Hello, I am extremely, extremely sorry. I, for the past few months have been reblogging/posting about campaigns for Palestinian families in dire need of our support and assistance. I have also been posting these campaigns on social media, hoping to help raise funds for these families as I cannot provide financial assistance of my own, due to being 14 years old and having no way of transferring money. However, my mother is forcing me to become inactive.

HERE IS A LIST of the campaigns I have supported over the last months. Donate. Share with your family and friends, reblog, post all over social media. Do not give up on these families, they need us. They need our donations, they need our support. They are living through a litteral genocide and need money to evacuate and have money for basic necessities.

I feel immeasurable guilt over this, and if I could stay and help these families in any way I could believe me I would, I have spend hours per day writing posts and it makes me ill to stop, and think about what these families are going through - however my mother is making me stop.

Through this, I have also educated myself on issues around the world, such as what's happening in Sudan, Congo, and Uyghur Muslim people in China, here and here.

Please, do not stop supporting Palestinians on this site, stop accusing them of being bots and educate yourselves. Please, keep donating and don't deny them help, I wish I could help them but I am being forced to leave my account by my mother.

I am getting involved in a local activist group, but I really do wish I could still help, this guilt will haunt me forever and I would like to apologise to all the Palestinian families reading this who were happy about my help, this is not my choice.

INTRO POST !!

Hello everyone, my name is Cuileann, I am 14 years old, and I would like to raise funds for some organisations/families in need of donations.

If you, like me have seen the devastation/injustice taking place in Gaza/around the world, and would like to do something about it and try make a change, you found the place!

I have written many posts for families from Gaza and such who have reached out to me, asking for help - and it was brought to my attention that some were scams, so I have decided to try platform legitimate fundraisers in need of donations, and not people trying to take advantage of the genocide. I am not using the scammer accusation as an excuse to stop caring and not supporting campaigns, just going forward, I would like to make sure I am rasing funds for fundraisers with documentation.

Through this, I have met some amazing people who I would like to help raise funds for, so I will be doing commissions to help collect donations for families in need. If you wish to ask me something, or support a fundraiser or work together or anything, my private messages/asks are open, please keep in mind that I am 14 years old however.

Due to being not financially independent, I am NOT able to donate myself, however I would like to help raise funds by means of commissions.

i have a question and i hope it's not taken in bad faith but i have been really worried about how i see the same palestinian blogs asking for help under every post's comments that i see. i cant help but feel they're bots using a sort of algorithm because of past experiences with fundraiser scams. i guess im not sure how exactly they manage commenting on every single post if that makes sense

OK I didn't want to answer this at first, but I see this sentiment WAY too much. These people are not bots. Please remember Gazans' humanity and before condemning their methods, think about why they choose those methods. And as always check and see if the fundraiser is vetted. I can personally attest to the fact that we are checking if these people are human beings and not bots.

I urge you to think for 5 minutes about the situation of Gazans right now.

Gazans right now have no jobs, no income.

Supplies are incredibly expensive, so they desperately need to raise money.

Fundraisers are NOT a reliable form of income. Most people are getting a few dollars a day to support a whole entire family--hardly enough to live.

They have a lot of free time right now, because they are not able to pursue work or leisure, or any activity besides survival.

They easily are able to pass the time scrolling on tumblr and putting their donation template in peoples' ask boxes and replies. In fact, to them, their survival depends on it.

If they are not in your face, you forget they exist and they stop getting donations.

And they are not commenting on every single post. I would imagine they have certain blogs they frequent, and they probably target posts which have lots of notes to give themselves visibility.

I contemplate the happy faces of people around me here in Ireland and reminisce about the happy normal life my family and I had before the war. A life that turned into a distant memory for us and was replaced by an unending series of horrible nightmares.

Unlike my family in Gaza, people here have access to drinking water, all types of food, electricity, and a roof over their heads. Above all, they are safe, and I cannot help but wonder if they genuinely do appreciate these blessings in their lives enough.

People seem relaxed and laughing wholeheartedly around me in Ireland. I wish I could laugh too, but I am crushed way beyond recovery on the inside. I was evacuated by my Irish college after five months of living the horrors of war in Gaza. I hope you will never know what it feels like to live in constant fear and worry and be horrified by the most sickening and scary nightmares every single night while you are far away from your family in such circumstances.

When did my people in Gaza cease to be human beings worthy and deserving of a normal life? Has it become normal now for my family in Gaza to be starved and killed while the whole world is watching the genocide? If that is the case, then you will have to excuse me if I seek every avenue to bring them to Ireland and start a new normal life like all people here around me.

I was assured by the Irish Reugee Council (IRC) and lawyers in Ireland that there is hope I can reunite with my family in Ireland. In difficult times, it is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me and my family, you are literally our light and hope for a better life.

The World Food Programme has run out of food, the United Nations agency said Friday, 54 days after Israel imposed a complete blockade on the Gaza Strip.

“Today, WFP delivered its last remaining food stocks to hot meals kitchens in the Gaza Strip. These kitchens are expected to fully run out of food in the coming days,” it said in a statement on Friday.

Since Israel imposed its blockade on March 2, stopping the entry of humanitarian aid and commercial goods into the enclave, WFP has been the only steady source and the largest provider of hot meals in Gaza.

With all border crossings closed, no humanitarian or commercial supplies, including more than 116,000 tons of food from the WFP waiting at aid corridors, have entered Gaza in more than seven weeks, the aid agency said.

“This is the longest closure the Gaza Strip has ever faced, exacerbating already fragile markets and food systems,” it said, adding: “People are running out of ways to cope, and the fragile gains made during the short ceasefire have unravelled.”

The news comes after the WFP in late March said that all of its 25 bakeries in the Gaza Strip had shut down because of a lack of fuel and flour in the territory.

What would he enough for more people to care about Gaza? What would have to happen for people to finally stop being silent and speak up? If the litteral genocide isn't enough to speak up, I have no clue what will.
