Okay realized I haven't done an intropost so!!!

Hii I'm Rachel Greenery! I go by Rachel/Diona/Dicey/Eri mainly but you may refer to me as anything as long as I know that you're referring to me!! ^^

can't sleep so I'm forcing myself to continue Program Entropy. Jonorth and Rivendell brothers focus oneshot that has been in the works and perpetually at 15k words for like 4 years now.

Maybe I can actually get something out soon and revive my work on this AU. There's a decent backlog of like 40k words in like 10 seperate wip oneshots but this is supposed to be the 3rd oneshot in the series

Ok so... I think it's probably true but does your Branzy was more in love with Clown's violence, then as a person? Like... We can see in a few conversations where Branzy showed his real face as Blackhearts that he is liking how violent, powerful [in a killing people way], and monstrous he is but nothing more.

I'd say you're correct, yes. Branzy got to see and know Clown as a person during when they were talking normally at the Casino, but Branzy first fell in love with Clownpierce (the idea), not "Pierce", and that's the version of Clown he wanted to get. I might rework the timeline a little, but in how I wrote it originally, Clown played a big part in inspiring Branzy to become Blackhearts in the first place. From that, there is evidently some obvious amount of projection and idolization on Blackhearts side.

I wouldn't say he doesn't like anything else about Clown - he quite enjoyed his time talking to Pierce the Customer as Branzy the Host and getting to know him more than everyone else ever had the chance to - however almost everything else is overshadowed by his fixation on Clown and his violence. He both humanizes and dehumanizes Clown a lot, and mostly got close to the human side ("pretty lie", in his mind) so he can see and get ahold of the killer ("ugly truth", in his mind).

So in short, yeah, I'd say you're correct, his perception of Clown as a person is insanely warped by his love for his violence.

I see it! Definitely! I myself have never watched Hannibal, though one of my close friends did and I remember tid bits about the story from her telling it to me. I think it would fit pretty well as an AU of the AU, I see the vision and trust, I'm very intrigued! You and your friend were cooking heat.

I'm so sorry that asking to many questions about carrd series. But want to ask about Blackhearts’ Death House show, while I was reading it reminded me about "it's Pinishment time" from the "Hello Charlotte" gam. Is there is a chance you know about this game?

ik the fanfic is like 3 years old but lowk if i were to write a doc or post just explaining fun facts callbacks or other stuff about the card series would anyone be interested

I never had people draw fanart for one of my fics or write something based on it, but I just know that that is such a high honor and show of love. I once had someone ask me if they could translate my fic in Chinese and I was like, wow, they love it enough to want to put time and effort into it to show it to more people.
