This coffee creamer is good for people on the keto diet and tastes like peppermint and mocha while you drink coffee. It's thick, creamy, and doesn't have any sugar in it, so you can enjoy it with your coffee without feeling bad about it.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol. 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Over medium-low heat, mix almond milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan. Add cocoa powder and erythritol powder and mix them together using a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Taking it off the heat, add the vanilla extract and peppermint extract and mix them in. Let it cool all the way down before putting it in a jar or bottle to store. Keep in the fridge and give it a good shake before adding it to your coffee.
