spent the night at a local farm this past weekend, and i got to try my hand at oil paints! so i painted an oak treehopper, the little freak 🥰

This could easily just be my personal perception, but (to me) The Exile statue has incredible Jonah Magnus energy:

I think it's the detached way he's looking down from a vantage point. And the hand/leg positioning.

The Archivist

Started listening to Magnus Archives last month and the hyperfixation has taken hold of my brain. So of course I draw everyone’s favorite pathetic little meow meow instead of writing my research proposal

Finally finished my acrylic rose piece for AP art! This thing took wayyyy too long but I’m happy with how it turned out!

10/10, inverted colors were fun to paint. Would not paint again.
