Revisiting Ghirahim has been fun. It's been a while since I replayed this game, so I rewatched his cutscenes as a refresher. I forgot how funny he is. He literally blows the player a kiss and then proceeds to tell Link that he's a naughty boy who needs to be punished. It's no wonder I get bored of other Zelda villains so quickly. They just don't hit the same way Ghirahim does.

Like I've just started replaying Skyward Sword and I'm at the first battle and.

Nobody seems to understand Legend’s way of caring for others and i’m here to talk about it.

Legend “bickers” with his brothers…a lot..

But on a deeper level he only “bickers” with them because that’s how he shows that he cares for them.

When Twilight was on the verge of dying Legend was very prickly, he kept on arguing with others like Four and Wind for example. But we know that tensions were high during that time, he cares for Twilight, everyone does, but Legend just shows it differently.

When Legend points out to Twilight that Sky will “fall asleep on him” he’s saying he’s worried about him. He knows Sky is competent but that scare with Twilight still left its marks on the others. Legend just wants to make sure that no matter what Twilight will be okay during this dungeon crawl.

When they first enter the dungeon Legend starts to argue with Wild, Wild’s never been in a proper dungeon before and Legends only looking out for him in his own way. But in a way that people see as “petty disputes”

Time seems to think that these are all petty disputes, but in reality it’s just Legend looking out for the others in his own way. He has trouble expressing his emotions properly but with this method he’s able to get his point across quick, with some setbacks of course.

Which brings me to talk about how Hyrule knows how to handle Legend, Time puts them both together for a reason. And Hyrule is WELL aware of this reason as well,

Hyrule knows he’s paired with Legend because 1) he’s just as experienced as Legend is and won’t need to be reprimanded as much, and 2) Hyrule is closest to Legend, therefore he knows how to read him in a sense.

That’s HIS predecessor and he knows that Legend won’t pick fights with him as easily. Hyrule’s a meditator when needed, he’s probably well aware as well that this is Legends way of caring for everyone else. It might be poorly executed sure, but he knows that he means it with all the kindness in his heart.

Sky knows Legend doesn’t hardly mean any of the stuff that he says and Twilight is slowly getting there as well,

Sky KNOWS bullies, Twilight knows bullies as well, they BOTH know Legend isn’t a bully, Twilight is still coming to terms with that because he’s a protector, he takes care of those younger than him and hates to see others get bullied.

Legend by definition isn’t a bully, he just has a different way of caring for others and someday the others will see that as well.

This is a bit out of nowhere- I was chatting with one a friend and I (semiverbal person) referred to him with a nickname in ASL and? He said I couldn’t ? Give people nicknames I’m ASL? Because I’m not deaf?

Like it’s totally fine if you don’t want a nickname but idk about excluding nonverbal ppl from the ASL community ?

I’m a little hurt and confused and I wondering if I was wrong? What do other deaf and nonverbal ppl think? I’m so AAAA now?? (Not in the good way)

Link pushes the flowers into his grasp hastily, but leans in for another quick peck. “Sick of spring, actually.”
