Every time I see someone I follow talking about how toxic a certain fandom is, it hits me with a reality check and I realize I live in a very small bubble. No matter the fandom or platform, the drama never reaches me directly; I only find out that "so-and-so spoke badly about this" through these few people I follow, and that's it.
