whenever i mention that i’m a transformers fan to people the first question they usually ask is “do transformers fans like the movies” and I never get tired of answering that question because seeing that look of relief wash over their face when i tell them “no” is always priceless

it never gets old. they’re so relieved to know that they’re not speaking to a person that likes the transformers movies enough to proclaim themselves a “transformers fan.” “thank god, you’re just a grown man that buys children’s toys, i thought you liked those godawful movies.” it’s so rich. i love it.
