When you get a text like this you start to doubt yourself. This is why it is so important to be confident in the person that you are and always choose to love yourself before looking for love in another person. No one else will make us whole and you cannot rely on other person for your happiness. It has to start within. I’ve always struggled with self esteem as the majority of people do but this text always reminds me that I️ need to look inward at myself and realize how great I️ truly am. I️ am worth so much more than I️ choose to believe and no one can take that away from me. So, here’s to learning to love ourselves slowly, but surely. 🥂 We will get there! I️ love each and every one of you and I️ hope that you are doing well in whatever you have going on in your life. Whether that be your fitness journey or what have you. I️ am so proud of you! You are gold and you deserve the sun, the moon and the stars. Stay positive, always!
