Cersei suddenly realizes she’s being threatened about her relationship with Jaime meanwhile Robert apparently has a crush on a slightly happier version of Stannis and she gets so mad her jaw locks shut. Ned waits a few minutes and thinks her lack of response is contemplation and “honorably” leaves so she can seriously consider his offer to flee (Cersei is 100% killing them both the second everything stops smelling like burnt toast)

Abigail Thorn as Sharako "Bitchfist" Lohar deserves to sit upon the driftwood throne for that fantastic performance. She should have been the season 2 big boss.

This episode was so much tighter than the second half of season 2, we really got a demonstration of how bad that writers strike hurt the story compared to what it could have been if Warner Bros listened to their writers sooner.

Like I'm gonna be real, when they first caught him, I thought that he did it. Regardless of whatever my opinions may have been about the morality of the act, I did believe that he did it.

The only thing the prosecutors have managed to convince me of is that this guy didn't do it. I no longer believe he did it. I think the police just found a dude who fit the profile, realized they had literally nothing on him, and couldn't admit that they'd made a mistake, so they've been trying to frame this guy for the past year.
