could we get post-finale jock!robin headcanons ? w/nancy ? :D
okay so i think post-finale jock!robin is a seperate entity from MY jock!robin, but shes extremely similar because shes still the same like 6'1 bear of a lesbian, you know?
- i feel like she would struggle to be away from nancy and steve and jonathan for spans longer than 2 days because shes so worried that theyre somehow going to get themselves killed if shes not around.
- that mf has HORRIBLE nightmares. she still cant believe that vecnas gone. and el is "dead". she doesnt do well in confined spaces anymore because it makes her think of when the military had them shoved against the trucks and vickie just stood there
- after vickie ratted them out to dr kay,, robin had a hard time keeping her focus on vickie? because vickie CLEARLY doesnt have her best interests at heart, but it still takes her a while to break up with her after everything.
- she hangs out at the wheelers a lot, karen still adores her in this au.
- holly and her friends like. idolize her. i actually think they would idolize her in canon too because???? they would also have some spec about robin and nancy after finding out robins a lesbian, but thats a horse of a different color
- shes there for nancy constantly, deadass no matter what, you know? theyre always hanging out, sometimes by themselves or with jonathan and steve. robin actually loves being a support system because it helps her feel useful.
- she moved to massachusetts to be close to nancy still. like obviously. also its a gay ass state so???? ofc robin would live there.
- she helped nancy cut her hair :3
- it takes FOREVER for robin and nancy to get together, but just know they kissed somewhere in between 1987 and 1989. even if it was something small
- i think that they would have this moment where they basically recap everything between them. even after a while. they have a super deep conversation about starcourt and the library and pennhurst and that moment at lovers lake and in the upside down and whatever happened between 1986 and 1987 (SIX SEVEN) and- (surely you get the point) (anyway they both end up basically sobbing into each other
- whenever robin and nancy are in hawkins at the same time for whatever reason,, they go have dinner at the wheelers when hollys friends arent there
- robin probably helped nancy pack up her room sighhhhhhh
- also might've helped with her wardrobe, but not really. i think it was mostly nancy and robin was just super happy to be there
- i think they still hang out a ton in massachusetts, but not as frequently as they used to? they call at least 3 times a week, just to check in with each other (robin has a moment of realization where she acknowledges that she has nancys number memorized by heart and she had to read vickies off of a sticky note at one point in her life)
- robin is still extremely sappy. and sometimes gets randomly sad about stupid things and nancy will have moments where she rolls her eyes before letting that dumb jock just melt in her arms and talk about it
- in my head and in my heart, jock!robin is like a bear thats trying to curl in on itself and make itself smaller so it can fit into everyones life. nancys like a rabbit thats Pretending to be a hare to look like she Knows what shes doing.
