Pontoon Posture or Naukasana attacks the fat   near the waist. It provides the strength needed by the muscles of our legs and the back. One can lie on back with stretched legs (together), with   arms on sides, inhale, raise the leg keeping them straight and just get   devolved in the particular asana by following the next steps which make   one has created a 45-degree angle with the body. Repeat 5 times, with 15   seconds break after each pose and you will have a good time losing belly   fat.
Wind easing posture or Pavanamukhthasana which   helps lower the back pain and tone up abs, hips, and thighs. This pose also helps with the balance over pH levels and helps enhance metabolism and better stomach health. 5 times a day will work with this particular asana.
Board or Kumbhakasana is very easy to be   performed. It helps tone the belly fat and provides strength to the   shoulder, the back, the thighs, the arms, butt, etc. But one must know if   they have high blood pressure or any kind of back injury or shoulder injury,   this pose is not the right choice for them and instead of doing good can   harm the body further.
 All these asanas if followed as per the suggested times, ways, can help a body through losing or reducing the belly fat and improve the body structure by keeping it in the right shape.
