Happiness isn’t easy to obtain trust me I am the embodiment of happiness taken in a blink. But when you have it, and you will, hold fast to it, but not to tight. It will visit you yes, but it also must roam away from time to time. Let it. What is a flower without some rain? Accept that happiness came into your life, and even though it left, it will come back again, and leave again. So cherish happiness, but don’t let holding onto its memory ruin the gloom that is visiting. Gloom is a guest just as much as Happiness is, so you should be a welcoming host till it decides it’s time to go. You can get through it, trust me, I’m happily melancholic.
