Had this happen with a nerdz candy straw and an energy drink. The soft gummy candy eventually dissolves and leaves behind a candy slime with the consistency of snot under a film that forms on the surface. Honestly though if you just scoop it out you get a candy flavored energy drink that's overly saccharine in after taste. The nerdz do impart their tartness though, which was refreshing in a way.

Overall I'd rate the experience as a 3/10

The taste is about a 5/10. Though I'm betting if you properly filtered it and ran it through a soda machine you'd get better results

I'd drink it if you made it for me but I'm not wasting money like that on my own.
