What's a Nerdy Dancer Struggling to Stay In Shape to do? 🤷🏾‍♀️

* If you want the final product (for now) fast forward to about 4 min in. The tutorial starts slow and progressively gets faster until it reaches true speed. She actually speeds it up even more after true speed but...didn't record that part. Fun though!! Also if I look like a prissy ballerina trying to be gangster...I'm aware 😅 And thanks to @teenie0406 for giving me extra motivation to finally learn the whole chorus!

Dance Canvas

Dance Canvas was live.

Was blessed with the opportunity to attend the Newsies Int/Adv Masterclass led by Award Winning Atlanta Choreographer Ricardo Aponte offered by Dance Canvas & Aurora Theatre!!

It's amazing that they have these kinds of opportunities available for upcoming artists and the community in general! It relit a spark in me that never quite goes out 😊 I really enjoyed it and learning about what goes into a professional production like this! ❤

Command the month of July to be a month of grace, reflection with purpose, being thankful, hope, peace, favor, self awareness, forming good habits, dropping things/people unconducive to our progress, opportunities, action/ going out getting it,( physical- psychological-and emotional maturity), security in all aspects, joy and love with the right people at the right place & time.
