I want to be a flower
trees are very 🥺 because sometimes i’ll stand under the shade of a tree and look up at it and it’ll sway its branches about in the wind and i’m like oh my God i’m alive and YOU’RE alive. we are alive together and made up of the same starry stuff and standing right next to each other in this moment on this earth. do u feel it when i reach out and press my hand to your trunk? can you hear me? i think you’re so neat. and then the sunlight filters through its leaves just so and that lovely green color leaves me dazzled. it’s just very nice to be an alive thing next to a different sort of alive thing
“It’s just very nice to be an alive thing next to a different sort of alive thing” I’m in love
*the floret girl is inside a puppygirl cage, the cage is covered by a black sheet that obscures everything, her feet are sticking out as she is putting up lights the same way a pilot might be tricking out their speeder, her clothing was light and airy with a box fan pointed at her, keeping her cage nice and cool*
Domestication Center Pamphlet
This one did some numbers in the discord. I liked the little terran floret so much I made her my pfp so that's where she comes from (The testimonies are from real people there!) I love making little infographics like these. This one in particular was for chapter 11 of FAWN
I’m sorry but I can’t take floret sex seriously, like when you both are so high up you turn into a blushing, giggling mess whenever someone says anything to you and then you try and get lewd only for you both to have an excitable conversation about the philosophical implications of hard or soft kinks and how they could relate to anthropological developments and you forget you’re naked and cuddling and stuff.
Okay hear me out, Terran feral getting domesticated but they don't ever remember being domesticated and think they were 'created' by their Affini Owner whose a a doll-maker for sprouts, they think they were litterally created to be a Terran sized living doll.
Thank you Memory Drugs~
I might be working on this now.
continuing traditions
tbh what i also like about hdg is that at this point like. i honestly just can't *believe* most fictional rebellion stories against a species that has advantages we don't.
so honestly "we can't beat them and never will" feels a lot more realistic particularly because so many stories that want this kind of resistance narrative are laden with shortcuts and instant gratification and the universe bending over backwards to make it work. and sometimes (though not always) come with an automatic inbuilt assumption that whatever happens after we "win" is a happily ever after, and kind of forgets that that's not actually true and it still involves a crazy amount of work in and of itself. so it's not "i dislike them because i think rebellion is impossible" it's "i'm tired of how they keep oversimplifying it and making it way too convenient and glamorous" and often in like, this subtly annoying self-congratulatory way that you feel almost guilty for being annoyed by, because you get that it's supposed to be uplifting, but it also feels like it's giving us way too much credit. and in some cases, doing that thing where it'll take people that didn't actually grow up in our culture and just force our culture's values and assumptions onto them anyway. like if, for example, if your story is that humanity has all been taken over by vampires and it's been long enough that there are a bunch of people who have spent their whole or most of their lives being ruled by vampires, why do we mostly see unambiguously anti-vampire people with hardly any complicated or contradictory feelings about it? like I get that part of it is the selection bias at work (the radical movement gets most of the screentime and mainly only attracts other radicals) but like. come on. that's not a complete explanation and we all know it.
Evil affini be like: Bro your terran is so fucking ugly LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
the hab AI keeps reporting 'unknown quadruped detected.' that's just the floret crawling around
Finding a Genie First wish: Make affini real Second wish: Make them know our location and provide them with a safe way to speedily reach us (within a week or so) Third wish: Genie goes free and domesticated
Forever Home by FallenElurra

Sarah Victor, a fiercely independent terran who never once thought of relying on anyone, wakes up with a terrifying headache. Why is she on a dog bed? Why does her body feel so weird? And why does her new owner insist she's a puppy now?
There's a lot of HDG which is pretty straightforwardly wish fulfillment. A person gets exactly what they wanted, or what they needed but didn't quite want to admit to themselves that they needed.
Then there's stories like Forever Home, where someone with absolutely no prior interest in puppy play or being owned gets turned into a helpless little puppygirl with a shock collar, doggy bowl, and paws because... well, because an affini thought it'd be cute, and they're people, and you're a pet.
And y'know what? It's stupidly hot.
This is technically a substory to FallenElurra's other ongoing work, "Parallel Lives", and if you guessed that that one might show up on CuratedHDG soon... well, you're probably not wrong. This is delightful stuff. But even without that context, Forever Home is short, snacky, horrifying, and incredibly hot. Especially once the latex gloves come out.
Posadism is an ideology that blends trotskyism and ufology. It develeoped in Argentina in the 1960s. It believes that a society must first transcend beyond capitalism and into communism before it can become a space-faring intergalactic civilization. As such, the aliens and UFOs we see on Earth are all from a communist, post-scarcity society, and they wish to help us transition from capitalism to communism.
Human Domestication Guide is a universe collaboratively spawned on the internet. It purports that at some point in the future, the alien race known as the Affini will arrive in our solar system. The Affini are a communist post-scarcity society where everything is free and everyone is provided for and no one slips through the cracks. Their mission is to conquer every sapient species in the known universe and "domesticate" them by forcibly integrating them into their communist post-scarcity society (and also adopting some of them as pets).
Are the Affini posadist?
idk why but i had the thought of "affini with 1950s traditional values" and it was funny to me
Affini enters through the hab door, hangs their hat on the hat stand. "Honey, I'm hoooome! I hope you made dinner!"
*camera pans over to a cat-girl dressed like a 1950s house-wife, she is laying spread eagle on the floor, high off her gourd on xenodrugs, and clearly has not been allowed inside a functional kitchen for her own safety in years*
*laugh track*
