This week is one of those weeks where everything happens at once. Busy at work with a super short week since I had Monday off and I'm off (and moving, yay!) on Friday. Eating wise it's been fine I was up 1/2 a pound Monday, so that makes back to back weeks where I gain weight after spending the weekend at my family's. Still not sure why since I definitely didn't over do it this weekend. Ah well, the scale is a finicky little thing. Day 15 was awful. I was starving from the time I got up since I hadn't had dinner the night before, but I was so busy I didn't have the chance to eat til after 2PM. Other than that, it's been okay. I've been too lazy/busy to try any new recipes so I'm getting a bit of food fatigue from eating the same stuff. But that's on me to change. Also, a lot of people (and the book, I think) says days 12-15 you may have dreams about, and crave, food that you don't like very much. I definitely had that starting on day 13... but IT HASN'T STOPPED. I've never been a huge sweets person, preferring savory/salty carbs over desserts, but since Saturday it seems like my body doesn't remember that. On Monday (Day 15) I almost caved and got a fucking donut - buy I didn't. NSV for the win! I'm still craving sweets though - donuts and cinnamon rolls to be specific. Just gotta hold steady - over halfway there! Foodage: Day 15 Lunch - chili with ground beef, turkey, jalapeños, mushrooms, and tomatoes. 1 sausage Snack - green grapes, a banana, oysters packed in oil Dinner - chili with ground beef, turkey, jalapeños, mushrooms, and tomatoes. 1.5 sausages Day 16 Breakfast - coffee with coconut milk Lunch - chili with ground beef, turkey, jalapeños, mushrooms, and tomatoes. 1.5 sausages Dinner - chili with ground beef, turkey, jalapeños, mushrooms, and tomatoes. 1.5 sausages Snack - green grapes Day 17 Breakfast - ice tea with coconut milk Lunch - 1.5 servings grilled chicken. 1.5 servings beef Dinner - sausages with broccoli Snack - red grapes, oysters packed in oil
