out with it."
Eventually, Bella explained to Jason exactly what happened as Liane quietly simmered in the corner, Eleanor had gone off with Astrid to cool down and get some space from the situation, and Cole had been banished to silence for the duration.
"Alright," Jason nodded, blinking as Bella finished up. "That....was a lot more than I expected. Well I'm sure after all that you know not to be so reckless again, right? Bella darling, sweetheart, ya know I love you like a granddaughter to me okay? I love ya. But if you do that again I will let you spend a night in jail to teach you a lesson. Are we understood?" He asked gravely, looking her in the eye and getting down to her level. Belladonna nodded as Jason held out a hand. "Can I see this knife? I have a feeling I'll do a better job guarding it from young hands from now on."
Reluctantly, Bella handed over the ornate blade to Jason as he thanked her and turned his gaze to the parents. "Now what good is hollering and screaming gonna do, hmn?" He asked, looking at Liane. "All that's gonna do is show her that it gets a rise out of you. I don't like to agree with him much but...Cole might be right. Bella sees that you ain't got too good with leash on your emotions and thinks that she shouldn't have to neither. You're a parent now, Liane. You gotta be the example for that girl or God help you that won't be her last time in a cell." He stated carefully.
"However, you've never had to deal with something like this before either, the two of you are in brand new territory now. Bella is a loose cannon and you've got to be prepared for that. Do extra bag checks, keep an eye on what she brings home, don't go nuclear but make the effort to show her that you see what she's doing. You think raising kids doesn't come with it's hardships? Darling you're nowhere near out of the woods yet." He finished, taking Liane's hand.
"Don't blame yourself though. You're a good Mom, but it takes a village. You and Ethan have got to be on the same page now, and you guys have got to be saying the same. None of this 'I think it's okay' from Uncle Cole behind Mom and Dad's backs, we're a family so we gotta start acting like it!" He exclaimed. "Family has got to come first. Now, I want to see sincere apologies. A simple 'I'm sorry' ain't cutting it this time." He nodded, finally taking a seat on the couch. Liane looked up and saw Jason nodding at her.
"Mother and daughter first." He said, waiting. Liane stood up, her horns slightly askew on her head now and got down to Bella's level, her expression calm. "Bella, I'm sorry for screaming at you and being so cruel. I love you so much and I would never want anything bad to happen to you. Please make the right decisions because we care about you, kiddo. And despite the way you went about it, I am proud of you for standing up for Nora." Liane replied evenly, giving her a small smile.
Bella took a deep breath and looked her in the eye. "Mom, I am sorry for disobeying you. And lying to you. And putting myself and others in danger. It wasn't right and it was poor judgement on my part. Frankly I probably would have gotten the same outcome if I'd had the plastic knife but I would not have been arrested for carrying the one you so thoughtfully had made for tonight. And...I love you too. I feel terrible that Nora got in trouble because of my actions and I hope you can forgive me." She finished, her tone still as flat and careful as always but there were tears in Liane's eyes as she embraced her girl.
"Oh my precious Raven..." she sniffed, her mascara streaming down her face in dark streaks. Jason shook his head, smiling ruefully. Liane kept squeezing until she heard Bella starting to count and she let go carefully, knowing that hugs were not Bella's thing. "Sorry, but I had to," she sniffed as Bella nodded. "I know."
Jason smiled his approval. "Excellent. Now Cole, Liane and Ethan, you guys are family too. No comparing...what's that one saying about specks and planks in eyes? Point is, neither of you got the right to judge on parenting! So, apologize and make up." He stated, gesturing for them to do so.
Cole rolled his eyes but approached Liane, sighing. "Fine. I'm sorry. Good?" He shrugged as Jason cleared his throat and Cole's casual demeanor dropped. "Right right. I...am sorry...for insulting your parenting and pointing out your glaring flaws- fine Jesus! I'm sorry for being so brutally honest and hurting your feelings." He sighed as Jason glanced at Ethan. That was the best they were going to get.
"And I'm sorry for yelling at you. You and Jeremy make a good team and Astrid is a wonderful kid." Ethan replied, looking his brother in the eye. "Neither of our kids should be pitted against each other based on their actions and attitudes. That's up to us. And we shouldn't need to compare and contrast. We're all good parents we just..we've all got learning curves." Ethan smiled as Cole just nodded, the hint of a smile in his eyes.
"Well put, Ethan. And thanks for trying Cole. I know that must've been hard for you." He nodded, the sarcasm in his tone evident. "Now how about I make us all some hot chocolate, don't worry there's a booze recipe too Cole, and we can have a good ol' family movie night with the kids hey?" Jason suggested as the others nodded in agreement. Eventually the group parted off to either get out of costume or to just cool off as Liane quietly walked over to Jason.
"Thank you. For that. I know that wasn't fair to you, do you need ice for that by the way? That door is not a simple wooden door, is it broken at all-" She began as Jason shook his head, smiling. "Trust me, I have had far worse than a bruise on the nose from a door." He chuckled, looking at her for a moment. "I know it ain't been easy for you but, you have grown. And changed. You're not that wild child who hit on me at the Stark Gala and spilt punch on my dress shirt anymore." He grinned as Liane's cheeks warmed. "God, don't bring that up!" She winced as he just laughed heartily. "We all have our past Liane. All you gotta do is keep it behind you." He smiled, wincing for a moment.
"I think I probably will get some ice. Or at least a cold compress. That door is not to be taken lightly." He chuckled as Liane pulled out her phone and walked out onto the balcony, scrolling through her contacts until she landed on one titled Partner in Crime (solving) and hit Call.
"Thank you for calling the Holmes detective agency, no we are not open-" the voice began on the other end as Liane cut in. "Fin, its me." She said quickly, causing the speaker to pause. "Felton? Is everything alright?" He asked, sounding concerned as he heard the quiver in her voice. "Can we talk? Please?" She asked as she heard a sigh on the other end and the line went quiet before Fin's voice returned. "Go ahead, I'm listening."
Yes this conclusion is a year late but so what?

Then ofc the Folklore cardigan makes a few appearances and when I need casual for gardening or Belladonna insists I dress down I've got these cute dungarees shorts
*takes a seat on the couch as the camera comes into focus*
Liane: Okay..do I look at you or do I look at the camera?
*title card saying Liane Felton: What's in my Bag?*
Liane: Hi, I'm Liane Felton and today I will be showing you What's in my Bag! Yknow I was supposed to do this for Vanity Fair during my modelling years? Yeah, that would've been- *laughs as the camera cuts*
Liane: Ahem so this is my Bag *brings into frame a large white purse* This is my baby, she goes everywhere with me and I can fit so much inside her pockets! Huh? *responds to person off screen* Of course my purse is a She! Look at her!
*opens the back pocket* So in this little hidden part that's closest to my body when I carry it I keep my phone *holds it up and there's a photo of her and Ethan as her screensaver* cause New York is insane. I also keep my sunglasses in here *pulls out her signature heart shaped sunglasses* I first got these, God how long ago? I was given them for a photoshoot during my modelling years and I fell in love with these babies, and I outright said "Hey can I keep these?" And they said sure! I also keep a handy dandy tampon in here *shows it to the camera* yknow cause...I mean obviously.
*opens the main part of the purse* Ah so first thing I see, my wallet *holds it up* its got all the important s**t, sorry stuff, you might need to bleep that *laughs* oh God! Sorry, wallet, it has everything important but most importantly this *shows a photo of her smiling and Belladonna not smiling* my beautiful daughter, she looks so happy here. Oh underneath that, my portable umbrella! *pulls it out* It's purple obviously and because if I've done my hair nice, I ain't getting that wet! So umbrella. But if its hot, sunscreen. Not bringing back those tanning bed days, trust me.
Ah next is pills, Advil, Hayfever, what have you, I'm always prepared. Pack of tissues, boring but useful. Oh here we go, my mini makeup kit. *holds it up* Yknow for if I'm suddenly going for a meal, if the paparazzi decide to stalk me, so I look good! It contains, lipstick in my signature shade, Barbie Pink. Eyeliner cause I do not leave the house without lining my eyes. Teeny bit of blush, concealer if my skin decides its gonna turn on me, and makeup wipes if something smears or smudges. This comes in real handy. Oh and a mini can of setting spray.
*keeps reaching in* Ah my SHIELD ID, if this is not in my bag I freak out, so this stays in here. Car keys *jingles them* uh, oh a can of Red Bull, forgot that was there. Pack of bubblegum, my current flavor of choice is apple! Spare charging cable when my phone dies and a portable charger. I go nowhere without my phone being at least above 80% charged. Oh small snack *pulls out a bag of sweets* cause sometimes you just want sweets, mini bottle of body spray, my current scent is Victoria's Secret Coconut Milk and Rose, *spritzes herself*, mini deodorant so I don't stink in public, another can of Red Bull...
*keeps rooting around* Some old receipts, another lipstick, Work Phone, oh my headphones cause music keeps me sane, my sketchpad and pencils! This is where I just sketch what I see or if inspiration sparks for a look, I can just doodle it up. Wireless earbuds if the headphones are too much, hairbrush and hairties cause sometimes I need my hair up! And that's it! Thank you for watching! *camera cuts*
Hope you enjoy, not tried this interview format in a while, idea just came to me randomly, @ask-missparker think you could go next? I wanna see what you'd do with this format.
Its currently Daddy Issues Awareness Day- sorry Father's Day here on my side of the pond so instead of moping and listening to angry songs and crying over great Dad Representation...I wrote a fic. Enjoy.
Marvel AU - This Day Is Going To Be Perfect
Ship: BrightBlaze (Ethan Lensherr and Liane Felton)
Setting: The wedding of Liane Felton and Ethan Lensherr, morning
"Almost there," Rochelle said from behind Liane, carefully tightening the back of the dress. "And done! Just uh don't sneeze or breathe too hard?" She suggested as Liane chuckled. "Thanks Cuz," she smiled, turning to the tall mirror to admire her reflection. It was finally happening. The day she'd dreamt of since she was small. It had certainly changed a lot over the years, it was a lot more pink in her old Pinterest boards but as she admired her white gown, her styled hair and veil, and her makeup, she couldn't have been happier to be marrying the man she loved.
"The car will be here soon, when you hear the horn, you better get in the elevator." Stella warned, touching up Liane's hair one last time. "I mean it, fashionably late may work for you but we are on a strict schedule and Mia will not appreciate if you throw off her plan." She said sternly as Liane smiled. "Of course, no worries. I just..need a moment I guess?" She says as the girls nod. "We'll be outside if you need us." Rochelle nodded as they left her to it. Once again, Lia looked at her reflection in the glass. Everything was perfect. Right? Even Belladonna wasn't making a fuss about the dress or duties, she was finally gonna have her fairytale wedding. But something was still missing.
There was a knock on the door as Liane adjusted the tiara in her curls as she heard the voice of Jason Underwood. "Am I permitted to see her Brideliness?" He teased as Liane chuckled. "Yeah, come in," she said, as the door opened and he let out a wolf whistle. "My my my, Ethan is going to want to sweep you up to the Bridal Suite as soon as he sees you, darlin'." He smiled as Liane blushed. "Thank you," she said but there was still an air of sadness in her eyes as JJ paused and sat on the bed.
"Now don't tell me you gone and got cold feet, you know how hard Mia's worked," he started as Liane shook her head. "No no, nothing like that I swear." She said as she came to sit by him. "So what is it? You're bummed Taylor Swift didn't RSVP?" He jokes as Liane looks at her hands. "The one thing I can't have...is my Dad. To give me away. Walk me down the aisle." She said as JJ stopped and frowned a little. "That embezzling, law breaking, money laundering son of a bitch? You really want him here?" He said, as Liane sighed. "I know, he's in jail. But I wanted...to have a Dad to do that for me. Someone who's been there and been my rock to walk me down that aisle."
JJ nodded in understanding, taking a second as he took a deep breath and took Liane's hand carefully. "Well, I hate to be forward but, I can do that. Walk you down the aisle. Travel in the car with you. Hell, you give me enough to drink I'll even make a speech!" He said as Liane looked up, almost on the brink of tears as she laid eyes on him. "You'd do that? For me?" She said as he wiped at her tears kindly. "Darling if it means you're happy and you ain't feeling sad on your special day, then I'd be honoured to do that." He smiled as Liane wrapped her arms around him in a hug tight as JJ eventually joined in, holding her close. "Hey now, no tears, cmon don't ruin all that makeup before your pictures Blondie," he said as they pulled away and Liane fanned her eyes.
"I'm fine, I'm fine, oh God its okay," she said as she wiped away any sign of tears and smiled. "Thank you JJ, I appreciate it." He smiled back. "Of course." Just as they'd settled, the sound of a car horn was heard through the window. An emphatic one. Liane sighed, smiling. "That's my cue," she chuckled, heading for the door as JJ picked up her train and carried it out for her.
"Alright people, let's get this Bride to the altar, hop to it!" JJ said as the bridesmaids all hurried into the elevator with Liane down to the car as Liane gave JJ a small smile before the lift descended. Belladonna carefully stepped closer to Liane, taking her hand for a moment. "You look beautiful, Mom." Was all she said as Liane smiled and kissed her forehead. As Liane climbed into that car surrounded by her bridesmaids and her family, blood and found, for the first time in years, Liane Felton felt so truly and deeply loved by the ones who mattered most.
Well that's curbed MY Daddy Issues nicely, hope you like it!

Since it’s trending recently why not say my thoughts now??
Ok let me make this quick and simple.
Why the heck would Disney spend billions of dollars to make a Snow White remake with cheaply crafted costumes when we have the nice version right here?! 👇🏼
~ Like this is a ABC soap opera with romance, action, humor and gorgeous outfits (yes a good chunk of the show has a blue screen for scenes BUT STILL not the point!)
AND YET? It looks better in my opinion than the total drama disaster that the movie seems to be??
Disney you spent billions of dollars and your costumes look like Party City made them 🤨🙄🤣
Btw you watch season 1 to see how the tale went down on Disney Plus 🤔
Who knows I might change my mind slightly IF and when I see the movie? OR NOT! High chance I don’t see it period.
Anyways thanks for reading my Ted Talk 🥰 hope you enjoyed it!

Summary: In other words, 3 times that songs been heard in the past couple of weeks
Note: Fluffy fic
Characters mentioned/included: Natasha, Thiago, Rochelle and Marianna
~~~~~~
1) The Sleepy Monologue
Due to Steve’s interesting memory, his mind tends to contain information in different forms. Especially if he’s been reading or listening to something for so long. And other times, he tends to blurt it out at odd moments…
“Not all of us can drive a tank or storm a beach.” Steve Rogers murmured in his sleep, loud enough for his light-sleeper of a wife to hear.
Stella’s eyes fluttered open confused and whisper loudly, “Steve.”
Yet he continues, “But we can stop that with bullets and bandages.”
“Steven!” She remarked, realizing what he was reciting.
He shifted slightly reciting easily, “Every bullet you buy is a bullet in the barrel of your best guys gun.”
This time Stella took the extra pillow in the bed and whacked his chest with it, before lowering her head back on her pillow. She closed her eyes trying to act like she didn’t know what happened to cause him to stir awake.
Steve’s eyes snapped open at the sudden movement and asked softly, “What the hell?”
“You were doing a reenactment of your monologue again.” She replied, rolling over.
“Oh not again! How far did I get to?”
“Barrel of your best guys gun.”
“Damn it..”
2) The Latest Ringtone
It wasn’t any surprise to anyone, Stella enjoyed changing her ringtone to catch herself and others off guard. Last week, it was a song from an older artist. And now? Well…
Everyone was lounging around in the main room, watching tv and chatting with one another. Thiago was reading, Natasha was painting her nails and Rochelle was hyper focused on finding something good to watch.
Stella was reading an essay on Hamilton for Bradley’s homework. He wanted his mom to make sure it sounded right. She was multitasking talking to the other as her phone suddenly rang.
The ringtone caught them off guard.
‘Who’s strong and brave, here to save the American way!’
“Please tell me you’re kidding…” Thiago mumbles hearing that as Rochelle snorted.
Stella ignored him and answered the ringing phone, “Oh hey, babe. How’s every—Ooh really!”
Natasha smirked amused, “She’s not kidding. I’m actually curious to see what’s next week’s ringtone will be.”
3) Rock-a-bye Baby Lullaby
“Who’s here to prove that we can? The star spangled man with a plan.” Stella softly the only song at the moment that could get Marianna to sleep.
Usually Disney songs worked the trick or something classic like ABBA. Hell, even a romance song in Spanish did something similar. But tonight? This one seems to get the fidgety little lady to finally fall asleep.
“You know, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you missed me, my love.” Steve gently quipped from the door with a smirk.
Stella glanced up at him and smirked lightly, “And what makes you say that?”
“Just a hunch.”
“You’re home early. Mission went well?”
“Better than imagined. I’ll be having a small report to share with the rest tomorrow, for now though? I’m free.”
But uh word of advice if you don't want your brother finding out, maybe distract him with something for the night first like a broken electronic or something. I am your fairy godmother!
A tale of two frenemies, featuring @calmbeforezero and cameos from @ask-missparker
WARNING: May contain ice puns, snow jokes and general frenemy fuckery. And mild threat.
Ji-Hoon: This stupid game! How do you keep winning?
Liane: Years of practice...no seriously years.
Ji-Hoon: Dammit!
Liane: Hey Ji...
Ji-Hoon: Don't you dare...
Liane: You could always just...Let it Go...
Ji-Hoon: *leaps up* That's it! I will turn that smiling face into an ice sculpture!
Liane: *runs away laughing*
🔥
❄
*Ji-Hoon showing off a potential new suit*
Liane: You look really stupid.
Ji-Hoon: *grumbles* I feel it.
Mia: He doesn't.
Liane: You look like an absolute tool.
Ji-Hoon: Mia will you tell her?
Mia: Stop it, Felton.
Liane: You look like one of The Incredibles..
Ji-Hoon: *sighs*
Liane: Frozone!
Ji-Hoon: Right if you make one more comment about me in these suits, or just about me in general- listen to me! I am taking those shiny Louboutain heels- you hear me, and I will shove them up your ass! Okay?
Liane: *goes silent*
Mia: Yeah it's just a case of tweaking it here, lengthening the sleeve here, we'll do that of course.
Ji-Hoon: Yeah. It's not bad, is it?
Liane: Yeah it isn't actually. *pause* Jack Frost.
Ji-Hoon: Right c'mere!
Liane: *squeals, running away*
❄
🔥
Mia: Dinner's ready. Liane go get Ji-Hoon from his room- oh wait no-
Liane: Too late! *runs to his door* Ji-Hoon? *knocks five times rhythmically* Do you wanna build a Snow- *gets hit in the face with a lot of snow*
Ji-Hoon: *smiles through the door* Now what did you actually come to say?
Liane: *her eyes glow purple through the snow, melting the snow to vapour with her fire* Dinner's ready...
Ji-Hoon: Excellent.
Mia: *from the kitchen* WHY IS THE SMOKE ALARM GOING OFF!?
Ji-Hoon: She started it.
Liane: Ooh you-
🔥
❄
Ji-Hoon: See, the problem is, Liane, you’re playing 3D chess. I’m playing 4D.
Liane: I’m playing checkers. I don’t know what the fuck you’re playing.
❄
🔥
Liane: We should normalize not loving family members.
Ji-Hoon: You can just say: “I hate my dumb fuck brother” or whatever. Talk like a normal person!
🔥
❄
Ji-Hoon: Are you alright?
Liane: Short answer or long answer?
Ji-Hoon: Short?
Liane: No.
Ji-Hoon: Long?
Liane: Nooooooo.
Ji-Hoon: You skipped therapy again, didn't you?
Liane: I- ugh!
❄
🔥
Ji-Hoon: I think you're still suffering the effects of the party last night.
Liane: All I drank was Redbull!
Ji-Hoon: How many?
Liane: Eighteen.
Ji-Hoon: I will freeze you if I have to.
🔥
❄
*Ji-Hoon and Liane are texting*
Ji-Hoon: Who are you? Someone changed the names in my phone.
Liane: What did they change my name to?
Ji-Hoon: Chosen One.
Liane: Don’t change it back.
Ji-Hoon: BUT WHO ARE YOU?!?!
Liane: I’m the chosen one.
❄
🔥
Ji-Hoon: What the hell is wrong with you?
Liane: I have this weird self-esteem issue where I hate myself but still think I’m better than everyone else.
Ji-Hoon: Pretty sure that's genetic...
🔥
❄
Liane: Why is it so hard for you to believe me?!
Ji-Hoon: ...
Liane: Oh, right. The lying.
Ji-Hoon: And the incessant teasing, the inflated ego, the...pinkness.
Liane: Alright! Geez, just give me the cold shoulder already.
Ji-Hoon: *glares*
Liane: *beams* You love me really.
❄
🔥
Liane: *venting endlessly to Ji-Hoon about their week*
Ji-Hoon, every once in a while: *in a monotone* Wow, that is so wild.
Liane: Are you even listening?
Ji-Hoon, deadpan: Absolutely.
Liane: Okay good. So anyway-
Ji-Hoon: *puts in earphones*
🔥
❄
Liane: *playing Into The Unknown over JARVIS speakers, singing along*
Ji-Hoon: Could you be anymore annoying?
Liane: Yes.
Ji-Hoon: Ask a stupid question...
❄
🔥
Liane: Hey, can you do me a favor?
Ji-Hoon: Sorry, I have to go do literally anything other than this.
Liane: You don’t even have a legitimate reason?
Ji-Hoon: Oh, no, I do.
Liane: Well, what is it?
Ji-Hoon: You see, I simply don’t give a fuck.
Liane: Dammit!
🔥
❄
Ji-Hoon: I'm going to say this very slowly in the hopes you understand. Felton, you can't do this without supervision.
Liane: I am a responsible adult!
Ji-Hoon: *raises brow*
Liane: I am an adult.
Ji-Hoon: You are a problem.
Liane: I'm your problem. For the next forty-eight hours.
Ji-Hoon: Right.
❄
🔥
Liane: *softly singing Frosty The Snowman*
Ji-Hoon: Enough! How dare you mock me in such a manner!?
Liane: Well. How would you like me to mock you? I take requests.
Ji-Hoon: No references to Elsa, Jack Frost, Frosty the Snowman, Frozone or The Snow Queen.
Liane: Well, dammit.
🔥
❄
Liane, peeling a banana: May I take your jacket, sir? Hahahaha.
Ji-Hoon: Do you think other people can’t hear you?
Liane: Do you think you're cool when you act all brooding and snarky?
Ji-Hoon: Yes I do.
❄
🔥
Liane, carrying a box: What would you say if- if I, hypothetically, came home with 7 kittens one day?
Ji-Hoon: …
Ji-Hoon: What’s in the box?
Liane: What woul-
Ji-Hoon: Liane, what’s in the box?
Liane: I think you know.
Ji-Hoon: Felton! You are not a childless cat lady!
Liane: I could be!
🔥
❄
Liane: No, this is not a mess. You know what I consider a mess?
Ji-Hoon: Your life?
Liane: I- well yes, but- shut up!
🔥
❄
Ji-Hoon: Are you tall enough to play basketball though?
Liane: Are you calling me short?
Ji-Hoon: I'm calling you vertically challenged.
Liane: Bite me, Elsa.
Ji-Hoon: Oh you're going down.
❄
🔥
Liane: Good morning!
Ji-Hoon, checking their watch: Barely.
Liane: It's morning somewhere.
🔥
❄
(Liane and Ji-Hoon go undercover)
Ji-Hoon: This is Liane, she's… not my assistant, some other word.
Liane, smirking: I’m his carer.
Ji-Hoon: Yeah, my carer. She cares so I don’t have to.
❄
🔥
Ji-Hoon: Your problem is that you’ve got no common sense.
Liane: I’ve got plenty of common sense!
Liane: I just choose to ignore it.
Ji-Hoon: That's the most coherent and honest remark you've ever made.
Liane: Aww thanks! *hugs him*
Ji-Hoon: I hate you.
Liane: I know.
🔥
Hope you enjoyed! And yes the long one is an adapted version of a scene from Britcom Gavin and Stacey.
It's late, I'm aware, I've had an emotional day. Ithaca Saga, Doctor Who, Gavin & Stacey Finale, I spent most of the day eating, drinking, crying or laughing. But here is a Christmas Fic that started as a lighthearted play on an old Christmas Song meets Home Alone but somehow became heartwarming? Anywhere I present (ha present 🎁)
I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus 🎅💋
Starring: Ethane (Liane Felton X Ethan Lensherr @ethan-lensherr ), Belladonna
Also features: Mia Parker @ask-missparker , Astrid @gcthvile , Riley @blueboirick , Joshua @jackiequick , Georgina and George Romanoff-Felton @missstrawbs2001
Christmas Morning
"Good morning my darling, Merry-" Liane started, peeking through Belladonna's bedroom door but being caught off guard by her daughter standing there in the dark, shining a flashlight in her eyes. "What the hell, Mom!" Bella growled as Liane's eyes went wide. "What? Blackbird, what's the matter?" She asked kindly, worry in her voice.
"Don't Blackbird me, you..you...floozy!" Bella cried as Liane gasped. "Belladonna! What do you mean?" Liane replied, her face hardening. "I saw you..last night...you have some explaining to do." She frowned, taking a seat on the bed, still shining her flashlight into her mother's eyes as Liane's face fell. "Ah. That. So um...ah screw it you're old enough now. Listen, cause I'm only going to explain this to you once and its your choice to say this to the others. Okay?" Liane answered, looking Bella in the eye. "Fine. Explain."
Christmas Eve
The kids were all sat in the lounge, huddled around a page as they plotted their escapade. "As soon as he arrives, Joshua you'll start the camera recording so when Santa reaches for the cookies, Astrid will pull on the pulley, dropping the hunting net on him and Gia, Georgie, you'll hit the lights." Belladonna grins, pointing out each part of the trap. Riley frowned, looking at the trap. "What if the net doesn't work, he is magic yknow." Riley says, raising her eyebrows as Bella smirks.
"Then we go to Plan B, where you'll activate JARVIS and set off the alarm while I throw the back up net over him and tackle him." Bella finished, grinning. But Georgie was still skeptical. "What if no one shows up?" He says, his lip quivering as Bella sighs. "Then we'll know for sure. Either way, we'll have proof." She says, rolling up the paper before the grown ups can see their plans.
"Hey kids, Stella says dinner's nearly ready, go wash up and help set the table," Liane says as Ethan joins her, backing her up. "She's right, go help in the kitchen, you guys." He says, putting an arm around Liane as the kids walk away, kissing her cheek. "Is my suit ready?" He asks as she nods. "It's in the dressmaker studio for you. Along with the beard and wig, I wanted it to feel authentic," she smiles as Ethan loops his arms around her waist. "Can't wait to unwrap my gift from you," He grins, resting his chin on her shoulder.
"You might get to open that a lot sooner than you think," she grins, raising an eyebrow as Ethan smirks. "Now that won't be a Silent Night..." he mutters softly as Mia walks by clearing her throat. "If you could leave the Naughty List talk for the bedroom, that would be great," she smiles, her voice dripping with sarcasm. Ethan pulled away a little, smiling. "Of course, apologies Mia." He says as Mia bats each of them on the head with a tube of wrapping paper. "Do not traumatize the kids with pillow talk, if you please." She huffs, striding away as Liane collapses into giggles.
Later..
"He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, 'ere he drove out of sight—
Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!" Liane finished, smiling as the children watched her close the book. "Now I think if any of you want a visit from Santa, you should all go to bed!" She says, ushering the children to bed. "But I'm not tired!" Gia whined as Liane chuckled. "Bed, all of you, go on." She smiled, tucking them into bed, finishing with Belladonna.
"Goodnight my blackbird, sweet dreams," she said, kissing Bella's forehead as she tucked her in, returning to the door, smiling. As the door closed, Bella quickly slipped out of her bed, grabbing her plans and supplies, waiting for the adults to return to the bar upstairs as she snuck out, knocking on the doors of her co-conspirators. "Okay, time to put our plan into action. Operation Capture Santa." She whispered, sneaking to the lounge, laying down tripwire and hanging nets, ready for Santa to arrive. "Positions!" She whispered, setting up the camera on its tripod.
The children waited. And waited. And waited. Georgie yawned, tired. "Maybe there isn't a Santa Clau-" He began as a poof of cloud appeared in the room as a man dressed in red, trimmed with fur with a sack on his shoulder, landed on the carpet. Bella pointed at Joshua, signalling him to turn on the camera as Santa looked around, his beard trimmed with gray as he surveyed the room. He began unloading his pack, placing presents around the tree as Riley sat in her hiding place, ready to release the net.
As Santa finished delivering his gifts, his gaze fell on the plate of cookies with a glass of milk and he smiled, his green eyes glittering as he approached. As soon as he grabbed a cookie, Riley released the net to catch him, but before the net landed Santa quickly poofed out of the way, chuckling a little as he lands by the tree. Bella grimaced, signalling Riley to activate JARVIS' security system as Belladonna gripped the net, ready to tackle him.
As Santa heard the alarms go though, a light turned in the hallway as a bedroom door opened and a voice called out "Ugh JARVIS, cancel alarm!" And Liane stepped out of the shadows, eyeing Santa. "Well hello there, Saint Nick..." she crooned, leaning on the doorway as Santa brushed himself off, grinning. "Why hello yourself, now what's a naughty girl like you doing out of bed?" He says, approaching her as the kids froze, watching in horror.
"Well I'd hate to waste this mistletoe, and who better to give me a kiss goodnight than the man himself.." she purrs, the light from her room revealing her red and white festive dress, cut very low in places, a Santa hat perched rakishly on her curls as Santa approached her, smirking as she pulled him in for a kiss under the doorway as the camera caught everything and Bella froze up, her face hardening. Liane giggled, tickling his beard as he whispered in her ear, before watching him disappear in a cloud of smoke and returning to her bedroom.
The room fell silent as Belladonna just stood there, face like thunder as she watched the doorway her mother entered and promptly exited through. "Bella?" Astrid said, tapping her shoulder slowly as Bella finally snapped back to reality. "Pack everything up, get back to bed before we wake the adults. And don't tell anyone what we saw tonight. You have to swear on it." She says firmly, looking at the kids. Georgie gulped a little but the kids all swore they wouldn't say a word before slinking off to bed.
Belladonna returned to her bedroom feeling hurt and betrayed. Her own mother, kissing Santa! There had to be another explanation but there was just no denying it. She'd seen it with her own eyes. And she had it on film. She hid her supplies back under the bed, crawled under the covers and lay there in the dark, trying to fall asleep.
Christmas Morning
"So what you saw...last night, wasn't the real Santa. That was your Dad, the real Santa gave those gifts to him and it was his turn to keep the magic alive. I'm sorry you saw that, I didn't know you kids were there. If I'd known, I wouldn't have-" Liane started, as Bella stopped her, understanding. "Mom, it's okay. You didn't cheat on Dad, that's all that matters. I don't really care if Santa's real or not, I cared about my Mother throwing herself at someone. I know you've been tearing your hair out about making this the perfect Christmas. So...here." She says, handing her a wrapped parcel.
"Is this for me?" Liane said, fingering the ribbon carefully. Belladonna nods, urging her to open it. She smiled, tugging at the ribbon and then tearing at the paper. As she revealed a velvet box under the paper, a small smile appeared on her face as she opened it to find a gold heart shaped locket inside. "Bells?" She said, a little in awe as she unclasped the locket to see a lock of dark hair inside. Bella carefully parted her bangs to reveal a few hairs snipped shorter.
"I wanted to give you something you'd be able to wear always, carrying a piece of me with you. Dad said giving you a baby tooth would be weird, he helped me pick it. He took me shopping, which I hate, but I did it for you." Belladonna finished, looking down a little as Liane smiled, lifting up her chin and kissing her cheek. "I love it, Bella. It's beautiful. And I love you, my little Black Dahlia." She smiled, tears in her eyes as Bella reluctantly opened her arms and Liane squeezed her tightly in a hug, crying.
"Ten, nine, eight," Bella started as Liane started wrapping up the hug. "I...I'll put it on right now. Help me, darling." She said, taking the necklace out of the box and pulling her hair aside as Bella carefully wound the dainty gold chain around her mother's neck. "It suits you," she replied, admiring the locket as Liane grinned. "How about we go and join the others and open gifts under the tree?" Liane suggested offering Belladonna her hand which she clasped tightly. "Merry Christmas, Mom."
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a very goodnight! Seriously its nearly midnight here, its almost Boxing Day in my timezone so I'm gonna go to bed in the next few hours...hopefully
Mission update: apparently deploying someone with ice-based powers to a tropical rainforest wasn’t the brightest idea. Who knew?
Imagine trying to subdue HYDRA agents while your powers are basically running on low battery thanks to 90% humidity and 35°C heat. Not exactly ideal conditions for freezing anything. Took down three guys the old-fashioned way before realizing I was sweating more than I was freezing.
Note to SHIELD: next time, maybe send me somewhere with a colder climate—or at least make sure the jet has proper air conditioning.
Anyway, the mission was a success, and I’m back in one piece. If anyone needs me, I’ll be in the lab trying to figure out how to make my cryokinesis work in all environments. Or drinking iced coffee. Probably both.
Huh that is something I haven't really tested before, but I've never been to an Arctic before. I've been out in snow before, sure but never like temperatures below freezing. I wonder what would happen?
