wifies arg has me going crazy because if you listen at around the 1:05 mark para asks wifies “what do you mean we’ll bring it back” (about the redstone) and just. hummer was probably never there huh. he’s no more real than the leviathan is.

and that makes it hit so much harder when wifies tells him “I don’t know if I can believe in something that might not even exist” and hummer responds “then believe in me.”

because as the viewer, once you catch the fact that hummer NEVER interacts with anyone other than wifies, you can’t be sure if he exists, any more than wifies is sure the leviathan exists. and suddenly you’re not sure about anything at all.

EDIT: he NEVER JOINS. he NEVER JOINS THE GAME. AT ANY POINT IN THE VIDEO.

I didn’t even think about the fact that Armand is likely completely desensitised to sexual abuse being broadcasted for all to see because his own was painted and hung in museums for millions of people to gawk at. Not only does he think his abuse was love, he thinks it’s not a big deal for it to be shown off. Sure, it hurts, but just push that down and don’t think about it.

The video is a means to an end. Yes, it’s undeniably bad, but it happened to you and you’re fine, right? Right? So Lestat will be too… eventually. Won’t he? People will talk for a while but it’ll all be washed away by time. What matters is right now.

Just keep pushing it down. Don’t think about the donations. Don’t think about the voyeurism forced onto you. Don’t think about the centuries of eyes undressing you, that you exist in public and private collections. Rolin saying Armand has a big chunk of Episode 7 and then raving about how fantastic an actor Assad is.

Hannah saying they're pulling from TVA but we're yet to see anything from it.

Please please please tell me this means we're getting some Armand backstory in the finale. Please let him tell it to Daniel. And please let Daniel be the one who finally understands him.
