I’m loving my new muji planner that I purchased a few days ago - I opted for the larger one this time since I’ll be staying at home to study for at least the first semester (except for placements). Today was a busy one. Here’s what I got up to:
I had four surgical lectures today - general surgical conditions, general surgery emergencies, orthopaedic fractures and vascular surgery.
Today was the online freshers’ fair for my medical school and because I’m part of the medsoc committee for my medical school, I volunteered at the ‘online stall’ for an hour.
As well as juggling medsoc responsibilities, I’m involved with publicity for a clinical society, so I was updating the socials with videos as well as promo for our recent fundraiser.
I had a driving lesson and it was my first time attempting parallel parking.
I then volunteered at a faculty drop in session for students, in case they wanted information regarding the medsoc or medicine at my university in general.
Then it was time to work on what I’m actually in the medsoc for - involving a lot of spreadsheets and organising.
Tried my Anki queue for half an hour.
