Hydroid

Hydroid has a clear pirate/swashbuckler theme; he has an eyepatch (that also resembles a barnacle), a great coat with distinct "coattails", loose pants and boots (with the weird metal pieces on the sides of the feet mimicking the 'cuff' of a bucket top boot). And of course he has tentacles.
