coach jess is leaving. probably because she's been blocked from advancing beyond a development coach role here, imo. assistant coaches move to get promotions a lot (like lambert, in fact...)

seeing the misogynists rejoice and blame her for everything is making me a bit sick. also, a lot of what they're on about had nothing to do with her, so they're ignorant about the team in addition to hating women. figures.

then there's the benevolent sexism of people theorizing that she'll be a pwhl head coach after the statement explicitly said that she's exploring other nhl opportunities. 🙄
