At the request of one @xamadfp, my series on measuring the dragons of Fire Emblem continues!
If you're new here, this post describes my methods in detail. But for a brief overview:
Some characters in Fire Emblem have canon heights. And thanks to Engage being the massive crossover game it is, I was able to rip several character models directly out of Engage and estimate the height of Chrom. Now that I know Chrom's height, I can use him as a ruler for anything in any game he has a 3D model in. Luckily for the purpose of this post, Chrom appears in precisely one tiny DLC in Fates, so after a bit more model ripping we can measure Anankos with Chrom!
(Would it have made more sense to use Corrin for this, as Corrin also is present in Engage? No, it wouldn't have. Corrin is a customizable avatar with several possible heights in their original game -- and as we've seen with Robin, it's hard to know which height the devs of any one game after that decided they'd be.)
Anyway, enough pre-amble.
TL;DR
According to my measurements, Anankos:
Is ~242.79 m (796' 7") long from snout to tail tip.
Is ~98.03 m (321' 7") long from snout to vent.
Has a ~312.33 m (1024' 8") wingspan.
(Fogado for scale in the first image. In the second and third, Chrom is standing on top of Anankos' head for scale. All three pixels of him, anyway.)
For context, the largest living animal, the Blue Whale, has a maximum length of 30.5 m. So Anankos is nearly as long as 8 blue whales. VERY large fellow.
He doesn't even come close to beating Grima for the Biggest Dragon award, but he does give Grima the best run for their money of any of our evil dragons thus far.
(They're on a field trip. :] )

Methods, in Brief
The initial steps - ripping the models for Byleth, Fogado, and Chrom from Engage, putting them back together, and using the former two's canon heights and some measuring in Blender to determine Chrom's height - are detailed in my post about measuring Grima which linked at the start. Here's another link to that post, for convenience. The gist of it is that we discovered Chrom is about 6' 2", or 188.11 cm tall.
After that, I ripped Chrom's models out of the one Fates DLC he appears in, and stitched him back together. The game files revealed he has no scaling factors, so I measured him as-is and used the results to find a conversion factor for translating the Fates coordinate space to centimeters. My measurement points for Chrom are, as always, the highest vertex on his head (not his hair, the skull under his hair, which is modelled) and the lowest vertex on his left heel.
I'm going to call Fates measurement units ifbu, which is short for "FE:IF Blender Units".
Anankos' default pose doesn't quite lay his spine flat for easy measuring, and he has a weird nose horn and crooked tail thing going on, so I opted to measure his length in a couple segments just to be cautious. But his default pose does position his wings spread out flat enough that I felt comfortable posing them just a little bit flatter to measure his wingspan in one go.
Also, for completeness, I checked his in-game scaling factors as well, and he has none, so I measured him as is.
A couple blender measurements and a handful of unit conversions later, and I found the numbers at the start of this post.

Lucius my beloved. He was one of my MVPs during FE7 and one of my favourite characters, considering how relatively little dialogue most units get I really appreciated him. Saint of a man.
Here I also gave him a Raven for emotional support.
