How are turkey skin and bones not safe? Please elaborate.
Dunno about skin, but Turkey bones, and avian bones in general, are really easy to shatter. If a dog eats said shards, it could tear up their insides.

The skin is very fatty and can lead to diarrhea, vomiting, and/or pancreatitis. Pancreatitis can lead to a very expensive hospital stay, and is quite painful. When in doubt, best not to feed human food.
Important PSA for this (and every) holiday season! As someone with dogs and cats in her life, both of these are nice to have on hand!

Please marry a friend - someone you love spending time with, someone you can tell your secrets to, someone you enjoy sharing physical space with.
The attraction often fades, or becomes secondary to most other real life practicalities. But the need to be a team and to enjoy each other's company is life-long.
Marry a co-conspirator. Marry a friend. Marry someone you can be weird and silly with. Marry someone who you aren't embarrassed to be vulnerable around. Marry someone who will make you tea at 6 a.m. when you're sick and still have to go to work. Marry someone who you can ride on a train with for ten+ hours. Marry someone who will clean up the cat barf or dog poop or diaper for you, because you just sat down to dinner. Marry someone who will treasure your art. Marry someone who understands that you both are going to change, and wants to be intentional about growing together. Marry someone whose vision of the future and core values matches yours.
Marry a friend, y'all. It's the best choice I ever made.
I think that a lot of people who get married for traditional reasons are doing it because they’re looking for a business partner, rather than a best friend and new family member. Which makes sense because in a lot of places that’s how the institution of marriage has been treated. You find someone, combine finances, create your plans, work towards them, and retire and then die.
But that’s ALSO something that can be done with a best friend. Just because their resume is good doesn’t meant you click. It doesn’t mean you have fun. A spouse is someone you love so much that you legally make them your family. If you want to start an LLC, go for it, but you’re going to make yourself miserable. If your marriage is a job and not a joy, that’s what you get for the rest of your life, ya know?
