Itâs the iron Damian tastes in the air first. Jonâs the one with the super senses but when droplets of blood rain from the heavens, it is hard for Damian to miss the tangy spots on his lips.
He had been aware that Jon was taking care of some perps behind his back. Damian had been ignoring blind spots he would never leave open if his partner wasnât here after all.
Jon did that for him. Let Damian focus on exactly what was in front of him and covered his back, so that no bad surprises could fall on him. Damian knew that it was sloppy of him to have gotten used to it. In the years they had fought together and ever since Jonâs powers had properly manifested, it had become second nature for Damian to trust that there was a force larger than life listening in to his heartbeat and protecting it with fierce devotion.
Damian only realised how bad it had gotten during that month Jon had been missing. That entire time the silence behind him loomed like a panther waiting to pounce, stroking sharp shivers up and down his back. Heâd gotten whiplash from how often he had turned his head to check the blind spots that were bare once more. Damian lied to himself by saying that Jonâs absence had been good for his awareness skills. It had reminded the shorter boy of the paranoia of his childhood upbringing. Reminded him that only he can keep himself safe.
It was that much worse when Jon came back. Falling into the safety of his teammateâs care was like sinking into his own bedsheets after months away on a mission. A comforting lull to conformity that Damian found harder and harder to resist with each foe Jon took out for him.
It was this that had created a blanket of super protective static behind Damianâs back. One in which Damian simply did not care what was going on in, because he knew Jon had it handled.
Of course he had heard the iron fists landing on soft tissue, snapping the bones underneath like theyâre merely glow sticks. But he had ignored those sounds while he took out the threat attacking him from the front.
It is only that taste of blood and the fact that he had incapacitated the villains before him, that made him turn to check on why his partner was taking so long with one single opponent.
When Damian turns the vision beckons creation. He wonders if it is that same muse that sang in Homer and Milton before him. However, he doubts either of those men had ever encountered the sublime horror painting the evening sky before him.
Damian sees the scene wash before him as a frescoe. Jon alit by the late eveningâs tangerine rays and holding on to the collar of their attackerâs shirt. His other fist drawn back stringing the bows of muscles in his upper back. His trapezius tensing to release his fist like an arrow that will not miss its mark. The gaze in his eyes is hazy. Damian knows what it means: Jon is seeing the manâs targeted face only using his x-ray vision.
And it is no surprise that he must, for the face he is aiming at is but an abstraction of human form. Flesh bubbling from the force that hit it blow the manâs skin into mounds deforming his face. His fractured jaw almost fluid in its state held together only by the tissue of his skin. If Jon is a Michelangelo, he has rendered the man beneath him a DalĂ.
He aims for a spot on the disfigured jaw, and Damian wonders into how many fractals Jon plans to split the mandible apart. The soft smile on Jonâs face indicates that the Kryptonian-human hybrid is far from being done.
Which is why Damian must put a stop to this.
âJonâ, he lets the name pass his lips softly like sterile gauze cleaning a wound. The sound fulfils its purpose immediately. Awoken from a trance Jon turns to Damian, and being the sudden focus of the unearthly blue in his eyes hits Damian harder than any blow had done this entire evening.
âHeâs had enoughâ, Damian says and Jon puffs out a breath that was holding the tension in his chest. He lets go of the form, that somehow still holds the soul of a man and smiles at Damian. Itâs an awkward smile caught between shame and satisfaction.
âYeahâ, he says as if he hadnât just beaten a man into a pulp. Thereâs a shadow of a frown forming on his forehead and Damian only hears some halfhearted excuse from him before Jon is flying off into the horizon.
Damian steps closer to the poor man Jon decided to disfigure. It is morbid curiosity to see what set his partner off so badly.
The man is still alive, but barely. Over the mangled jaw and between swollen flesh, Damian recognises loathsome blue eyes that had sneered at him at the beginning of this fight.
It is the leader of this gang, who lies there like a loose assembly of human. Damian recalls how he had acted as bait, letting himself be caught by the manâs henchmen to draw him out. He had found himself stuck held by two arms with the leaderâs hand holding his chin to inspect Damianâs face, shortly before the man had balled up his fist and driven it squarely into Damianâs abdomen. Thatâs when Jon had swooped in, and the real fight had begun.
Damian looks down at the hand that had grabbed his chin before. He would only know for certain when the report came in, but by the contorted angle of each finger he assumes that every bone in that claw had been broken at least once cleanly apart. It would be a bitch to heal.
Damian leans down and says, âThatâll teach you to ever touch me again.â

I've been working on a project for ages where Damian is still in the League of Assassins and Jon is Superman lol. This comes from a scene where Jon has been trapped in a cage by magic during a fight and after the end of the fight Damian goes to "save" him. They're still technically enemies but are forced to work together for ~reasons~.
The full interaction goes something along the lines of this (have not edited anything yet so everything is subject to change, also rewritten slightly to fit Tumblr formatting lol):
Damian: Well, well, well, the great Superman, stuck in a cage?
Jon: Shut up, just get me out of here
Damian: Why should I?
Jon: Damian
Damian, mockingly: Jon
Jon: âŚplease

Okay guys, I finally got around to write those spicy JonDami headcanons (But they are a little sad sometimes) I just picked one random ask with that question because A LOT of people asked for this T_T

The first time they had sex, Damian was nineteen and Jon twenty-two.
I'm a total Bottom Damian x Top Jon truther. I think both of them are tired of the roles they always have to playâDamian, who is always in control, and Jon, who is always good. Damian likes to give up control with a person he trusts, and Jon likes to be the one in control and take care of Damian.
I don't like service/Crybaby-top Jon, I think that plays too much into the narrative that he is always pure and good and innocent, even during sex. Damian is the more dominant one in their day to day life, he makes the plans, and naturally takes the lead in everyday situations. However, Jon likes to switch things up when it comes to their sex life, he enjoys getting a little freaky with Damian and taking on the dominant role.
And I have the same issue with Dom Damian. He was raised to be dominant and to take whatever he wants, that must be incredibly exhausting. He likes to give Jon control and soak up all that love he gives him.
Damian's body is covered in scars that he finds unattractive on himself. He had never been insecure about them, all his life, people were wearing scars on their skin...it was just when he saw Jon's flawless body for the first time, that he realized how truly horrendous he looked. So for a while, he was always keeping his T-shirt on during sex until he finally confessed to Jon why. And when Damian finally worked up the courage to take off his T-shirt, Jon took the time to kiss every single scar to prove that there was nothing ugly about them.
Damian likes to serve and he is a bit of a masochist. Restraints, toys and stuff are also welcome. However, the whole thing can't descend into dehumanization, because then Damian would have to stop.
That doesn't mean Jon is always the top, they experiment a lot and switch things up from time to time. Especially since Jon is into serving too.
The two of them are very open about what they like and dislike. So at one point, Damian confessed that he has a bit of a thing for older men and so Jon awkwardly asked if Damian wanted to call him "Daddy," and Damian was left completely speechless and mortified that Jon thought he had daddy issues/a Daddy kink. (Look! I just think this is funny, okay?)
Jon loves giving Damian pet names. In everyday life, he sticks to the nicknames they used back when they were just friendsâ"D," "Dame," "Dames," "Dami." But when theyâre having sex, Jon likes calling him "honey," "sweetheart," "baby," and so on, because itâs the one thing that makes Damian go all squirmy. And sometimes, to annoy Damian, he calls him that outside the bedroom, maybe even when other people are around. He'll just go like: "isn't that right, Baby?" And Damian will be dying from embarrassment.
Damian can't decide which he prefers: lying on his stomach so he can bury his face in the pillows, or facing Jon so he can hold onto him, hug him, and press his face into Jon's neck. (And of course there is the kiss Advantage when he lies on his back.)
Service Jon! Sometimes he would have Damian lie down so he could massage him after an exhausting mission or a hard workoutâand that massage would then turn into a handjob and fingering.
It took years until Damian allowed Jon to rim him and let's just say it was a life changing experience.

Hey again, Anon! Itâs all good, don't even apologize. You canât possibly know every post of mine! I didnât mean to come across as judgmental, either. Even though I do think 16/19 is a bit much, I can acknowledge that it's not the worst thing in the world. In general, Iâm very open to a lot of ships/interpretations of dynamics etc, and like to hear about people's opinionsâ even if I donât personally ship or even like them myself and have my own personal boundaries. I just think this fandom has become really toxic about a lot of unnecessary shit and I don't want anyone on my blog to feel judged or anything, I really think most stuff isn't that deep.
And now, back to the fanfiction idea đ . Yeah, I think Damian's age would actually be pretty irrelevant. He could even be in his late twenties and theyâd still worry, just because so much shit has happened in Damian's life already and they don't want anything bad to happen to him... And then they just use his age as an excuse. (Iâm not going to make Damian 23 in the story XD. Heâll probably be around 18 or 19âwhich is still very young!)
Ok but lowkey it would be kinda fun to have a story where Damian is already in his thirties, fully on a âproper pathâ being a doctor and an upstanding citizen who sometimes cuts ribbons at the opening of orphanages in the name of the Wayne family, volunteers at (basically runs) the local shelter, somehow finds time to patrol, and in general has his entire life in order
And then suddenly starts showing signs of dating someone: has a bouquet of flowers in his foyer, that are nice but definitely not the usual expensive taste Damian gravitates towards, or he will go for dinner and not tell anyone where, or he keeps on smiling at his phone.
Everyone is desperate to find out who is dating their baby brother to give this mysterious suitor the shovel talk⌠And who better to ask for help on spying on Damian than his very best friend?
Only Jon now has to pretend not to be in a years long relationship with Damian (who decided that NOW would be a good time to drop hints to his family that he is dating Jon so the engagement does not come as too much of a surprise)

If we do the canon way where Damian is CIS we need to go and check for Jon, if we want to make Jon the bottom or the one pregnant then is easy, alien biology and that's it.
There is the easy way, and that is test tube baby but kryptonian, where they go to the fortress and build a chamber like on krypton where they put the parents DNA and voilĂ baby
There is also the "magic way" and you pretty much it however you want, but you asked for kryptonian biology so

Ok so, the reason why Kryptonian started using the chambers to make babies is because when a pregnancy happens the chance of the mother dying is high.
Kryptonian uterine lining dosen't grow much, and their placenta tends to be really invasive, plus ectopic pregnancies between kryptonians were common
Why did they evolve like this? Well first of all, look at octopus, and a lot of insects, but you'll say "they only have 1 to 2 children per pregnancy, and they need the mother to survive", and you're right, so I propose:
Maybe when their sun was younger it didin't happend as often. maybe because of some kind of an epidemy this trait was connected to the advantageous one. maybe in the same cromosome or gene location, it was like "oh yeah, you won't get ill/die from this virous but if you're pregnant you'll have like a 40% chance of dying"
Now, for the second one
They're aliens, we don't have to think as if they're animals from earth (like us). Maybe on krypton during their preistoric or really old civilazation they had like bigger group, maybe females were more common than males, we're not even sure if they produce milk, but considerring how Kara and Superman look like we could say they do, maybe both male and female kryptonian produce milk, we have no idea, so just make up something.
How does a male from another compatible species (human) get pregnant from a kryptonian?
How do we count the fact that Jon is a half kryptonian?
For point 1 I'll start by mentioning on how kryptonian powers work (go check that post out because this one is getting long enough). so, what if kryptonian babies need a "powerful" (Yellow) sun to develop without risking the mother life? maybe that's why kryptonians had high risk pregnancy, the baby needed more energy that he would usually get from the sun but because it wasn't enough on krypton they took the mother one too.
And I propose you this, because of this reason when a kryptonian is pregnant under the yellow sun they slightly lose their powers, or just generally they aren't reliable anymore, because that extra energy that gives them power is used for the baby.
Now, let's go to the Mpregn part, well first of all I need to explain in really simple terms on why ectopic pregnancies happen:
the ovaries aren't really connected to the tubes, so an egg with the sperm can "escape" and go where they shouldn't
the uterine lining is just a way for the mother to not bleed when the placenta attaches, so the placenta can attach even if there is no uterine lining, but the mother risk to bleed and die are high (there are various type of placenta and lining but I won't explain those, they depend on the animal and bla bla, there is also a pseudo-placenta that some chark have but that's another story)
Now, how does the man (in this case Damian) not die? well 2 options that we can unify if we want
because of the yellow Sun the fetus has more energy and it modifies the body (and a little bit of the DNA) to create a space were to safily grow
Let's be honest, Damian for sure was, at least once, dipped in the lazarous pit has a baby, so I will just say "â¨MAGICâ¨â"â

Now, for point 2 (and the end of this post hopefully) How does Jon, an Half Kryptonian comes to this. Ok let's start from the fact that kryptonian have a longer gestation than humans (like 2-3 month more, so a full year). Kryptonian DNA tends to expand to the human, like what happends with Kon, so let's just go from there.
Now the real question, how do we have a JonDami baby? well, check the Bonus option of point 1, or we can go to the egg option (re-check the master post link because in one of those I talked about mpreg), plus if we consider the DNA that the baby modiefied to create a save space to grow, we can just say that it absorbed it and mixed it with Jon OG DNA

All in all, I think Damian's family would be reacting well to them being a couple, but Bruce has a few issues at first...
Everything between Jon and Damian is moving so fast since theyâve gotten together. Theyâve known each other for so long that they donât need those typical getting-to-know-you phases. On one hand, Bruce is extremely anxious about Damian getting his heart broken, on the other, heâs glad that the person Damian is in a relationship with is Jonâ and not some anti hero with whom heâd have a toxic, on-off-relationship. Jon is warm, responsible, stable, and good. Bruce trusts him, it's just...he still sees Damian as that tiny, angry, terribly abused child who had been hurt so badly. And he doesn't want him to grow up and 'leave the nest'.
So when Damian at 19/20 years old wants to move out to live with Jon, Bruce is not happy about it.
Damian is still young.
Bruce only got a relatively short period where Damian was actually his kid at home. He feels like he hasn't had enough time.
So he and Damian fight. About everything, but not the real issue. About Damian abandoning his responsibilities in Gotham. Tired but happy, with Jon planting popcorn kisses all over Damianâs face, and Damian squirming and laughing in a way Bruce had never heard him laugh before...he knew it was okay. He knew he would have to let Damian go...

The answer is yes. He is very into it. I think they have some of this Dom/sub thing going on when they're intimate and that's already roleplay. I don't know if they would do like...Housewife and Handyman or whatever since I just don't see them being able to take each other seriously, they would just laugh constantly. Although... Doctor Damian Wayne...you can definitely do something with that. Shit I think Jon would actually be really into that... okay, my mutual @roben-like-me gets a point for his dom-Damian agenda, Jon would be submissive for Doctor Damian Wayne.
But yess i love Dom!Damian (but also sub!Damian tbh, i think they have such a competitive relationship that neither really submits without some bickering lol)
