This is the face I make. I had some fast food yesterday which included cheese and boy did it mess me up. #Constipation has now moved up to my never should ever happen again list. I limit icecream and yogurt and cheese but I just wanted to Taste it in that egg mcmuffin this time......my advice and warning dont do it. Its not worth messing up your bodily cycle
