For those who don't know: Ikumi Nakamura is the woman who was senior artist on Bayonetta, and designed the titular character along with Hideki Kamiya. Sign languages also comes with accents, you can easily watch people sign and tell the difference

You get different sign language accents, you get regional accents, and you even get "second language speaker accent"

Even animals have accents! Birds have slightly different pitch and tone depending on where they live, particularly if you're comparing the same species from urban or rural environments. Whales, sheep, and numerous others have also been noted to have local specific variations to the sounds they make from their fellows located in other places.
