early shifttok wasn’t wrong about counting during your attempt!! i know it may seem boring, but just hear me out for a second. when you’re counting and then suddenly find yourself questioning what number you’re on, that’s actually the perfect moment to shift. okay, i lied, any moment is perfect. but hopefully you get my point!!

because in that sleepy state, you’re more likely to let go of resistance, things start to feel less controlled, you stop overthinking, you stop checking if it’s working, and it just becomes overall easier for you to let go of trying. because you’re not trying to shift, you’re simply directing your awareness to your dr. naturally, without any resistance, just like that. ‹𝟹

Also, people don't like it because it's boring? IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE boring! Boredom helps you turn off the logical side of your brain, which is also great for shifting.

When talking about shifting, if you're asking yourself a question that starts with "can I", the answer is yes!

For example:

"Can I manifest a shift?" Yes!

"Can I shift to a dr that's similar to this one?" Yes!

"Can I age myself down/up for this dr?" Yes!

If you are a shifter and ask yourself "can I" anything that has to do with shifting, the answer is yes!

I revised sleep (one of my laziest success stories)

so... i ended up staying up late past 3am while i had work in the morning (this was before i stopped working/started manifestin money). It started to get BAD. 3:50 something in the morning and I was like... okay, this isn't okay, i have work. So i forced my phone down, lay down, and affirmed sleepily.

i deadass affirmed: "I went to sleep at 10pm" repeatedly as i fell asleep... woke up feeling incredible as if i went to sleep way earlier, in contrast to how i usually feel after stayin up.

i had NO one to tell that to, lol. this is an older success story, but sometimes i hold back cause no body likes to hear about the stupid/smaller success stories that aren't like "I SHIFTED/I MANIFESTED SP/I REVISED BEING POOR!" ya know?

anywhere, let these small and random success stories be an example of how easy and effortless reality is to cheat. It felt like a game, but i made the rules. "nope, that didn't happen because i said so. THIS happened instead."

in other words, I shifted to a parallel reality where i was asleep by 10pm and it felt GREAT! but shifting parallels is considered manifesting/revising, so i'll use y'alls terms. Anyway, i think the smaller manifestations/shifts will soon build your confidence for bigger ones and anything else, really...

edit: may i add that i was anxious and in doubt that i fucked up my sleep and this manifestation might not work? i wasn't very experience in applyin LOA at the time. still worked!
