New Recipe! I’ve always wanted to make crepes but I thought it was some fancy recipe I had to follow with fancy equipment. Boy was I wrong!! I have such an easy recipe for you guys today that you can use products from around your kitchen!
Ya gonna need these things: ½ cup of flour ¼ cup of milk ¼ cup of water 1/8 tsp of salt 1 Tbsp of *melted* butter (must be melted do not be lazy. If you don’t have a tablespoon like me, 3 teaspoons make 1 tbsp) 1 egg Large pan
Some extras for flavor: A dash of cinnamon 1 tsp of cocoa powder for chocolate crepes
How to do this ish: Get yourself a medium sized bowl (I used glass Tupperware) mix your dry ingredients together put your butter to melt for 30 seconds and let sit to cool down a bit. Next crack that egg and throw it in there. Add your milk and water. Add butter last, make sure it’s not too hot we don’t want to cook the egg.
Whip that baby up! If it’s too thick do not fret! Add some milk and it shall be fine!
Heat up yo pan to medium heat and spread some butter, oil, or non stick spray. Use your ¼ measuring cup to pour into the pan. This next part is very important! Pick up your pan and move it around in a circular motion to spread the mix around to make a thin layer! Cook that baby for around 2 mins and flip. Brown the other side and bam the crepe is cooked.
Plating your crepe:
Take your fresh crepe and spread what ever you have in your house. For this I used Oikos banana cream Greek yogurt (yum!) once you spread a thin layer place your fruit, I had some strawberries. Next drizzle a bit of maple syrup (aunt Jemima’s) and fold hot dog style. Next spread a little bit more of the yogurt or whipped creme and add more strawberry. Fold again. Top with some pretty fruit and drizzle chocolate syrup.
Bam you’re done!! They came out so good! I even tried a savory one. All I did was place a piece of white cheese and Boars Head ham and heated it up in the microwave; topped it all off with garlic herbs seasoning. Fold as wanted and bam you’re done. Again.
Let me know how yall like it!

Lunch for today: Left over spinach smoothie Spinach and broccoli spicey caesar salad Left over Memorial Day rice Deliciousness!
Hello Lovelies
I AM BACK after a much needed hiatus.
My new daily routine:
Breakfast: Spinach strawberry banana smoothie with eggs and spinach and a cup of coffee
Lunch: Spinach strawberry banana smoothie or my “peanut butter apple surprise” smoothie (its freakin delicious)
Dinner: mostly anything thats cooked that night but in small portions
Snack: When I find myself going into the kitchen for a snack (even throughout the day) i make myself a small smoothie.
I have eliminated all juices from my diet. It’s just water now. Unless I’m not feeling well and grab a small ginger ale. I’ve already begun to see results. I’ve lost some inches and 5 lbs total. I feel so much better. The spinach really gives me energy. Some days are different than others but its stays relatively the same.
Can’t wait to start dropping more lbs and getting more in shape.
IF YALL WOULD LIKE THE RECIPES IVE BEEN USING LET ME KNOW!!
“Someone told me about this. I hope I’m not too late here, I’m traveling, but I wanted to chime in.
I always say don’t be afraid of failure, because how far can you really fall? You found out - to the ground. It’s right there. Now you know it isn’t anything that should scare you.
You should be proud that you weren’t afraid - not embarrassed that you failed. You could have made excuses not to walk into the door, but you didn’t. You knew it would be hard, and it would be uncomfortable, and it might be awkward - and you did it anyway. That’s courage.
I’m proud of you.
The last guy I rooted for broke a world record in the deadlift. You have more in common with him than you think.
First, he started out lifting just the bar, too (when you look at him, he may have been 3 months old at that point). Second, imagine his courage. He walked up to that bar in front of a big audience and television cameras, knowing that not only had he never lifted that much before - NO ONE on earth had - and it was highly likely he would completely fail. You may not think about it this way, but you showed that courage, on a smaller level.
Finally, I’m rooting for you, too. You took the first step and you fell, but at least you fell in the right direction, so get back up and take the next step. Keep moving forward.”

Yoga for hip openers
hello friends! ever since these photos of me started making the rounds on tumblr, the most common question i get asked is “what are hip openers?” so i thought i would make my next guide focused on that. hip openers are poses that help to loosen the muscles that connect to the hip joints. remember that these muscles are often very tight and be careful not to overstretch yourself. loosening the hips happens very very gradually. incorporating some of these poses into your yoga practice can help to achieve both front and side splits!
ps. i tried to put these in a coherent order so that you can flow through them with one leg, then go back and repeat the flow using the opposite leg!
standing wide-legged forward fold - put your feet wider than shoulder width and bend forward while keeping the back as straight and flat as possible. you should feel the stretch in your hamstrings - hold for a few breaths, then rotate around to downward facing dog.
lizard pose - start in downward facing dog and raise one leg up behind you, then swing it through to place your foot next to your hand, on the outside. keep your front knee at a 90 degree angle and sink into a deep lunge, with your back knee on the floor and leg extended. you’ll feel this one in your back leg’s hip flexor (along your hip crease) and also deep in your front leg’s hip joint.
pigeon pose - from lizard pose, move your hand to the outside of your front foot, keep the knee bent, and pull your foot across so it’s near the opposite hand. bend the knee as generously as you want - the closer it is to being parallel with your body, the deeper the stretch. rest here, or go down to your elbows, or even lay forward as you advance in the pose. hold for 5 breaths.
seated wide-legged forward fold - extend both legs wide as far as is comfortable. rest here, and then bend forward with a straight back. i also like to stretch by reaching toward one foot and then the other.
head-to-knee forward bend - extend one leg and bend the other at the knee. gently bring your head to your knee while keeping your back straight and your core engaged. if you can’t get down far, just keep your back straight and hold for 3-5 breaths.
wind relieving pose - come on to your back, bend one knee and interlace your fingers on your shin bone, about two inches below the knee. pull gently toward your body, keeping your back flush with the ground and engaging your core. you can also rotate your knee gently here.
happy baby pose - bend legs and grab for the inside of your heels, and try to keep your back completely flush with the mat - this will give you the deepest stretch in this pose! you can also roll a bit to massage your lower back.
reclining goddess pose - release legs from happy baby and let them fall open to the floor. try to keep your lower back close to the ground and put arms wherever is comfortable. relax here and appreciate your fantastic body!
hopefully this helps to answer some questions about hip openers! these the poses i focused on when i was trying to achieve the splits, but having loose hips can help with all kinds of other yoga poses and can also release a lot of tension from your lower back. happy hip-opening! :)

During the full month & technically a half I got sick I was rendered unable to work-out for awhile being I felt nauseous and weakened from the MEDICINES (Daniel’s voice). Which sucked because I enjoy working out and all the previous mind and body sweating progress I had made during the Wolverine workout I was doing evaporated like a sweaty ice cream cone in a child’s hand in the middle of June. A image that plays in my mind right as this picture was taken. Of course the natural result was me collecting pounds like a Pokemon trainer. In the few weeks I’ve been back at it these pounds have been shedding off. I’ve retired collecting pounds and set these free in the Pokemon forest. It might take a bit before its shown because all my extra dough (fat) has always shot into my cheeks only growing the ever expanding real-estate of dimples, they are real estate tycoons on my cheeks. It’s always the last thing to go and I’ll most likely bankrupt the dimples but they have grown too big and too powerful. But the real joy is to finally be able to scoop a bunch of powered protein in a shaker which might not excite the majority of the human race but it tingles my senses especially today. It’s pretty awful most of the time and in fact in the picture I’m also thinking “I remember this crap!”. However today and for the rest of my days I welcome it with taste buds wide open for it has been missed.
For those of you that are hitting that hard moment like the one that uppercutted me just remember it’s all about the Rebound. And the Rebound will happen but it’s up to decide what to do with it. Don’t quit and let the ball drop your already in the game all you have to do is keep moving forward. Life is the super tall defensive guard who doesn’t want you to score. He also won’t play by the rules…he likes to trip! Freaking jerk face squared is a tripper! Your weapon against this endurance! You can’t beat life, no one can it’s life he’s been playing long before any of us were even born…..but you can keep dunking in its face repeatedly. Make Life wish he never messed with you. 😝
This is awesome encouragement
Today is national dessert day stay strong my friends!
As some of you may know, I said a few days ago that I want to start a challenge with you guys. Surprisingly, a lot of people wanted to join, so here it is. We’re starting this Wednesday(15th October), so who wants to do it, all they have to do is save the photo and start. Also, they have to take some before and after photos and send them to me. When the challenge is done, I’ll post all the pics on a page called 30 Day Challenge (you can find it on my blog) along with mine. The challenge can be done by both girls and boys. As you can see, they are the same. :)
I know I asked you guys to mesage me if you’re joining, but I need you to do it once again for confirmation.
Well, I think this is all. Stay motivated! xx
