there will be people that will keep making things and there are people that will keep creating stuff for this fandom, so don't worry so much a lot of the time people come back, and if not, there are almost always new people to make new stuff it gets scary and it gets worrying but ive watched so many big creators come and go and i worry about the same thing every time but eventually it all levels out and it all turns out fine

i noticed that a lot of people are terrified of not getting content or getting concerned that the "fandom is dying" because jakei is deciding to stop making underverse and it's content
i want to emphasize that underverse isn't the only thing that's keeping the fandom alive.
yes, it's literally the biggest thing we have, but it's also not the only thing the fandom has!!!!! the amounts of content that gets pumped out by everybody is CRAZY, the fact that there is still this much consistent content over a 9 YEAR OLD GAME is crazy!!! okay!!!!
honestly the fact that underverse has been going for 8 years is impressive in itself. it feels like it's a reasonable time for it to finally slow down or stop jakei has worked incredibly hard and i feel like a thankful farewell is more deserved for her and for her work rather than concerned screams of "NOOOO YOU CAN'T!!!!" because we are not as hopeless as you think!!!!!!!
i think people in the fandom need to have more faith in themselves and in their fellow creators. you shouldn't succumb to thinking the fandom will die when the whole reason jakei is leaving and stopping underverse in the first place is because of how much fandom infighting there is in the first place.
i genuinely think if people want the fandom to stay alive and to prevent it from dying, we need to start by making more stuff and supporting each other rather than trying to attack each other over petty stuff. we've achieved nothing but more conflict and more drama the more we keep letting disrespect and boundary breaking a regular thing.
