Had some unusual knee pain yesterday. I’ve been sitting a lot more than usual. So I decided to take it easy today and just work it out. -Knee Pain(severe trauma aside-car wrecks,or direct blows to it) Most of the time originates from either The Hip or The Ankle. Banded hip mobility pushing the hips forward while making sure not to arch the lower back.
