The Supreme Court is extremely political, it is not impartial, and it has and continues to be a defacto unelected legislative body.

When they uphold a ban on transfems in women's sports, they are not doing that because they care about the law, in fact the law as written would actually make it illegal, they are doing it because they seek to uphold cis patriarchy.

Funny how a supposedly non-partisan, apolitical, and objective body always seems to weaken the presidency when a slightly less fascist president is in the white house, and expand it when a more fascist one is.
