Aging is *literally* the process of your body breaking down like an ancient and damaged machine. It's the epitome of the REAL definition of "degeneration" and people act like it's some sort of "beautiful natural process" no bitch it's literally a disease. It's a built-in kill switch your body has and science has proven this kill switch can be turned off with the right treatments.

Same goes for death itself. "Natural" body death can also be stopped with the right treatments - in fact, there's a lot of overlap between anti-aging treatments that could exist in the next couple decades and the anti-death treatments that could show up in a similar amount of time.

In Avengers disassembled story which leads into House of M, Hawkeye was killed (also Scott Lang) because of reality manipulation of Wanda while under influence by Doom. Hawkeye is already in MCU and is an influential/sorta paternal figure for Wanda. It can be altered where he arrives to try and talk Wanda out but she ends up killing him. This will also serve as an additional traumatic event for Wanda who will listen to Pietro when he will convince her to change reality so that Avengers don’t hunt her down. Pietro is back in the series, so that’s covered. Doom can be referenced, if not introduced, and later introduced properly for Children’s Crusade arc.

So, Wanda creates the House of M arc. The only concern - too many mutants until the infamous “No more mutants” ofc and high-profile names. But if Marvel is serious regarding their TV show format, it is a good arc to be adopted for small screen. 

Then, once that arc is over and Wanda disappears, the time that would have been passed by then and will pass for some more months can lead the foundation for Children’s Crusade and introduce her twins. Cassie Lang will be old enough to join the Young Avengers and the twins. Finally, this can open up the arc of Generation Hope leading to AvX and hopefully a better version of Phoenix on screen.
