#legday (number two) #workout Quick workout today. (At least I didn't skip!) Leg curls were pretty routine (look at those hammies popping out!), but the thigh adductors are pretty new. I found it really difficult to keep my balance without being braced against something. In the second picture, I'm holding onto the cable machine track on the side opposite where I'm tethered, pulling the cable across the entire front of the machine.
